Our room was in the East Wing, which required carrying luggage up a few steps before being able to take the elevator to the room. This aspect needs improvement. Furthermore, there was a diverse selection of additional ingredients and beverages available for purchase, catering to various tastes. **Onsen Facilities:** The next morning, we experienced the hotel's onsen facilities. The large public bath, separated for men and women, was clean and comfortable, an ideal spot for relaxation. **Transportation and Summary:** The hotel is situated in a tranquil environment. As there are no nearby train stations, a self-drive is highly recommended, and the hotel provides convenient parking for guests. Considering the generous room size, professional dining service, and reasonable prices, this is a hotel with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to travelers planning an in-depth visit to Lake Towada."

"This ryokan is in the hills and takes a bus and hotel van pick up to get to. We like the personal attention & good service provided. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The local food provided was presented very beautifully, delicious & sufficient for us. The onsen in house was rustic, clean & within beautiful forest and next to the stream setting. Overall, an exceptional experience ! And don’t forget to visit the double waterfall opposite the ryokan. You can see it from the main road outside the hotel. It’s a gem !"
