Hot Springs Hotels in Okayama Prefecture, Japan

As usual, a good Dormy inn hotel in Kurashiki. Good location that’s a bit of a walk from the station, but I didn’t mind as it was so near to the water town. Will be back if I’m in Kurashiki again. I enjoyed the peach beverage that was the Kurashiki special, please never change it.

The scenery is so beautiful, very comfortable and first-class service! The proprietress and the driver staff are kind and friendly! If you buy a jrpass, you can make an appointment to pick up and drop off. It’s free at Kurayoshi Station and highway tolls at Tsuyama Station, but it’s worth it. Time is money. I gave a small gift before I finally left, looking forward to going again next time!

Dinner and breakfast were delicious. It's a little far from the Yugo Onsen day-trip facility, but since I was planning to relax at the hotel, I made the right choice. I was able to relax in the hot springs. The open-air bath was also great.

The main draw for me was the rooftop onsen; it’s not fancy but it is classic, which is good enough for me. A simple sauna, outdoor onsen, indoor one, cold plunge bath and a shower area. The room itself was compact but efficient and check in/out process was fairly simple. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Okayama Shinkansen station so it was quite convenient to travel to other sites like Kurashiki Bikan

This was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The location of the hotel is far from the mountainous area, but our car system problem, the hotel environment is good, comfortable, good service, we stayed in the quadruple room, the room is big, clean, the toilet and bathroom are separated, there is a living room, there are two beds with tatami, hot springs are wrong, there is open air and indoors, Kaiseki cuisine and buried buffet breakfast are a few good taste, variety, the hotel also sells hand letters, this stay is quite satisfactory

It seemed to be close to the airport, so I made a reservation. The taxi seemed to be not easy in the early morning, and the front desk was very kind to help me arrange. The room is very large, open and polite. It was a little cold, but if you bring something to eat, there seems to be a kitchen. The hot springs are currently under renovation and have not been put in. It was in a very quiet place and the birds were comfortable in the morning.

The hotel service was warm and attentive, the hot spring was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the Garlic Mountain Milk, which was particularly fragrant and rich. It is very close to Tsuyama Castle.

The staff is very kind. The room and view are very clean! It was the best! It was great for my first hot spring experience There are few people going on weekdays, but there are quite few restaurants open next door.

The hotel is a bit away from town, but one may enjoy the ambience environment. Onsen facilities are good, nice breakfast with great choices. Dinner are set menu. quality up to standard and services are very good. The reception is very polite and exceptionally helpful, but need to use translator to communicate with us, we will enjoy more if direct communication in English makes available.
