The pictures in the online advertisements were very beautiful, but after I moved in, I found that the room did not match the pictures. It was very old and the lighting was very dim. It looked like ** and I couldn't understand it. The furnishings were very strange. It was the first time I stayed in such a horrible hotel.

The hotel is too convenient, diagonally opposite AEON, big supermarket, many delicious shops on the roadside, there are hot springs, the room size is basically OK, cost-effective, provide pick-up and drop-off service, 6:55, 7:55, 8:55, 15 minutes to the airport landline, very convenient. Hotel service is very good.

Take the bus to Naruko Station and use the free Internet phone to contact the hotel to send a car for pick-up. After arriving, the service staff is very friendly and the breakfast and dinner are very rich. During the period, you can use the company car to take the red leaf car to the train station to enjoy the maple scenery.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

Hotel is super clean. They change ur linen everyday , smelling fresh and clean. they provide imabari towels and it’s super comfortable when you use them. They have universal charging adapters and 2 USB port for you to charge up your camera and other gadgets. they provide free coffee everyday from 3-11pm and you may even order night snacks to enjoy in ur room. The tv programme selection is amazing. It’s so comfortable u might skip exploring Sendai all together. Very comfortable stay and well worth the price tag

The explanation at check-in tends to be spoken quickly, as if it were an assembly line process, but perhaps because the staff was considerate, the explanation was easy to follow. Also, the staff member who was preparing breakfast early in the morning greeted me cheerfully, which made a good impression. The building was clean and I was able to use it comfortably. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to use it again.

The hot springs here were very good. On the other hand, the bathroom in the room is very small. However, the windows in our room were large and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast is varied and is self-served, so you can eat as much as you want. Dinner is very sumptuous. Sashimi and other dishes were very tasty. The air conditioning in the rooms is centrally controlled and the heating does not come on at this time of year, even though the temperature is only 10°C at night. If you are cold, you can tell the staff to bring you an extra blanket. The walls of the rooms are thin and you can hear the noise and singing of the neighbours(lol)

MMarble202Transportation: easiest with a 50-min taxi ride from Sendai airport unless int’l traveler wants to transfer via trains/buses. Nearest bus stop/little township is 遠刈田温泉 (13-min by foot to the Inn). Key feature is open air onsens in forestry — this is why I chose to stay. Delightful breakfast and dinner (during dinner, there are all-inclusive drinks menu + additional charge ones). I enjoyed the 2nd night’s beef/daikon pot in particular. There are hearth side afternoon refreshment, happy hour beer, post-dinner snack that you will be kept fed warmly. The aircon in Buna room would blow directly on the head so the fan blade should be adjusted. Staff English speaking capability varies but they made every effort in solving problems. Little hiccup after checking out that the bus time table the Inn indicated was outdated, but I still managed to change my route in the fly, which is the beauty traveling in Japan.

MMagnus TanThe hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai station’s West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called “Loft” and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called “Labi Sendai”. It’s got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel. I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.

AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

KKOK HOONGThis capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.

ZZhihuideakuyaIt’s really a great hotel! This time I specially booked a nearby hotel to watch fes at Yume Miyako. It can be reached on foot in about ten minutes; except that it is a bit far from the tram station, there is nothing wrong with it! You will be pleasantly surprised when you open the door. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by separate doors. The entrance to the door has a sink and a place to change clothes. The design is still very reasonable. The bathroom is also separated from wet and dry, although it is not used in the room. The shower room, after all, the hot spring is so fragrant ( There are many types of hot springs. In addition to saunas and indoor baths, there are also open-air hot springs. Although it is super cold in Sendai, you can see many stars! There also seems to be a KTV room, which is worth trying if the time is right. At the same time, there is a whole wall of comics in the hot spring building that you can read. Unfortunately, it was already very late when I discovered it. I must try more if I have the chance to stay next time. try; Breakfast has been added on site, with a wide variety of options. You can eat almost all Sendai specialties, and you can also make your own paella, which is really a perfect configuration! (I met a group of suspected club members traveling in the elevator. One of the uncles looked at the breakfast table and said, can’t we go at 6:30 and eat at the buffet for three hours? www.) There are also a lot of free services. In addition to getting popsicles and noodles in the evening (you can just eat them for dinner if you have a small appetite), and drinking lactic acid bacteria in the morning, the room also comes with welcome snacks, a bottle of water is provided every day, and the washing machine is also free. use!

旅行俠Take the subway from Sendai Airport to Sendai Station and walk a few minutes to the hotel. The location is very convenient. The hotel has hot springs and there are free ice bars to eat after soaking in the hot springs. Convenience stores, ramen, and Tiger BBQ are also nearby. I had ramen this morning, it was delicious. I will try the fried rice next time! !

KKaka daydreamingThis is a very old hot spring hotel. The hotel rooms have a full sense of space and the scenery outside the window is pleasant. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the entire hot spring area. It is cherry blossom season now, and the area is full of cherry blossoms, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable! The hotel offers a buffet for dinner. The buffet has a wide variety of styles and offers many types of sashimi, and they are very fresh! The point is that the hotel also provides long-legged crabs, which allows people to taste Sendai cuisine~~ Every guest is very happy~ There are multiple hot spring areas in the hotel, and the hot spring area is quite large, so tourists can relax their body and mind~~ Breakfast is convenient, it is a 10-point traditional Japanese buffet, which gives us many different experiences. We will definitely come again😌
