Shops and restaurants nearby. The hot spring in the hotel is much better than expected. The breakfast is delicious.

Location is excellent & convenient. You can easily access to the subway station at B1 especially on a rainy day. Lot of restaurants around the area. Service is good & the front desk staffs are very helpful, can speak fluent English.

I used this place on my first trip to Fukuoka. I imagined a business hotel, but I had a gift for my children, and I was able to spend fun with my children! The staff 々 was also pleasant with a smile and a very polite response. The facilities were beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with a pot and a crown prince. There is also a large bath, so my husband and son went to the large bath, and I was able to enter the bath in the room slowly. There is no toilet water in the amenities, so women bring it. And the pajamas in the room are made of chemical jersey dough. Like me, the sleeping roll is a cotton style.

When I checked the reviews, I saw that if you want to go out late at night, you have to go through a convenience store. There are two entrances. A) You can go out through the lobby located on the 2nd floor, and get off on the 1st floor B) You can go through the convenience store. It's nice that the convenience store is located in the building, but it runs out quickly. If you want to enjoy a late-night snack, please go and get items earlier. I booked the hotel because of the hot springs. I was able to enjoy the hot springs at night and in the morning. I plan to visit again for a hot spring trip !! There are no good places to go nearby. All stores are closed early in the morning and at night.

Since extra beds are not available, we paid to upgrade to the family room type, which has two large and two small beds and four beds. There is also a living room space with an unparalleled wide sea view. Absolutely great value. If it weren't for the fact that I couldn't extend my stay, I would really like to stay here again. This should be the Hilton with the highest standards that I have stayed in besides the star hotel in Hollywood.

The hotel is nice with high level lobby and free hot spring on the top floor. That is actually located in the prime location of Fukuoka with few top travel spots around like 櫛田神社, Canal City & Tenjin Underground mall. The restaurants around are also nice, especially for the recommended restaurants from the hotel. We had our great first trip to Fukuoka here.

The hot spring water quality is very good. You can take popsicles after soaking in the hot springs. You can take Yakult by yourself in the morning. Soy sauce ramen is provided in the evening. It is very convenient to go to the airport or go shopping and take the bus. The hotel is well soundproofed and I didn't hear any noise from outside while sleeping. In addition, the room is not small. We stayed in a twin room for 2 consecutive nights. At check-in, I applied ”Eco de Route Inn” (cleaning only towel exchange and garbage collection) and got 2 canned beers. The room was clean, not new or large, and it was easy to use, such as an empty refrigerator and a kettle pot. The view from the window was about the Hakata Station Square from between the next building. There are 6 washrooms in the large communal bath, and it was not crowded after 20:30 on weekdays and holidays, so I was able to take a bath slowly. Breakfast is from 6:45, but I was able to start eating a little earlier than that or was ready early. There was a line at 7:00. The Japanese side dishes including local specialties such as Mentaiko and cucumber were abundant and delicious, but the croissants placed on the edge of the buffet shelf were crispy. It was delicious when I lightly burned with a toaster. After checking out, I had my luggage kept until the evening just before returning home, and I was able to go sightseeing lightly. It was a very convenient hotel for dinner and sightseeing, directly connected to Hakata Station Hakata Bus Terminal.

The appearance and interior of the hotel are common business hotels, but it is good to have a clean feeling and have a free coffee maker and tea beside the front desk. 大浴場ありという事とJR黒崎駅直結で便利という事で利用しました。 ホテル自体はコムシティの9階から12階なのですが、ロビーだけは道路に面した1階にあります。 駅ビル直結ではあるものの、コンコースからは一度降りる必要があるため意外と移動は面倒です。 大浴場に関しては、大浴場と呼ぶには少し誇張しすぎかなという感じで、やや狭かったです。 (ホームページでも載せていますが、盛っている感じはなく印象そのままです) それでも高齢者の方に配慮して手摺が付いているのは感心しました。 1Fのロビーにコーヒーとお茶のウェルカムドリンクサーバーが置いてあり、自由に飲むことができた事です。 この事だけでも利用して良かったと思えました。 朝食は6時半開始ということで、朝早く移動する私に取っては利用しやすい時間帯でした。 難点は、駅前にも関わらず近くにスーパーマーケットがなく(徒歩10分程)、コンビニ以外での買い出しは意外と面倒です。

辺津宮から車で約10分、国道495号線を入った場所に立地、宴会場・食事処やチャペル・プールなどを備える大型ホテル、建物自体は古い造りだが綺麗に維持されている。今回はツイン洋室をシングルユースで利用させて貰った、部屋は広く窓際にはミニソファとテーブル・椅子がある、ユニットバスは狭いが大浴場を利用するので問題ない。部屋着の作務衣は各階エレベーターホールに備えられている物をチョイス。アルコール類の自販機はないので1階ロビーにある土産物屋で購入しなければならないが開店時間が21時までなので部屋呑みの場合は予め購入しておく必要がある。因みにホテル近くにコンビニはあるが飲食店はない、従って夕食も車を使い外食をすれのでなければ夕食付の宿泊プランが望ましい。大浴場は2階、脱衣場は約100個なロッカーと約50個の脱衣籠。浴室の洗い場は約20個、内湯は大きく10人以上が入れる、余り大きくないがサウナもあり水風呂も。露天風呂は5人程度が入れる岩風呂タイプ。朝食は1階バンケットルームで和洋中ブッフェ、がめ煮やのっけ丼の他にフッシュバーガーやカレーもあった。慌ただしい1泊でしたが快適過ごせました。
