The hotel is very big, and there are many places in the lobby where you can buy food and drinks. There are also some wines and drinks in the evening.
The view from the room is great! Very close to the Naruto Whirlpool
It's close to the station and has a hot spring and sauna on the top floor.
It's a low-temperature sauna that even sauna beginners can use, so it was easy to get in.
I stayed on the 7th floor and the view was great.
You can even see the Shinkansen from some rooms!
The noise from the next room is a bit annoying, but it's not a problem.
Dinner and breakfast are included for free.
Even if you don't have dinner, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so it's not a problem.
Breakfast is a buffet, so you can have as much as you like of whatever you like, which is great.
I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel is right next to the Architectural wonders of Awaji and you can view them with the seaview as a background right from the balcony. The size of the room is also very comfortable. Would also like to recommend booking the breakfast buffet. We have tried two restaurants from the hotel and bought souvenirs from the shop and have nothing to complain about.
I used it for my first trip.
There are places to play nearby, and there is also a hot spring, so I am very satisfied.
The reason I lowered my rating the most is because I couldn't enjoy it due to renovations and inadequate facilities.
There were quite a few issues like that, so I wondered if that was reflected in the price plan, so I only lowered the rating as minimally as possible.
But overall I am satisfied.

Very nice and cosy ryokan with beautiful interiors, perfect personnel service and onsen. Private bath was great. Also we liked bath with hot water on the balcony in a room. Good location in Arima.
The overall feeling is very good, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the service attitude is excellent; the location is a bit far away, and you need to shuttle or drive back to the center or station when going out to the street; it is quiet enough to sleep beautifully. Our group of 4 adults and 1 child includes breakfast and dinner. Room 101 is the stable house, which is the largest room based on the floor plan. There is a pavilion and garden in the room.
praise:
1. Quiet, clean, and feel very comfortable as soon as you enter the room.
2. As soon as I parked my car, someone helped me pick up my luggage and get into the hotel. There was my name on the welcome sign in front of the hotel (there was also a name sign in front of the door for breakfast and dinner). I felt very valued; all the waiters were very kind and helpful, and some The waiter is a ********* student who came here for a trial internship, so communication is much easier. The hotel has a shuttle. When you go out for a walk, you can call wtsapp to be picked up at a designated location, which is very convenient.
3. As soon as we enter the hotel, someone will put away our shoes, and the waiter will take us to the hotel to introduce all facilities, lounges, hot springs, breakfast/dinner locations, yukata giving, etc., and also introduce nearby cafes, restaurants, and check-in slots. , 7 major hot springs outside and other details. If the hotel is listed, you can enjoy the 7 major hot springs for free. (I asked the waiter that there is no need to cover up tattoos in the hotel’s hot springs)
4. There is a pavilion in the room, which is very beautiful, and the photo check-in is excellent; the Japanese room is very spacious, and can accommodate 4 large luggages. One side is a Japanese room for sitting, and the other side is for beds. 5 people need to sleep in the same Japanese room. The two Japanese rooms can be separated by a sliding door. Be a little quieter; when we have dinner, the waiter will help us lay out the tatami. The dinner is very rich, so full that we can't walk, and it is so delicious (there are red snow crab and beef). From what I observed, the waiter at dinner and bed is The same person, the service is still excellent and meticulous, I admire you!
5. The latest dinner we choose is 6:30 (5:30, 6:00 and 6:30pm time slots are selected). There are fireworks to watch just after dinner (9:00pm). The icing on the cake is that they are set off at the station, so we have to go after dinner. Wear a yukata and enjoy the fireworks directly outside the hotel. The 5-minute fireworks are really beautiful, especially at this moment. After the fireworks, you can soak in the hot springs directly in the hotel. Note that the lounge closes at 10:00pm for drinks and snow. Bars are provided, but alcohol is charged. The hotel closes at 12:00am, so if you continue to soak, you can still enjoy the drinks in the lobby (only frozen water, frozen black bean tea and coffee).
6. I went to bed very early after soaking in the hot spring. The hotel opens at 5:30 in the morning, so you can take one more dip in the morning. Breakfast is at 7:30/8:00am, and checkout is at 10:00am after breakfast. Tip: Go to Kinosaki Sea World. If your children want to touch penguins or feed dolphins or related activities, please make a reservation in advance.
Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)
I didn‘t expect that there would be a hot spring hotel in this place. Although it is a hot spring, the introduction says that the temperature is only about 28 degrees, so... The room is very clean and the hot spring is very comfortable. After dinner in the evening, you can also take a walk on the beach next to the hotel. The scenery is beautiful.。

Amazing
GGuest UserWhat an amazing stay! It exceeded all expectations. The place is super nice with design interior, rooms are warm, spacious and comfortable. The whole place is modern, yet has a very traditional authentic feel and feels serene.
The staff is very attentive, caring and fulfills your every need - they make you feel welcome, and explain everything to you very well even if you are a foreigner, there was no problem communicating in english.
You are guaranteed 2 private stays in the private onsen spa of your chice - one in the evening and one in the morning, the time slots are more than enough to cover guest capacity and you have choice. The public onsen is pretty awesome too, although i felt so relaxed after private onsen for so long i went there just because of curiosity lol.
The dinner and breakfast are HUGE and are SUPER tasty. Excellent products and execution, it was my first time tasting a5 wagyu. I recommend you do not eat lunch before coming to the ryokan for dinner, maybe just breakfast or something small because you will want to eat everything in this amazing meal set. I still feel kind of full 1 day after checking out.
The hotel has nice common areas with free beverages, board games, ping pong ans some slot machines for entertainment. You can reserve karaoke room or get massaged in the automatic massage chairs. After we chcecked in at 3pm we did not need to go anywhere away from the hotel and just enjoyed our time there.
If you want to book very specific timeslots for the private spa come in at that 3pm, because people queue up 30 min before in the lobby. Although i felt this was not really necessarry because like i said, the capacity is calculated well and you are guaranteed 2 entramces with available time slots. The first time slot starts at 4pm and is in 1hr intervals - with 5 available onsens up until the night. Morning onsen had plenty of free slots.
They also offer free shuttle bus and it was always quick, we even called from public telephone in Arima when before checkin and had no problems arranging pickup in english.
What i wish is if they were a little bit more flexible with breakfast times, because you also reserve a time slot but it's not like it's a course meal but traditional breakfast + buffet and you have to decide at the check in, which is kind of soon to think about when you want to have morning meal, but it's not too big problem. I guess it is a way to prevent everyone rushing in 5 min before closing time like some people do. The breakfast has plenty of variety and you even get a preheated own grill!
Overall, we couldn't pick a better place for our visit in Arima, we are so relaxed and it was oje of the best places we have ever been to!

The view from the room is great! Very close to the Naruto Whirlpool
MMonielleThe hot springs are good, there is indoor and outdoor onsen. The room is clean and there are many free things such as free ramen, free yakult, free ice cream and jelly in the room. Very satisfied and will want to come back again. Hotel is also beside one of the entrance to Chinatown
JJassieTanGreat stay with excellent service and hospitality!
While the location is slightly further from town, it’s still easily walkable. The service team was outstanding, providing lovely yukata for us to wear and even offering to drive us to the public bathhouses and drop us off at the station. Their hospitality truly stood out! The hotel room was spacious and beautifully designed, with fantastic shower products that added a touch of luxury. The food was delicious, and the onsen at the hotel was a perfect way to relax. Highly recommended!
MMeowVanThe service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and generally able to communicate in English. Their service is so good that they wipe down all your luggage upon arrival at the hotel, and my bags came out cleaner than when I came!
The food also left us speechless. I’ve never tasted such a delicious meal, and I consider myself a foodie. The dishes were prepared fresh right in front of us. Every detail was attended to, from presentation to taste. It deserves a 100% without a doubt. Since I had a food allergy, they were careful to leave out the allergen in all the foods. I was really thankful for that, because it’s not always a given at Asian restaurants.
The establishment itself is dated, but that’s why we chose it in the first place- to feel the aura of tradition. Having said that though, it was slightly inconvenient that there was no shower inside our room. However, it wasn’t too much of a problem because the shared shower/onsen room was just a short distance from our room, and it was generally not occupied. When we stayed there, there was a storm going on, so the the rain crashing on the window and the outside blinds gave off a spooky feeling, which added to the sense of adventure.
GGuest UserThe hot spring is small, but there are few people, and there are both gold and silver hot springs.
Meals are between 350 and 600 per person, which is pretty good. Breakfast is more than 100 per person, which is quite cost-effective.
The front desk can communicate in English or a translator depending on the personnel situation, and the service attitude is very good.
There was a foreign waiter in the restaurant who said he was learning English, but his English was actually very good.
There were no reviews when booking, so it was a successful adventure.
LLuoluoqiqiWe took an hour express bus from Osaka Station to Arima. We called the hotel front desk and a car came to pick us up in a while. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. When a young lady was preparing dinner in our room at night, I told her that the floor of the balcony was a little vibrating and noisy. I don’t know why. The young lady immediately reported the relevant colleagues. Another technician came to check the situation twice. After confirming that the noise disappeared and had no impact, he kept apologizing to us. The hotel’s open-air golden hot spring pool can be reserved. It costs 4400 yen for two people for 45 minutes. I was worried that 45 minutes would not be enough time. It turned out that I couldn’t hold on for 45 minutes and came out. I was so sleepy after the golden hot spring. Not long after dinner, I couldn’t lift my eyelids. I was so sleepy that I fell asleep before 10 o’clock. The dinner seemed to be small plates. My stomach was about to explode after eating. Although there were only three slices of Kobe beef, it felt better than the Kobe beef specialty restaurant I ate in Kobe City, which cost 30,000 yen per person. The breakfast the next morning was also very delicate and delicious. The only slight shortcoming might be that it was a little early, the latest one was 8:30 in the morning. Although this hotel is not as famous as some other hotels in the surrounding area, it is the most satisfying stop of my trip and I am very satisfied.
KKKOne word ”positive”. This Xiaoduli is the other garden of another hot spring hotel above. There are kaiseki dishes and fire dinner. In the evening, you have to go up for a minute to eat, so you must go to the 7/F public bathing hot spring to soak first, and then go to eat. You can book a family room (two of them) for 45 minutes per room per day. Before arriving, you can call to book a car to pick you up at the station, and the hotel will email you in advance. The two meals included are very rich, with delicious ingredients, including beef and fish. There is a self-service water bar in the middle lobby, with hot and cold green tea, coffee, etc. There is no toilet in the room, you have to use the public toilet, but it is very clean. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the hot spring street, where you can spend half a day.
GGuest UserA great ryokan!
Located 5 minutes from the Arima bus station.
We chose a room with two beds in a European style - we were met by a Russian-speaking girl, she showed us to the room, told us everything. Dinner and breakfast, as in most places, must be ordered at least 3 days before arrival. Please note that check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00.
The room is spacious, there is a free massage chair, tea, there is no bath or shower in the room. Since the building is old, you need to be quiet, since there is no soundproofing.
We took dinner for 15,000 yen - they offer you a time, at the right time they show you to the table. It was delicious, but not too impressive. I would like to hear more information about the dishes from the staff. The food was brought out quickly, the staff is trying very hard. The dining room looks great.
The source itself is quite small, I didn't really like the system with a low partition, but if you want to be alone, or you have a tattoo, you can visit it at night - it is open all day, except for 00:00-01:00 and 09:30-10:30 for cleaning. The water is golden
We also took a private bath for 5500 yen/60 minutes, it is 5 minutes from the building, it is quite scary to go there at night, I wanted an escort. There is a hammam and all the necessary accessories.
