"I'm a traveler from Japan. The location, room size, and cleanliness were all excellent. I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff were. I would especially recommend this hotel for those who are worried about language skills. Each room also has a hot spring, which is a must-see for Japanese people. You'll also be amazed by the taste and quantity of the breakfast. I think it would be a shame to just visit this place as a day trip. I recommend Karahayit even compared to Pamukkale Village. "All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. "Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel."

"It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party. Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good."

"didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up."

"The rooms are clean, the shower and toilet are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is great. The staff is amazing, they are helpful in every way. A great business that deserves more than 3*. We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day. And I would like to greet the pet-friendly staff again. "This is our second time staying at this hotel; we were here last in 2018. The hotel didn't disappoint. We booked two standard rooms and requested adjacent, non-smoking rooms in the comments. We received incredibly smoky rooms, but at least they were next to each other. We went back to the reception and asked for a change. The hotel offered us an apology in the form of a complimentary upgrade: two suite rooms, also adjacent. The rooms were wonderful! Clean, smoke-free, and next to each other. The linens and towels were in perfect condition. We also found a fruit platter waiting for us as a welcome gesture. The hotel has its own hot spring, two pools with water from this spring at different temperatures, and a regular pool. For some reason, the regular pool closes at 8 PM, while the hot spring and its associated pools are open until 11 PM. The hammam was cold, and treatments there were more expensive than at the all-inclusive hotel we'd just come from on the coast (Kusadasi). The staff would close the hammam door and tell us everything was fine, to relax. Uh, relaxing in a cold hammam isn't exactly appealing! You have to wait at least half an hour for it to heat up. But if you leave, they turn it off. So, you can't just walk into a warm hammam; you have to sit in a cold one and wait for it to heat up. As soon as the spa staff realize you won't be booking any treatments, they completely ignore all your requests. Last time we stayed here, everything was in working order, and the staff were friendly. In the spa center, you can get a free pool towel and refill your water bottle from the cooler for free. The breakfasts and dinners are magnificent! EVERYTHING is delicious! Varied, and they even have cherries. The food is even better than at the all-inclusive hotel we came from. The only downside is that drinks at dinner are chargeable. Only a bottle of water is free. The hotel is located a 20-minute drive from Pamukkale. I recommend staying here for an overnight stop. It's all positives: cheaper, fewer people, delicious food, clean, beautiful, and its own hot spring (you need a swimming cap to enter). If only they could get the spa staff to do their job properly, this hotel would be absolutely perfect! "
