"Our group of six, two families, booked the three-bedroom villa. The butler proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat, providing excellent service. However, upon check-in, the front desk forgot to ask if we had a car and register the license plate. This led to our car being automatically charged by ETC for parking when we went out for dinner, so I hope the front desk can improve their reminders in this regard in the future. Also, among the three bedrooms, only the room on the second floor had a phone, which made calling for the shuttle quite inconvenient. It would be great if there could be a phone on the first floor as well. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, there was some dog poop 🐶💩 in the outdoor garden area on the first floor. I hope future cleanings will also pay attention to this. Other than these points, our experience was very good!"

"The hotel is located within the Nanxun Ancient Town scenic area, and the environment is really pleasant. You can step right out and explore the ancient town. If you're looking to enjoy a private hot spring, I highly recommend trying the outdoor private springs on the first floor – you can soak and gaze at the stars. The room amenities are decent, and the afternoon tea and lacquer fan experience were also quite good. Breakfast isn't served at the hotel itself but at a partnered restaurant, which was also delicious."

"The shuttle boat from the pier near the parking lot provided complimentary transfer directly to the guesthouse, and I received a bonus scenic river view even before check-in. The owner was incredibly welcoming, actively helping with my luggage upon arrival. The room was clean, the air conditioning was excellent, and the banana tree by the stairs added a unique touch. My second bonus was the riverside view right outside the guesthouse. After a tiring day of exploring the ancient town's attractions, it was so relaxing to simply sit by the river and enjoy the scenery. The lake views were stunning at dusk and when the evening lights came on, and equally refreshing and gentle in the morning, truly capturing the essence of a typical Jiangnan water town. This place is perfectly suited for a relaxing stopover during pleasant weather. The third bonus was the three complimentary teas offered by the hotel: sweet, savory, and fragrant – a perfect accompaniment to the riverside view."

"Skipped the Chinese New Year crowds and checked in on Lantern Festival, so it was wonderfully quiet and uncrowded. Even though it's in the city center, it doesn't feel old, cramped, or damp at all. From the exterior to the rooms, every detail is excellent. The biggest surprise was how comfortable the bedding was; it was clean, soft, and I had a great night's sleep. Woke up feeling great in my back, waist, and neck – I'm seriously considering getting one of those pillows! As I was leaving, I checked the bed for anything I might have forgotten and found the duvet was still warm. It's also incredibly lightweight yet super insulating. The owner really put thought into their product selection. Even on a gloomy morning, I saw the cleaning staff meticulously tidying up the rooms, working up a sweat. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay here again if I get the chance. It's also super convenient for walking or cycling to nearby attractions, and there's a bakery and a popular cafe right outside the door, so you can easily enjoy them."

"A very good stay experience. A big thank you to GRO Xiaoshi at the hotel; he was very responsive and patient, making for a comfortable chat. The room was also excellent—large, with a Chinese style, and the bed was very soft. The table in the room was very practical and convenient for meals. We had a great time playing on the beach, and there was even fish food in the courtyard. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhoushan."

"Five points more or call the staff of the day, Xiao Chen is patient and responsible, from the beginning of the reservation of the room, the patient video, after importing, in the group communication needs, are very online All other staff including is very good Coming to the sea view outside the bathtub and balcony, the unit price of nearly 1500 is not cheap, and the Hyatt Marriott in Shanghai at the same price can basically live casually. Fortunately, the balcony lived up to expectations, there were few large diameter round bathtubs, hot water was stable, and the hotel could think about whether there were better measures in the summer. The room is separated from wet and dry, the sink is beautiful, and the design is slightly less practical and easy to splash out. The space area inside the room is large enough, or a small problem with the design. In fact, the designer can design a more level. Such a large area is a bit wasteful to go minimalist. The breakfast is clean and there is a local Wenling cake that is delicious. It would be better if the variety could be more. I wish it better and better here, I have a chance to come again ☺️"

The Cui Yin Wanjia Hui Resort Hotel (Shaoxing Lu Xun's Hometown Cangqiao Zijie Store) offers a variety of guest rooms. "The hotel's location is super convenient; if you're up for it, you can walk to all the attractions. Walking into the lobby (though it's not huge), the sunlight streaming in, combined with the water curtain effect, felt incredibly pleasant. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back to Shaoxing. I booked late, so the room I got was a bit small, making the price feel a little high for what it was. The breakfast buffet, while not extensive, offered both Chinese and Western options, which was basically satisfying. The room's cleanliness was good, all the disposable amenities were provided, and both the mattress and pillows were very comfortable to sleep on."

Hotel near Inside Nanxun Scenic Area,Huzhou
The hotel is located in the southern core scenic area of the ancient town, covering an area of over 1000 square meters. It consists of 3 buildings, 8 guest rooms, 4 courtyards, a Chinese restaurant, a coffee shop, and a thatched tea house. Facing the former residence of Zhang Shiming across the river, it takes no more than 4 minutes to reach the hotel from the south gate of the scenic area. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach attractions such as Xiaolianzhuang, Zhang Shiming's former residence, Jiaye Library, Liu's staircase, and more. The former owner of the hotel, Liu Zhu, is the eldest brother of Liu Yong, the leader of the "Four Elephants" in Nanxun. The building was built in the Qing Dynasty, and the hall faces the river along the street. There are 4 king sized rooms on the 2nd floor of Linhe, with wedding dress performances during the day and projections at night, providing a panoramic view. The main building retains the original Chinese classical style, which is very suitable for parents and children. All room types come with double door balconies, offering exclusive views of the courtyard; The semi outdoor hot spring is located in the courtyard and blends seamlessly with the entire courtyard scenery, becoming a major feature of the homestay.

"Stepping into this courtyard, time takes on a tangible form. Sunlight filters through the leaves, casting dappled, ink-wash patterns on the white walls. Sitting quietly under the eaves, a cup of clear tea completely relaxes the mind. The room offers a view right outside the door; at night, you hear the bamboo rustling in the wind, and in the morning, the scent of fresh grass. The best part about this place is that it makes you forget you're traveling – it's as if you've returned to a long-unvisited, leisurely hometown, rediscovering the tranquility and ease that life should inherently have."

The three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive. Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help. There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~ I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

My three-day, two-night stay was the perfect introduction to a resort-style hotel. Both the hotel's facilities and services were impeccable! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 ✅ First, let's praise the hotel's excellent location: who knew the exclusive access to Xan Shan Peninsula was such a privilege?! (Pictures 1-16 show the hotel facilities and surroundings, unedited photos) The hotel also boasts a very large garden and surrounding attractions perfect for photoshohoots. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Xan Shan Botanical Garden (honestly, not much to see, but there are daily parent-child activities), Lover's Gorge (great for couples to take photos), the hotel's exclusive lighthouse (Picture 7, very atmospheric), and the hotel's seasonal fruit orchard (high parent-child interaction, with different fruits available for picking in different seasons). When the weather is good, you can take many beautiful scenic photos. When it's cloudy or rainy, you can experience the unique humidity of the Jiangnan region and the fresh air provided by the lush vegetation. ✅ Next, let's talk about the hotel facilities. The hotel is divided into three buildings, A, B, and C. Building B offers the best lake views, with a complete panorama of the lake's beauty. The layout is very reasonable, with convenient connections between all areas. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The indoor and outdoor pools are regularly disinfected with chlorine balls, and the water is clear and sparkling, perfect for children to play in. The hotel also has a swim shop with affordable items, which is very convenient for guests who haven't brought all their swimming gear. Every day, the hotel has an activity schedule listing the names and locations of various parent-child activities at different times throughout the day. There's a wide variety to choose from. There's also a super large indoor children's playground, which is cleaned very, very thoroughly. I really want to thank the cleaning staff for their hard work here. ✅ Dining (Pictures 18-19) The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection. Set meals can also be purchased in advance on your phone. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to nearby farmhouse restaurants (PS: the prices are very, very, very affordable, and the vegetables are freshly grown and incredibly fresh). The most commendable aspect of the dining is the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety is incredibly extensive, and they even adjust the dishes daily to better cater to different guests' preferences. Soups, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, freshly made guokui (griddle cakes), mini-hamburgers, and more! You can also scan a QR code to order noodles and freshly made wontons. I always end up eating too much every day, darn it! ❗️They even consider the need for liquid food for infants and provide various flavors of rice cereal. In addition, whether it's the minibar in the room and the complimentary welcome drinks (Qiandao Lake beer), the incredibly seasonal, crisp, and sweet fruits, or the thoughtful turndown service, every detail showcases the hotel's humanistic care. It's truly commendable (Picture 17). ✅ The absolute most praiseworthy aspect is the high-end, meticulous, and thoughtful service staff. Special thanks to: Ada and Joey at the front desk for check-in, Connor and Cindy from concierge, and our butler Landy. As soon as we got out of the car, concierge Cindy greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage, leaving a deep impression. The young man at the front desk who handled our check-in was also very enthusiastic in confirming our booking and upgraded our room for free. Throughout our stay, Connor drove us to and from nearby restaurants, the lighthouse, and Lover's Gorge. He was practically on duty all day until 10 PM, driving steadily and with a truly excellent attitude. He was super cool! Finally, and most importantly, our very, very responsible butler, Landy. She first introduced us to the locations and functions of the different venues, and informed us of the breakfast times. From the moment we added her as a friend, she consistently upheld her initial message: ”Please contact me anytime with any questions.” Whether it was day or night, she would respond and answer immediately to any query, booking vehicles, and even introducing nearby attractions and routes (with accompanying pictures for us to decide whether to visit). During our stay, there was a miscommunication during the cleaning staff's shift change. We had requested no cleaning the day before, but someone still entered the room and tidied it thoroughly. This unannounced entry made us a bit anxious when we returned to the room in the evening. Our butler immediately called us to calm us down and quickly contacted housekeeping. Soon after, we learned it was a thoughtful turndown service. We had initially considered contacting the duty manager to investigate, but we declined. This butler Landy truly, truly deserves praise. Her immediate contact and quick resolution smoothed over the issue, and left us with an extremely satisfying three-day, two-night experience. Her warm and thoughtful greetings every evening and morning made us deeply feel the hotel's excellent staff training and abundant humanistic care! 👏🏻 See you next time, Freedom Intercontinental Palace!

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

This hotel boasts an amazing location, right on the lake, and the service was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Our experience truly exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, staff immediately came forward to help with our luggage and brought it to the lobby. The lobby has a wonderful family-friendly vibe, with children's play areas set up in various corners. Free bottled water is available by the elevators, and our room also came with complimentary water and snacks. After check-in, we were even thoughtfully presented with a welcome fruit platter. We booked an inner lake view room with a sofa bed, and it offered fantastic value for money. Sitting on the balcony at night, we could enjoy the water curtain show – it created such a great atmosphere. The 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of the hotel have many Instagram-worthy spots; you can snap great photos anywhere. The night before our arrival, our butler, Anne, called me, but I missed the call. After checking in, I added her on WeChat, and I must give her special praise! Her service was meticulous and attentive throughout. She proactively informed us about various hotel activities and amenities, and she responded instantly to any questions we had, efficiently resolving all our needs. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation with kids; I genuinely recommend it! Just a small suggestion: currently, most of the children's facilities cater to younger children. It would be great if they could add some activities suitable for middle schoolers, so older kids can also feel more engaged.

Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time. It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B. The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night. After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea. Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village. I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review. The above.

The Brilliance Resort Qiandao Lake: An Amazing Experience, Free Room Upgrade a Pleasant Surprise! Booking the Qiandao Lake Brilliance Resort for a client this time around was an absolutely perfect experience, especially the hotel's thoughtful free room upgrade service, which left the client feeling incredibly surprised and touched. I simply had to write a glowing review to express my appreciation! As the party responsible for booking a business trip, what matters most is the client's stay experience. The Brilliance Resort, with its professional service, stunning environment, and thoughtful details, perfectly met our expectations and left the client with a fantastic impression of their Qiandao Lake trip. The hotel's location is already exceptional, nestled on the Pailing Peninsula, with the serene waters of Qiandao Lake to the north and the Central Lake District tourist pier to the east. It's just a five-minute drive to the commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for travel, sightseeing, and business. The ample free parking also saved a lot of hassle for those traveling by car. Upon entering the hotel, the Chinese Sui and Tang style decor was elegant and grand. The lobby was spacious and bright, filled with a subtle, refreshing aroma. The staff warmly greeted us, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. They were all smiles, patient, and meticulous throughout, and even proactively introduced us to the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions. The first impression was simply perfect. Originally, I had booked a basic lake-view room for the client, so imagine our surprise when, during check-in, the staff informed us they could provide a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe lake-view king room! This unexpected pleasant surprise instantly brought immense joy! The upgraded room was more spacious, with a well-designed layout that showcased thoughtfulness everywhere. Opening the window revealed an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, with its clear blue water and scattered islands. Every photo taken was a therapeutic masterpiece. All sorts of toiletries were readily available, and every detail reflected the sophistication of a five-star hotel. What's more, the room's cleanliness was noteworthy – from the floor and desktop to the bedding and bathroom, everything was spotless, even the nooks and crannies were sparkling clean, ensuring the client had a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Beyond the impressive room, the hotel's amenities also earned high praise from the client. In the morning, they enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the Milan Western Restaurant, which offered a rich and diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly baked bread, local Chun'an specialties, fresh fruits, hot porridge, and pastries were all available, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste – a perfect way to start the day. During their leisure time, the client experienced the hotel's wellness hot spring pools. The 7 unique hot spring pools nestled among the pine trees each offered different benefits. Soaking in the warm spring water while gazing at the scenic beauty of Qiandao Lake was utterly relaxing for both body and mind. The hotel also boasts a gym, outdoor pool, and cycling trails. For families, the children's playground, pottery studio, and 3D children's cinema are sure to keep the little ones entertained, satisfying the needs of various guests in one go. The service throughout our stay made us truly feel the hotel's dedication. Whether it was the patient answers from the front desk staff, the meticulous attention of the housekeeping team, or the thoughtful guidance from the restaurant and hot spring area attendants, every staff member maintained a professional and enthusiastic attitude. They responded promptly when needed and proactively offered all sorts of thoughtful assistance. The client mentioned that during their stay at Brilliance, they not only experienced the natural beauty of Qiandao Lake but also felt the warmth of being truly at home. As a business booking, this experience far exceeded expectations. The complimentary room upgrade not only showed the hotel's sincerity to our client but also highlighted the Brilliance Resort's dedication to every guest. From the environment and facilities to the service and details, everything was impeccable, making it an excellent choice for a trip to Qiandao Lake. I've already added this hotel to our top list for business trips and personal vacations and will highly recommend it to friends. Next time we visit Qiandao Lake, we will definitely choose The Brilliance Resort Qiandao Lake again!
