It was a great vacation, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service and staff, and also the location of the hotel were very nice ... But I would like to note that booking through this site is for Eastern Europe only, so the balance will paid in the hotel, this is happen with me because I didn’t knew that

A very beautiful hotel, the customer base is basically Europeans and not Chinese. However, the attitude of the service staff was average. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar, they were a bit impatient. For example, when I asked for a drink, they basically ignored me and had to remind me loudly before they poured me a drink slowly. The front desk also asked him questions and was very impatient. Comparing the hotels I stayed in in Luxor and Aswan, I felt there was a bit of discrimination. Also, on the first day I checked in, the power was cut off repeatedly, which didn’t feel very good.

Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)
Sunrise Holidays Resort (Adults Only)

The service is timely and effective, the environment is comfortable, and the prices of spa and manicure in the hotel are also reasonable (discounts will be given directly, and the price after various discounts is basically 10%~15% higher than the outside quotes found on Google). Location: If you go diving, they will pick you up, so it doesn’t matter; it is 5/6km away from Walmart/about 10km away from the seafood market, and Uber is very convenient. ps, for consumption on the hotel account, ask in advance what to settle, and use $ to settle, because the front desk does not have $ change; visa Egyptian pounds are fine; € has change, but sometimes you have to wait

Very nice hotel. More than enough places at the pool, and heated pool so perfect to relax. Little remote so not a lot of noice around, good location for dolphin trip but further away from centre of marsa alam. The rooms are big, but some rooms have a sharing door which does not make the room very soundproof. However, we asked to change to a room without this and the hotel (Mahmood from front office) helped us get this and the room we got after was much better and much more quiet. Food also very good.

Al Ahyaa
Stumbled into the base of a Chinese tour group The room is quite average and not worthy of the five-star rating. The food and beverage variety is very small and the quality is very average. The level is about 4 stars, which is lower than other five stars in the area where I live. It seems that it is because there are too many tour groups. There are very few entertainment facilities and there are no entertainment activities in the evening. The bay is also very ordinary. The beach and water quality are not as good as other bays in the Red Sea. If possible, it is better to live in the south of the city. There is nothing near the door, so forget it when you go shopping.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for two weeks and had the best time. We arrived late, after the evening meal but the restaurant opened again at 10.30pm until midnight so we were well fed on arrival. Our room was spacious and very clean, Mustapha, our cleaner, was a delight and so hard working (loved his daily towel art). The beds were comfortable and good nights sleep was had. Towels were changed daily and everywhere cleaned. Loved where our room was, the 4000 block, it was half way between the beach and restaurants and in between the main pool and relaxation pool. The pools were lovely, especially the heated pool at this time of year. They were kept clean each day and the attendants will help sort any bed you want. The waiter service around the pool is good. The food in the main restaurant was delicious (we are not fussy eaters), it was always hot and freshly made. The egg men in the morning will cook your eggs to your specification. There are fresh fruit, salads and meats at every meal. I loved the fresh pasta, off the pasta lady, for lunch. Flat bread is made daily outside the main restaurant, piping hot and yummy. There was bbq meat made outside each lunch and evening meal too. If you are a roast, potatoes and two veg person then your needs would be met along with lots of other choices. We sat in the same area of the restaurant for most meals and were well looked after by the extremely hard working waiters in the area, special mention goes to Hazem (Smiler we called him) and Ahmed. They never stopped and looked after everyone very well. There are four other restaurants two on the Beach site and two on the Garden site (just round the corner with a free transfer bus if you don’t want to walk). The restaurants are Italian and Indian on the Beach site with Chinese and Lebanese on the Garden site. We tried all four being there for two weeks (2 if you are there for a week) and enjoyed them all. The beach was lovely with two drink bars and a beach cafe. The pier was great to have a stroll down and see lots of fish or have a swim in slightly deeper water. The animation team were also very hard working. We did not join in any activities but they were always friendly towards us and asked each day if we wanted to join in, saying no thank you was met with a lovely smile and they moved on. Such lovely young people from all over the world. On our last night the new general manager held a cocktail and nibbles session, this was a very nice idea and we enjoyed it. This was the first one but he plans to do it every Thursday, it is worth going to. We only had one minor issue, the cost of the WiFi. You can get it free and a really good signal in Reception so there is no need to buy any, so we shouldn’t moan. We did buy it as wanted it away from Reception, it was a tad expensive. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, in a great hotel, served by wonderful people. The weather was glorious every day, it was good to see guaranteed sun in January!
