A nice place to stay. Great location. One of the few seafront hotels on Karon beach. Nice pool area. The sunbeds are always available. Breakfasts are good, the area not crowded. Attention!!! The hotel is 18+, so there are lots of elder people, being 44 years, I was one of the youngest guests. So do not expect fun and joy, more of relax type. No gym in the hotel. They provide access to the other hotel's gym, which is not very close. Liked the place, but not sure I will return.

Perfect room, perfect breakfast, perfect pool, perfect staff. You might not like the location, because there are plenty buildings under construction and a bit far from the beach (but they have a bus that can deliver you there). While I was swimming in the pool I counted about 15 construction cranes which spoil the view. But the rest is just perfect.

Lovely hotel - spacious rooms, very clean, friendly staff. Good choice of breakfast options and in hotel dining very tasty. Only downside was location. Immediate vicinity not that clean, but only 15 mins walk to beach, easily accessible. Would recommend

We’ve just had the most amazing two weeks here. The hotel is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The Cabana Pool Access room is highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious everyday (special mention to ‘Jan’ on the egg station; she was wonderful). The pools areas are lovely, especially the swim up bar. We certainly enjoyed the daily cocktail offer. The bar server most days was ‘Bow’, she’s so lovely and always had a smile on her face. We won’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family and will definitely return one day.

Holiday Inn Express Patong offers a convenient stay in the heart of Patong, just minutes from the beach and nightlife. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, and the staff is friendly. Ideal for travelers looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills hotel in a prime location.

The hotel is very nice. Good breakfasts, nice rooms, interesting pool with nice area for rest, aqua fitness, happy hours at the pool bar, free bicycle for 2 hours every day, beach bag and sleeppers in the room. Some minor issues: no lift to the family suite rooms (building block #5), BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday is not very interesting and well packed, bicycles are old and in not very good condition.

Lovely hotel built along the mountain. Friendly staff, cute decor, and very nice room. My room is very far from the lobby, garden view is soso. I need to take 3 different lifts to get to the room, a little hassle. And the swimming pool is a bit disappointing, not much activities to join in the hotel... overall, it's not bad.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was as advertised to be just a one-minute walk away from Karon Beach, and the staff took care of us extremely well throughout our stay. The room was spacious and cleaned well daily, and the two restaurants at the hotel served delicious food at arguably affordable prices for restaurant hotels. The pool was also clean and looked well-maintained. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a quieter place to chill and relax at!
