The hotel is located not far from the airport, the cleaning in the room is good, but if there is shampoo, they do not put the conditioner, you have to tell the cleaner of the room. The beach is sandy, there are no fish in the sea and corals too. There are a lot of flies on the beach that are very annoying. I will also note the very annoying massage service. I do not recommend massage and hammam at all. I did not go on trips because those who went and shared that there is nothing special to see, especially the sightseeing tour. You can get one towel for the beach, not two like in other hotels. In the evening there is a cultural program, the animators are great, they work very well. The food is normal, typically Egyptian. I will not go to this hotel and Hurghada anymore, the sea is cool and windy, but this is my opinion, I liked Sharm more.

This hotel is in the center of Hurghada. There are many shops at the door. It is very good to go shopping. The hotel is a family hotel. There are a lot of people. If you want a quiet place, I suggest you choose Somabay. We booked a room with direct access to the swimming pool. It is a great room type. There is a water slide outside. The slide is super fun. There are many swimming pools in the hotel, and there are two swimming pools surrounded by sea water. The quality of the sea water is not as good as in the south. The hotel staff is super nice. I went there alone at dinner time. When the staff saw me alone, everyone who passed by came to ask me how the food was and if I needed anything. It is much better than other hotels that discriminate against Chinese people. It is very pleasant. I recommend it.

I would like to make a single review of Staff working here at the hotel , in my opinion without them , my stay would not be as good as it was. Bartender Abdul Rahman greeted me and my girlfriend always with a smile on his face , he told us jokes and provided the highest level of service , with friendly aura ( true friendly aura ) , gave us lovely drinks and popcorn and took care of us everyday. We felt like at home with such a friend at the hotel , all the best to you and many of your friends Abdul , thank you for being the man you are !

Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

We are very, very happy that we chose SUNRISE Anjum Resort in Marsa Alam. Everything was amazing. The location of the hotel, the hotel itself, the pools, the staff, the rooms and the food and drink. We have been to many places in Egypt several times, but what we experienced here was fantastic. The food is very delicious and varied. The waiters are waiting for your every wish.. the drinks were also delicious and tasty and what is very important, of good quality! The guys making the cocktails at the pool bar were very kind and skillful. Whatever you asked for, they did it in the best quality!! The cleaning staff was constantly looking for what they could do to please you and where they could help! I can only say good things about the management! I would like to especially highlight Mr. Abdelsalam! Very helpful, kind and interested! I can only write the best! I have already recommended the hotel to others and I will return! I have been to beautiful places in many countries, but here beauty met humanity and this is how it became a perfect place!!

I was impressed by all off the staff within the hotel .We had an absolutely amazing time .The room were sparked,with great decor and crisp bed sheets ( Always done by Khlgif lovly service room 👍 ).The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options!The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.Nothing was tumach trouble I had a lovely holiday with my family.Very friendly &helpful staff.The customer service was top on the top in reception very helpful Mohamed and Yahya 👍🙏 We will certainly be staying here again!!!Tom&Family
