"Our group of six, two families, booked the three-bedroom villa. The butler proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat, providing excellent service. However, upon check-in, the front desk forgot to ask if we had a car and register the license plate. This led to our car being automatically charged by ETC for parking when we went out for dinner, so I hope the front desk can improve their reminders in this regard in the future. Also, among the three bedrooms, only the room on the second floor had a phone, which made calling for the shuttle quite inconvenient. It would be great if there could be a phone on the first floor as well.
Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, there was some dog poop 🐶💩 in the outdoor garden area on the first floor. I hope future cleanings will also pay attention to this. Other than these points, our experience was very good!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!"

Hygiene: Very clean. It's a renovation of an original local house, still with a wooden roof.

"Skipped the Chinese New Year crowds and checked in on Lantern Festival, so it was wonderfully quiet and uncrowded. Even though it's in the city center, it doesn't feel old, cramped, or damp at all. From the exterior to the rooms, every detail is excellent. The biggest surprise was how comfortable the bedding was; it was clean, soft, and I had a great night's sleep. Woke up feeling great in my back, waist, and neck – I'm seriously considering getting one of those pillows! As I was leaving, I checked the bed for anything I might have forgotten and found the duvet was still warm. It's also incredibly lightweight yet super insulating. The owner really put thought into their product selection. Even on a gloomy morning, I saw the cleaning staff meticulously tidying up the rooms, working up a sweat. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay here again if I get the chance. It's also super convenient for walking or cycling to nearby attractions, and there's a bakery and a popular cafe right outside the door, so you can easily enjoy them."

"Our stay and experience were excellent. We've traveled to many places with our 14-month-old, and our trip to Zhoushan was by far the most relaxing. The hotel has a large lawn where our child could play freely, and Dongsha Beach was also a hit with the little one. We had to take a shuttle to get to our room, but it was always on time, and our child loved riding it! 😄 The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, which turned out great. Our child was very cooperative, and the photos were lovely. The only downside was that adding extra photos was a bit expensive, so we only picked three. It would be great if they could be more affordable in the future. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhoushan!!!"

房間裏面乾濕分離，洗手池是好看的，衹是設計的實用性稍弱容易水濺出來
房間內部的空間面積足夠大，還是設計的小問題，其實設計師可以設計的更有層次一些，這麼大的面積走極簡風多少有點浪費
早餐乾淨有當地的温嶺嵌糕好好吃，如果品種能夠再多一些就更好了

GGuest UserThe three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive.
Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help.
There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~

Environment: It occupies the entire Xianshan Peninsula, making it very suitable for guests who prefer peace and quiet. It's closer to nature, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The scenery is beautiful, whether it's sunny or rainy.
Cleanliness: Very good. Housekeeping arrived to clean the room daily while we were at breakfast, which was efficient.
Service: A butler contacted us the day before check-in. This time, our butler was Evie, and her service was incredibly attentive and detailed throughout. She explained activities, provided daily activity reminders and weather alerts, and even helped us book in-room dining. Her responses were always very prompt. She truly deserves special praise.
This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We mostly just lounged in the room. Although we didn't participate in many activities, simply strolling around the hotel grounds and listening to the rain on the balcony was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic.
It gets a bit busier on weekends, probably because it's summer break and many families come with children. Weekdays are much quieter. The breakfast restaurant can get crowded during peak hours on Sunday mornings, requiring a bit of a wait.

The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

Environment: The overall hotel environment is good, the lobby/restaurant area is very comfortable, and the spa environment is particularly great – a wonderful experience! The only slight downside was that our room, a 'Wu You' room, had a view directly facing a row of small dolphin and duck boats in the park, which wasn't very appealing.😅
Service: The service was generally excellent. The butler was very responsive and thoughtfully prepared the room's decor. The hotel's refreshments were good. It would have been an even better experience if they had proactively contacted guests earlier.
Facilities: All the facilities were well-equipped, and they provided airport drop-off service. The food was also delicious.

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.

The hotel offers a wide variety of room types; we stayed in a slide family room which was playfully decorated and equipped with thoughtful amenities like kids' toiletries and a toddler toilet seat. Our child was thrilled the moment we walked in. The huge balcony offered an unobstructed view directly overlooking the emerald waters of Qiandao Lake, and the room itself was spacious and felt airy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel boasts a 3,000-square-meter multi-age children's playground where kids can play all day, allowing adults to relax and unwind. The front desk and room service staff were gentle and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The entire room was meticulously cleaned. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a full range of meats, vegetables, pastries, and fruits, catering to all tastes. The hotel's location provides convenient access to the lake area pier. It truly offers a one-stop vacation experience without the need to rush around. GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.
