Hotel Indigo Inuyama Urakuen Garden
4.7/5297 Reviews
If you walk less than 10 minutes along the Kiso River from Inuyama Yuen Station, you will arrive at the hotel and you will see Inuyama Castle on the mountain behind the building. Bamboo is planted on the side of the front approach, and dry landscape water appears beautifully on the gravel. Mr. Bell, who was approaching, asked her name and seemed to have confirmed that she was an IHG Platinum member at the front desk, and a woman at the front desk came to sit and check in. Arrived around 13:00, and I made a standard room reservation using points, but it is said that it is UG to the Kiso River view and can enter the room in about 10 minutes. I gave me a drink ticket with the IHG platinum privilege, and the late check-out by 14 o'clock was also accepted with the privilege. He came to guide me that the room was ready in less than 5 minutes and said that the suitcase was already in the room. The check-in support of the front desk woman is perfect. The front lobby and elevator hall are elaborate modern Japanese-style decorations, and the pond and Inuyama Castle can be seen through the atrium glass, which is a wonderful view. The room with a view of the Kiso River has a sofa on the balcony. There is no bathtub, but it is comfortable with independent rain shower -, and the washroom and toilet are separate from each 々. There is a large hot spring bath, so there is no problem even if there is no bathtub in the room. There is a capsule coffee machine. There are geta, handbags, and yukata to go to the hot spring public bath. The hot spring public bath has an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and there is also a sauna. The hot spring while looking at the bamboo grove feels good. There are plenty of bath towels and hand towels. I ate breakfast at the restaurant, but I don't know if it was because of a platinum member, but it was crowded, but he guided me to the back window side. I get beer from the morning with a drink ticket. He poured it into a beautiful beer glass and brought it with it, but only 1 - 2 drops overflowed from the glass, but the waiter immediately apologized and wiped the glass quickly and changed the coaster. He gave me. If I'm sorry, he asks me if I should bring some buffet food, and I'm polite and liked it. Front lady, restaurant waiter, everyone can have a good service. Looking at the photo, the paint of the room and the elaborate Japanese-style interior looked dull, but the Inuyama Castle and the hotel gardens were splendidly harmonized to create a unique atmosphere, and the splendor of architects and designers was felt. To. It was a great hotel with both hard and soft.

Lovely hotel, very conveniently located walking distance from Nagoya station. Lots of great restaurants around too. Room is a reasonable enough size for Japan, with good amenities.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

I didn't choose it myself because I stayed on a tour or the remnants of the Showa era. There are many beautiful new hotels around, such as Marriott, Hilton, Daiwa Roy and Richmond. Among them, it was probably the oldest hotel with the feeling of being extended to the extension. The room I stayed in was like a renewed room, with a new unit bus and bed, desk, easy to use, but the window was completely smoked glass and there was a feeling of blockage. The air conditioner of Daikin, which would be still new, was also turned on when I went to bed, and for some reason I coughed and stopped. Have you not cleaned the filter? The unit bath has a bucket-like trash can and drainage of the washbasin. Maybe the former 々 was a smoking room. It was written as a non-smoking room, but it smells like cigarettes when I stay in the room for a while. The pillows are hard and expensive, and the comforter is not covered properly. The best thing is slippers, and if you renew the room, you should renew the slippers, but they may remain old. I didn't feel like wearing them very much, so I bought slippers at Donki nearby. As for the ice making machine, the paper cup provided is small and only a little ice can be put in. I use the ice making machine at a color 々 hotel, but I saw such a small paper cup for the first time. I'm surprised. With this, the large communal bath is also less expected. .. I didn't go because I thought. Breakfast was so delicious except for lunch boxes, so I was saved. I don't think I need that lunch box. However, the structure of the venue, the chairs and the tables remain old. .. It seems that there is a large banquet hall that no one uses now. The elevator says that customers on the lower floors want to use the stairs. The staff at the front desk and restaurant had a great service spirit, but what is the service? The business hotels that are open today are beautiful and functional. It is not large and the staff service is not expected, but the customer is looking for cleanliness, functionality and cozy of the room. It is not that there is a large communal bath. I want you to research.

The bath and relaxation room were very good. Unfortunately. At the breakfast buffet, I packed the side dishes that middle-aged men took nearby in a tapper and put them in a cooling bag. I put 2.3 times with my familiar hand. I was attached to the front desk staff, but it seemed to be doing it routinely. I felt bad.

Central location, close to subway station! And also easily accessible to Nagoya station and Sakae! If you don’t mind a bit of walk, it takes only around 20 mins to Osu area! Onsen is great and open for most of the day and needless to say, the free ramen in the evening and the free supply of ice cream lollipops are most liked by customers I guess!!!

Close to the airport with small free parking on site so works well the night before an early morning flight if you need to return a car hire. A few restaurants within walking distance. Did not try facilities. Breakfast was quite average for western taste but that tends to be the case in Japan. Nothing fancy but comfortable and does the job well.

I was lost in the corona vortex and I was lost to go or go just before, but I enjoyed it well. The hotel corona measures were complete, and the customer service was all comfortable. In the world, it is said that the corona vortex is folded, and the request for self-restraint is requested, but if the countermeasure is properly taken, I think it is good to eat out and stay. I'm personally saying, but if you do as the administration says, everyone will collapse. I'm going to lose my job. Let's pay attention and go out! ! This time, the room did not grade up and made it the lowest price, so it was about 22 ㎡ non-smoking western room. 11,000 yen / person (also, 150 yen / person for hot water tax). It was 5 F of 7 F, but the scenery is perfect because it is located on the high ground in the first place. The special thing is the buffet style meal. Everything was delicious. Moreover, it seemed that there were few guests in the first place because of Friday's stay, and the staff of the restaurant and the guests were the same. Because of such a situation, the staff's response was exhaustive, and most of them were divided by corona measures, and I was sorry for the preparation that took time. I am very satisfied. The quality of the hot spring is ”NaH2O” (alkaline neutral low tension low salt spring), which is a hot spring from ”Ikeda-Yuge Onsen” in Ikeda-cho, Gifu Prefecture. This time, it was just a good time, and the sunset was seen from the open-air bath, and I was impressed. However, I am sorry, but I will dare to write three things that I was a little worried about. The first is that there are few luggage places. I am glad that it is prepared because it is good for a folding baggage rack. The second is the dust on the floor of the room. There were few outlets and the extension code was prepared on the floor, but there was a lot of dust, so I was careful to clean it with a wet tissue. The third is the place to take off the shoes at the entrance of the hot spring. It was difficult to understand the boundary with the place where it became barefoot, and I was confused about the position to take off the slippers. There is also a day trip bath, so if you put slippers or shoes in the geta box, you have to walk barefoot in the same place. I want you to improve from the hygiene side.

Great for women too! (Review only for women) I went with my teen daughter just bcs we were curious about this idea. It was amazing! I hear that originally, the capsule hotels were made for drunk men who couldn’t catch the last train to go home and can’t afford the expensive taxis in japan. So I was worried about the place been full of drunk ppl but I search for a capsule hotel for women too. I love it! - The 2F is only for women and u can’t get in if you don’t have a special key so it’s pretty safe. - Everything was divided for male and female … even the eating area. - It’s also a No Smoking place. Perfect! - ALL instructions are in English (actually good translation) ;) - You can also borrow/ask for (free) extra chargers (although u have inside the capsule), iwatch charger, nail clippers, contact lense cleaner, hair iron, etc. (1F) - check in 2pm and check out 12mid day - Coin laundry (4F for women) - Locker and place to put your clothes or suitcase (5F) - Steam iron in the locker area (5F) LOCATION ***** Excelente location! Only 3 to 5min from Sakae Station. Many restaurants and things to do around the hotel. We could have stayed 3 nights there to see everything! AMENITIES ***** This place has sooo many things for the spa! You literally don’t need anything! Not even a pijama! BATH (4F for women)***** I think the male bath is different. The bath is 5 stars! It’s a great public bath for Japanese or foreigners. I particularly don’t like showering in front of people and like the privacy of my own shower. Usually Japanese public bath don’t offer this option but this hotel had 2 showers where you can clean yourself before going to the “onsen” (with only one type of shampoo, conditioner, body soap and face soap). The onsen or public bath is great! They actually have one with hot and the other one with cold water. Here you will find more than 5 brands of product to wash yourself (not like the private shower rooms). They also have a dry sauna and an AMAZING stone sauna! The sink area where you dry your hair, brush your teeth, etc is awesome! Really, no need to bring anything from home! CLEANING **** The hotel looks pretty clean. There is always a lady in the bath area making sure everything was nice and clean. BREAKFAST (11F) It says that the breakfast is included but it’s only rice with pickles, egg and soup. Do not expect the western breakfast. BUT I think this is even better! There is a big area (divided for male and female) where you can bring your own food (from a convenient store or the 1000 restaurants close by) and eat there. There is also a big area where men and women can eat. The rice and soup and all that is from 6am to 12 midnight. You can also drink whatever you want (soft drink and coffee)! THINGS I WOULD LIKE THEM TO ADD OR CHANGE - I would love if one elevator is only for women and the other only for men. - The capsule has ear plugs but the little bag where it comes in, makes so much noise. I wish they would u

We stayed in a room with a new building Furari sea side twin and hot spring. There were many bad reviews, so I stayed while thinking about what it was. Others' kuchikomi said that they would not be guided to the room if they were not at 15, but they did not do the check-in procedure at 15 instead of the guide. Arrived at the inn by car around 14 o'clock 45 minutes, checked at the entrance and headed for the front desk. There were already a lot of young people sitting in the lobby and lined up behind a couple who were checking in. What a strange eye to a 20 woman sitting in the lobby! I thought that I was going to be my turn and said my name and room type, and I was told that I would accept the check-in procedure from 15. I want you to tell me when I'm in line. There are too few staff. Is the woman who has seen the jirojiro looking at it thinking that she will be checked in first? It is the first time that only the check-in time will accept the procedure. Is it a plan for a couple who were in front of me to check in early? 15 When I thought it was time, the people who were lined up ignored and called in order to let the names of the people in the lobby wait. I didn't think we would be called or called, so I came later and rearranged behind the people lined up in front of the front desk. What is the difference between people who arrive early and not called 15 at the same time? The staff only had staff 1 people to check in at the entrance, front staff male 1 people. 15 At last, another female staff increased. 15 If you only check in from time to time, you don't know that, so you should put a large sign in the lobby, which the staff will tell you when you write it on the net or at the time of temperature checking. I think. It's a waste of time to say that it's a waste of time to line up many times. I think the impression will be good because the room and the meal were good if even this check-in response was neat. The room with the sea side hot spring of the new building was only a new building and was new and easy to use. I think the room with hot springs on the sea side is good without dissatisfaction if you stay. I don't like the circular bathtub because it is a narrow image, and I noticed that there is a circular type type after the reservation, and when I asked the inn, our room was booked in a circular type, and it was not possible to change. The actual circular bathtub was larger than I imagined and it was good to stretch my legs. The drinks in the refrigerator were free and there was cheese cake. I thought there was a cheese cake because there was no welcome drink in the lobby at check-in. Free in the refrigerator was good. The paid rental bath and rock bath were also available for free. The dishes were available in a private room seat and the content was good. The hot spring with the room also allowed me to see the ship's travel. I enjoyed the view. I didn't go to the public bath, but when my family used it after the rock bath, I said that the smell of chlorine was a little hard. The hot spring in the room is not chlorine smell. The room with Furari sea side hot spring is recommended.
