"The hotel selected for Korla is particularly suitable. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Swan River to see the night view. The surrounding specialty restaurants and supermarkets are complete. It is very convenient to buy food. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and they also actively recommended local punching points. The room was well-lit, spotless cleaning, the bathroom was dry and wet, hot water was supplied 24 hours a day, the mattress was moderately firm, the corridor noise was completely inaudible, and the long-distance running could have a good rest. "Just checked out, you must give this hotel a five-star praise! This stay experience is directly full, can't wait to share it with everyone. The first thing to like crazy is the hotel security uncle! I just got off the bus to the door, and the uncle trotted up with a smile and greeted him with special enthusiasm. Before I did it myself, he took the initiative to help carry all the heavy suitcases in the trunk on the cart and escort them all the way to the front desk. After checking in, the uncle insisted on helping me send my luggage to the elevator, and also intimately introduced the location of the hotel restaurant and gym. The enthusiasm and thoughtfulness from the heart really makes people feel like going home, like the humanistic care of the hotel! Then you must praise the little girl at the front desk. When I checked in, Xiao Ai's service was too efficient and professional, and it was all done in less than two minutes. The whole smile service, gentle and courteous speech, also arranged a quiet high-floor room according to my needs, and carefully reminded the breakfast time and WiFi password. This feeling of being valued and taken care of makes me relax instantly. Let's talk about the hotel's environment, because it is newly opened, it is brand new and bright everywhere. The lobby is full of design, the sense of high-end is full, and the corridor is covered with thick carpets, which is particularly quiet and comfortable to step on. The key point is to praise the sound insulation effect of the room, really amazing! Living in a room facing the street, I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but the window was closed and the sound of traffic outside disappeared instantly. When I sleep until I wake up naturally, I can't hear the sound of talking next door or walking in the corridor. The quality of sleep is super high, which is too important for people who are away from home! In general, every link from entering the door to leaving is very comfortable. Warm and caring security uncle, professional and efficient Xiao Ai, plus such a great environment and perfect sound insulation, next time you come here, this hotel is definitely the first choice!"

"The hotel is located in town so it’s very convenient for food and shops. The staff is super friendly and helpful with XiaoJia being extremely enthusiastic. Breakfast is simple so set your expectations. Room is clean and well equipped. There’s a gym at the basement and free laundry and dryer. It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve come across for a town. I was told the owner stays here, I guess that’s why the attention to detail and high standards are there. The resident cat XiaoBai was not enthusiastic unfortunately."

What a pleasant surprise! I found this hotel in Wenquan County, right next to Sayram Lake, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Xiao Ti and Yelina. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering excellent value for money – definitely worth the price. The restaurant's set menus were delicious too. And the hot springs had a distinct sulfur smell, which made for a very relaxing soak.

I had a very satisfying experience. Everyone says Narati is a popular and well-developed scenic area, but I believe if you can drive yourself, you absolutely should. If you plan to stay one night, definitely enter the scenic area and check into your hotel after peak hours, which is exactly what we did. This hotel is excellent! Even before we arrived, the front desk proactively contacted us and assigned us a butler. They even had a dedicated butler to introduce us to the routes. Upon arrival, a very friendly and handsome Uyghur young man, Xiao Mi, helped us with our luggage – his service was excellent and very personable, a major thumbs up! He also recommended a new route that just opened on June 20th. Breakfast the next morning was also great, and everyone provided excellent service. The manager, Nan, who stands at the entrance of the dining hall, was also very responsible, helping children with their toasted bread. The scenery was beautiful and we perfectly avoided the crowds by going out early. My experience at Narati was fantastic, and I hope to come again! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

I highly recommend Narat Naye Mountain River, a hidden gem of a guesthouse! The location is superb, the surrounding environment is first-class, and you can see the grassland directly from your bed. It's incredibly close to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around. We drove here ourselves and were really anxious because we couldn't get our own tickets for the scenic area. We tried contacting the guesthouse front desk, and to our surprise, the owner was incredibly helpful and reliable. He proactively helped us coordinate to get tickets, and the next day the front desk informed us that the tickets were secured. We were so grateful to the owner! Because of his help in getting our tickets, our entire itinerary was able to proceed smoothly the following day. What was especially surprising was the guesthouse's butler service—warm, attentive, and meticulous. We arrived at 3 AM, and even though it was late, we weren't neglected at all. They patiently greeted us and helped us check in; the service was incredibly heartwarming. On the second night of our stay, the guesthouse also organized a bonfire party, ethnic dance performances, and fireworks displays, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The overall stay was perfect, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I'm already highly recommending this place, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Nalati. I also highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Nalati!

The experience of the homestay is very good, and the luck is really good. I just met the ethnic lawn wedding and learned about the local wedding culture. There are also a few points that are worthy of praise. First: the service is particularly thoughtful and intimate Second: I was shocked when I entered the house decoration style, super atmosphere. The view from the window of the room is particularly good. Third: the facilities of the homestay are also very intimate, the house is clean and quiet, sleep until dawn, fatigue is all gone, the public area has national costumes specially prepared for the guests, the photos in the yard are very popular, the large courtyard, the boss planted flowers are also just right. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Xinjiang.

The winter atmosphere was fantastic, and they even offered airport pickup service – truly great! 👍 The service was good. The hot spring pool is located in the villa area, which was a bit inconvenient to get to, so I didn't try it. The breakfast was a bit basic, but enough. I'd suggest changing the small bowls for the noodles to larger ones, as there was actually a lot of noodles, and the small bowls weren't big enough to hold it all.

The biggest plus is its location within the Narat Scenic Area, and they even help book self-driving tickets. However, it's not as good as the reviews suggest. There are many concierge staff, but the actual information and assistance they provide feel very limited. Breakfast is a chaotic mess; you have to find your own table and chairs. One minute there's no milk, the next no cups, and eventually, no cutlery. For 118 RMB per person, it feels like a 58 RMB breakfast. Because it was cloudy and rainy, the bonfire party was canceled, and there was nowhere else to go. The TV in the room was tiny and placed on a very awkward wall, making it impossible to watch. I thought 'courtyard view' meant an actual view, but it was just a small patch of grass and a wall. I don't understand the point of calling it a 'courtyard view'. For such a large hotel, there are no charging stations. The staff told me they were only at the tourist service center, but I later found fast chargers at several parking lots in both the Sky Grassland and River Valley Grassland. Also, while the resort seems to have many restaurants, after checking the reviews, you'll realize there aren't many good options. Overall, it would have been better to stay at a hotel near the tourist service center.
