"Staying at Tingbo Zuowang in Kanas New Village finally allowed me to slow down and experience life in the mountains. The wooden cabin design is very textured, and the large windows offer a peaceful view of the misty forests. Getting around is very convenient, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to visit attractions. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the afternoon tea desserts were a delightful surprise. In the evening, there was also a warm goodnight sweet soup. The butler service was just right – attentive and thoughtful without intruding on my privacy. The whole guesthouse was quiet and peaceful, a perfect escape from the crowds to rest from travel fatigue. It was a very healing stop on my Northern Xinjiang trip, and I highly recommend choosing this place when visiting Kanas."

"I really love Wenquan County, and even more so, this hotel! It's very new, but the room smells fresh, not like a new renovation. It's comfortable, clean, and the views are absolutely unbeatable. I could just zone out all day on the bay window or the sofa on the outer windowsill, with the blue sky, snow-capped mountains, and wetlands forming a natural masterpiece. The breakfast was fantastic! The yak meat was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich, savory flavor – too bad you can't buy it anywhere else! The vegetable salad was super fresh, and the ingredient selection was very thoughtful, which is quite impressive for a small inland county like this. The hotel staff were all wonderful. Every pretty lady at the front desk was so patient answering all my questions and enthusiastically helped resolve all my issues. There was also a tall, cheerful shuttle driver who was very chatty. He told us not to hesitate to call for the shuttle, that it's on-demand, and he genuinely welcomed us to Xinjiang, happy to serve us. It's a shame I left in such a rush and didn't get his contact info. I absolutely adore this place; it's the kind of place you come to and never want to leave. Thank you to every Xinjiang friend I met here, and I look forward to our next reunion!"

It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue.
Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance.
The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur.
After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience.
It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty."

"I want to start by saying that the hotel's butler service was excellent – warm, attentive, and deserving of full marks. The lake view was also quite nice. However, for a hotel charging 2500 a night, this was the most expensive place I stayed during my entire Xinjiang trip, from Altay to Yili to Urumqi. Yet, there wasn't even a proper road leading to the hotel; it was just a dirt track. The lobby was also incredibly small, completely out of sync with its five-star price tag. While the hotel itself isn't bad, I'd say the pricing is the main issue. The facilities simply don't justify the cost. For comparison, I stayed at Nianhua Bay in Nalati, which offered individual villas with large private courtyards and was exceptionally well-designed throughout, for only 2300 a night – just one day apart! How can this hotel justify its price? In my opinion, Nalati's scenery far surpasses that of Sayram Lake. You can't charge a premium just because there's a lake, especially when the lake view itself depends on luck and good weather!"

MayayayaaMy overall stay far exceeded expectations, definitely a five-star experience! The room cleaning was meticulous and thorough, with no dust in the corners. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was no musty or strange smell. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent. It was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient. They promptly answered all my questions. The surrounding area is very convenient for dining and getting around, with complete amenities. The price was fair with no hidden costs. This is now my top choice for accommodation, and I've already saved it!

Guest UserHighly recommend! This place is truly excellent. The accommodation facilities were satisfying, and the overall living atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. The heated swimming pool was great for relaxation and fun, and they even offered a convenient service to help book self-driving tickets. Every aspect was thoughtfully taken care of. The cleanliness was impeccable. I got along really well with the staff (the ladies and gentlemen working there), which made me genuinely happy. They recommended great places and gave us tips for our trip. The hotel also offers dining options; even though we arrived very late at night, they still had food available, which was a huge relief. This trip was truly enjoyable. They even have ethnic clothing available at the hotel!

It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue.

Guest UserFor our wedding anniversary, we chose this hotel with a unique ethnic character. The front desk staff's traditional costumes were stunning, and the welcome dance was lively but not noisy. Our butler was like a friend throughout our stay, helping us book restaurants, decorate our room, and even sending champagne. Among the cultural and creative souvenirs, there was a pair of intangible cultural heritage embroidered coasters, which we bought as a memento. Every time we use them, we're reminded of that night's welcome dance and our butler's smiling face.

Guest UserBecause I have to take the Ayu Highway, I see that it is not far from the starting point, and there is a family room. I chose this place when I looked at the facilities. The entrance of the hotel is with a bunch of express hotels. It looks small and makes people feel drummed. After entering, I found that there is no hole in the sky. The hotel has a sense of design and facilities are good, but the family room on the 6th floor is different from the picture, and there is no elevator on the 6th floor. You need to go to the first floor. Finally changed the family room on the 5th floor. The hotel's service needs to be improved. I didn't call in advance. After I arrived, I said that the dinner should be set in advance. Later, I made a set meal after negotiation. The set meal was very affordable. The breakfast was served. The small oil cakes were especially delicious and the coffee was delicious. Overall, the design hardware is good, and the service needs to be improved.
