Hotel near Jiaoxi Station Area/Jiaoxi Hot Spring,Yilan
"The location is great, about a 3-5 minute walk to Tangweigou Hot Spring Park.
There's a free parking lot about a 3-minute walk from the hotel (though you can't drive out between 10 PM and 8 AM).
Right across from the hotel, there's another parking lot available for NT$250, valid until check-out the next day.
The hotel also offers bicycles for guests to borrow.
The room was a bit small because they dedicated most of the space to a large, clean bathroom.
The hot spring soak was very relaxing.
Soundproofing was decent.
On the second floor, there's a good selection of complimentary drinks and coffee.
Given the price, I'd definitely consider staying here again! 👍"

"I stayed for 2 nights and woke up with an itchy body, my feet covered in bites from what felt like an unknown bug. The itch was unbearable, even after applying medicine. Considering the 2-night stay cost nearly 2000 yuan, we bought a watermelon and asked the front desk if they had any tools to cut it, but they said no. I also asked if I could borrow nail clippers since my nails were long, and again, the answer was no. The room was spacious but lacked ventilation. If you're just looking for a hot spring soak, one night here is enough; other places offer better value for money."

The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. During late-night snack hours, there's a great selection of alcoholic beverages, plus a large screen to watch sports games. "Everything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore."

"CT Green Bay Hot Spring hotel was chosen over In House because it had more parking lots (basement and along side of the road (white line). We choose the 4 beds family room (2 double bed + 2 singles + swing) as we were as family of 2A2C & toddler. Lanyue Building- Sea View. Check-in was smooth, requires 1 passport for photocopy. Breakfast buffet was decent spread of both Chinese and western cuisine. Not fancy but even my picky with food children manage to find something they’d eat. Room was clean, our room was spacious, I pick the room without carpet as it suits our family with allergy better. Shower area although basic and dated with nostalgic bathtub and shower curtain style but clean. Wash basic is separate so it’s convenient. Some review mention uneven flooring, it was mild so we weren’t too bothered. My children didn’t even notice. Location was great for us as we plan to visit Yehliu Geopark and Keelung. There is paid DIY laundry at the next hotel. Parking is free for in-house guests. Playroom was fun for all ages toddler to teen to adults. As a family with young children, we highly recommend."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, and there was even a Cantonese-speaking staff member who helped answer our questions. Housekeeping was very prompt in delivering requested items, very responsible. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Jiaoxi Train Station. While the Jiaoxi Transfer Station is a bit further, it's still an acceptable walk within 12-15 minutes, and a taxi isn't expensive. I recommend taking the bus for a quick and convenient trip to and from Taipei or Taoyuan Airport."

I'll definitely bring my family here again next time!"

KkhtravelThe hotel's interior decor is stunning, with a strong Japanese feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring a private onsen and yukata. Plus, there are complimentary drinks and snacks. If you check in around 3 PM, you can enjoy a tea ceremony performance with free green tea and snacks. Breakfast offers a wide and delicious selection!
GGuest UserThis stay was in the Pine View room, located in the newer annex. The facilities were new and clean, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. The overall lighting and environment were good. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken. The double bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses felt quite old, with a noticeable bump where they joined but a dip in the middle, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The breakfast offered a decent variety of Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and had a good attitude. I'd suggest they pay more attention to the quality control of the bamboo shoots served with the congee; they had a strong rancid smell, as if they'd been sitting for a long time.
VVkwanAwesome hot spring hotel with spectacular view at rooftop pool, movie night and hot spring. Breakfast buffet and spacious room and in room amenities. Highly recommended and definitely will stay there again. Dinner at hotel restaurant because it’s raining, tasty and great service but feel a bit rush with 100 minutes time limit.

JJLun3388Sweetme Hotspring Resort is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Xinbeitou Station and conveniently close to many restaurants.
One of the highlights of the stay was the spa experience. Guests can enjoy both the private in-room hot spring and the public spa facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was another strong point, with a good selection of food to start the day right.
Overall, Sweetme Hotspring Resort delivers a well-rounded experience with great amenities, a prime location, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.
AAbby KuoThe room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in Shuishe, a stop for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle, offering convenient transportation while still being quiet. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center where you can catch the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle and the round-the-lake bus. Since there aren't many shops or food stalls in Shuishe at night, we chose a room package that included dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style at the hotel, allowing us to relax and enjoy, offering great value for money. The in-room bathtub was perfect for a hot soak, which was very convenient. The service was excellent, and both my friend and I were very satisfied. We'd be happy to book this hotel again next time.
GGuest UserOverall, I was quite disappointed.
Right from check-in, the staff couldn't find my reservation, and they even asked for my surname in English, and the number and gender of guests, which was a bit odd.
I noticed a lot of things because I was waiting for my luggage in the lobby for a very long time. The seating area around the art installation in the lobby was dusty, especially the back rows, and the outdoor area was full of fallen leaves.
While I was busy with my child and family arranging crafts, my luggage had already been taken to the room. When I realized I needed my carry-on bag, the staff said they would retrieve it from the room for me (we hadn't even checked into the room yet). I had a carry-on with my child's daily essentials, and my child needed to use the restroom. So, we waited in the lobby for that bag for nearly 20 minutes.
Regarding the other facilities, the welcome tea was incredibly simple. The window in our room had large water stains on the glass (I initially thought it was fog). Below our room, there was an area with weeds and what looked like abandoned moss, which felt out of place. It seemed like the most effort the hotel put in was the gardening, and I couldn't understand why this particular area existed; it was a huge contrast.
Considering all meal costs are extra, it really didn't offer good value for money at all. The food, however, was very good, and the laundry service was a plus. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming.
If the room rates were lower, I might consider revisiting. But if the prices and facilities remain as they are, I won't be returning.

FFS73Except for the location amd pillows, everything was good! Location wise - Quite in to the middle seems like no where. They do provide shuttle service to & fro to the nearest Xin Beitou station 9am - 9pm.
Pillows were too flat even though they provided us with a total of 4. Stacked it up but was still flat. Im like literally sleeping on nothing. My partner's neck was crying for help. Pillows can be improved.
Room was decently clean. Had a good soak with our private in room hot spring water tub. Toilet and shower room were seperated. Water pressure for shower was ok. Can be stronger.
Aircon was ok for all sorts of adjustments.
No amenities provided unless you wanna purchase from them through the reception counter (we brought our own)
Breakfast was decently good spread surprisingly!
Staff were friendly and patient.
Overall stay 👍🏻!
SsorloMy family and I stayed at the Yun Estate Hotel this past December, and we had a truly lovely time. Nestled in a quiet area, the hotel offers the perfect sense of serenity and escape from the usual hustle and bustle.
The absolute highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the accommodation. The room was incredibly spacious, but the game-changer was the private in-room hot spring. It provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of us, and the kids absolutely loved splashing around in the warm water.
We opted to have breakfast delivered to our room, which was a convenient and nice touch in theory. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful but it looked way better than it tasted, unfortunately. While the meal wasn't bad, the flavor didn't quite match the high standard of the presentation.
For the little ones, the hotel is a dream. There is a playroom where they can watch movies, as well as a mini race track where they can drive electric cars. To top it off, the unlimited supply of drinks and snacks was a huge hit with them, making the stay feel extra special.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing retreat.
