The hotel room is comfortable, but the reality is a bit different from the videos and pictures in the app. The hot spring pool was not working, the breakfast place is freezing cold, what makes the food to be cold minutes after we put in our plate. Another good point is that the hotel has a restaurant, so you don’t need to go out to find food. I used the transfer service to go to the scenic spot, It was also good.

The hotel is just a 15-20 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic entrance, making the location very convenient. For foreigners, there are KFC and McDonald's nearby if you're not accustomed to the local cuisine. If you need portable oxygen inhalers, you can purchase them at a local pharmacy for around RMB 20, which is located close to the hotel. This is much more affordable than buying elsewhere. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Jiuzhaigou.

Great Service and Friendly Staff I’m Thai and had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff helped arrange a car to Bipenggou, making everything easy for us. Not too bad location. About 15 mins walk to kuan zai street. Quite a bit of walking distance to mrt. 50+ km to tianfu airport. Taking didi to airport from hotel will get u some drivers requesting more than the amount indicated, eg rmb 200 for trip to airport. However, hotel room size is good. Toilet is good. I love the hotel. Breakfast is also quite good. Never tried the free afternoon food, but I believe it is good too because the hotel experience is good.service is also on point. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I will very likely stay here again the next time I'm here in chengdu

The entrance to this place is a little hard to find a quite dodgy, however the hotel itself is very clean and modern. The room is spacious and clean, it is also very well equipped with modern facilities. The modern Japanese toilets with a really well kitted out shower was amazing. They also had the best quality in-room slippers I've ever seen. Bed was wide and spacious. The location was central and there were a lot of local snacks around. Service was also good.

Perfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean. Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional. They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

Booked for the hot springs which were great, very spacious and relaxing environment. Small indoor swimming pool but also a nice temperature for a relaxing swim. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for solo travellers eating dinner because food can only be ordered in large portions via an app catering for two or more people. Also a shame there is a robot and no human interaction if you want a coffee. The people working there are very friendly and helpful, robots are not! Easy access on foot to Exiu Lake and a short distance further to the mountain entrance.

We booked the room with the hot spring tub and it was spacious and comfortable! Hotel staff were extremely helpful - from handling our luggages (two huge ones), providing food recommendations and early check out request due to our day trip out of Chengdu! They also provided snacks for us to bring for our day trip to the mountains. We felt really welcome from day 1 of our stay till the end. Saw some reviews about room cleanliness and noises from outside due to thin walls, I mean…it’s an old courtyard converted into a hotel, so do expect some aspect of heritage left behind as part of the vibe! It’s a great escape from the bustling city, forces you to be quiet and zen. Come experience it yourself.

Excellent location, just beside Liduigongyuan train station (1 min walk), and takes less than 10 mins walk to the entrance of guanxian ancient town. Good varieties of breakfast (Chinese and western). Free drinks in the room upon check in. Would stay again if visiting dujiangyan again in the future.

Stayed for one night to visit Dujiangyan and for Skiing. Recommend if you intend to go for Skiing. However, food selection is a bit limited as there are not many shops and restaurants around the hotel . So not recommended if you are staying to climb Mt Qing Cheng .

We are a 70year plus couple. The surrounding us palatial. The tram available to transport guests around was an excellent provision. The place is great for those who wish to have a leisurely stay with shopping and eateries at hand. The breakfast was ok.Besides bedroom slippers, the hotel provides rubber slippers that we used to walk around t outside the bedroom. Unfortunately, its so very easy to trip over the slippers. Got to be very careful using them.

It has been a while since I returned to Beijing from western Sichuan. I went to Chengdu, Shenshuping, and Jiuzhaigou. Because the days of seeing Fubao are so precious, I always think of going to Shenshuping and staying in Muyue Qinglan for one day and one night. It was a very short stay, but I felt warm. As everyone said, if you plan to see Fubao and stay overnight, Muyue Qinglan is the best choice in every aspect (one of them) (maybe there are others that we don’t know). After getting off the bus, we contacted the B&B to transport our luggage back first. We didn’t have to worry about the luggage and could go directly into the park to see the cats. In the afternoon, we returned to a WeChat B&B and the little red car came to take us back. It was still quite cold in the mountains at night at the end of October, so we didn’t go out anymore. We ordered dinner at the B&B. The room had [electric blankets], [baseboard heaters], and [plenty of bottled water]. There was no problem in ensuring warmth. The slightly inconvenient part was the bathroom. The ordinary seat was ice cold, and the sewer of the shower was blocked. I don’t know if the B&B will improve the bathroom in the future, such as adding a bathroom heater. It's not bad at the moment. After all, you can't compare the conditions of mountain B&B with city hotels. The breakfast is simple and I think it's enough. If you need anything, they will help you. Satisfied!
