"On my way to Sayram Lake, I saw many positive reviews online about Wenquan County, so I specifically made a trip to experience it. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain in Wenquan County, offering fantastic views overlooking the entire town. It's also very close to the bustling downtown area. From my room, I had an unobstructed view of the distant snowy mountains, with Kazakhstan just beyond them. The room also faced the lake in the park across the way. It's a great spot for a relaxing getaway. Soaking in the hot springs while gazing at the snow-capped mountains was truly delightful. I'd love to come back again!"

"The luckiest thing about this trip was probably choosing the right hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm yellow lighting and the smiling receptionist made me feel right at home. The room was decorated like a cozy little nest, with soft bedding and even the green plants in the corners seemed to come alive. I was woken up by birdsong outside the window in the morning, and opening the window revealed a panoramic view of the mountains. The aroma of hot porridge and freshly baked bread for breakfast filled the entire floor. The thoughtful details completely washed away the fatigue of the journey. I'll definitely stay here again next time! The location is super convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby, and it's a 5-minute walk to Daolang Park. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding had no odor, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The staff were very attentive and helpful, recommending authentic and affordable local restaurants. Excellent value for money, highly recommended for business or leisure travelers! The hotel is like a gentle poem, hidden in the alleys of the old town. The wooden decor carries the warmth of time, and the windowsills in the rooms display antique items collected by the owner. Sitting in the courtyard at night, listening to the cicadas and sipping tea, time seems to slow down. Breakfast consists of freshly made pan-fried buns, cornbread, and steamed bread. Staying here is not just about resting, but also about experiencing the little joys of life."

The room itself was clean, tidy, and cozy, with good natural light and a decent size. It was also pretty quiet. The whole room was smart-controlled, which was cool. There's a 'food street' nearby with plenty of dining options, making it convenient for eating out and exploring. Plus, there's a night market close by with delicious food – I highly recommend checking it out!"

"This was my dream room, it even had a private courtyard entrance and a welcome fruit plate of Korla fragrant pears. Absolutely incredible value for money! The service was great, facilities complete, and the restaurant next door was delicious too. Arriving in Korla was a pleasant surprise, and they even offered pick-up and drop-off service."

"I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"Looking at the evaluation, I was quite expecting it, but the fact is that the decoration is a bit old and the area is not large. The included hot spring environment feels not very clean and a bit dark. A bunch of ** sits inside like a bathhouse. I gave the tickets to us and I didn’t want to go. You can consider other homes for the hot spring. This is more than 200 nights, a little loss."

The most touching gesture was when the concierge noticed my car window was left open in the morning and promptly covered it with an umbrella to protect the interior – such thoughtful attention to detail.
