"Great hotel with Onsen in the basement. Check in was a breeze and there was alcohol available for happy hour and soft drinks/coffee throughout the day. Location is not a touristy area, which is ideal. No need to worry about tons of tourists everywhere. Onsen was great and not too busy. Will definitely stay here again."

"I super like this hotel, is like a home not a hotel.. although procedure keeping shoes in outside security box slightly troublesome but when u come in is in clean status and they prepare free ice cream which is delicious 😋 and udon but I didn't eat.. haha.. And you have refill water on lobby area So is super good , really amaze with the amenities in the hotel and for room although is small but is clean and good quality and everything is in tidy condition.. thx hotel for provide all good... Location also strategic because is just right opposite on our day tour gathering and nearby have one sushi outlet shiro which my husband like it very much.. And I do take the breakfast is delicious"

"Overall, the property feels quite dated, understandable as it's been open for a considerable time. The door lock also felt a bit insecure. On the plus side, the room was more spacious than I expected. The onsen bath was also quite small. However, the tatami bedding was surprisingly comfortable."

"Highly recommend staying here! It's super convenient for getting around, with the subway right nearby. Getting to Jingdong (JD.com's headquarters, assuming a specific location) was a breeze with minimal transfers. The hotel also offers free drinks, and there's a 24-hour supermarket next door. It's really easy to get to all the major attractions from here."

"The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service."

"We stayed there 1st week of 2026 new year and there was no crowd. So it makes the experience very chill and nice. Onsen will less people and restaurants with no queue. I prefer this branch than the Shinsaibashi as it is more quieter. Nearby hotel is office tower crowd so you can really see the local life. There's great restaurants nearby as well. Staff were friendly and nice. Complimentary supper ramen taste very good. Love the experience here. The massage chair were nice to enjoy too."

"That was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that. Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time. And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka. Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine! P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear."

"I tried numerous times to contact them regarding sending my luggage in advance before I arrived, and they did not answer so I then sent a message on this app and after all of that, they refused my luggage and sent it back to where it came from. I found this to be very very unprofessional after I contacted them about this. They made contact with the courier company and had it resent as I had explained I tried numerous ways of trying to communicate with them about this matter, and unfortunately, I was not successful and in the end it caused quite a lot of stress. Following this matter, everything went very smoothly, but the initial the first impression was not terribly positive."

"The place is really awesome. Super convenient as its right in the heart of do to ori and only 3 mins from the station. Very easy to move around and there's a few 7 eleven, family mart, mcdonald's nearby. GU and uniqlo is also nearby for shopping. Rooms are very spacious and decently clean. Tried the insen twice as well and it's quite the experience."
