Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

I stayed here with my child and mother for three days before school started. There are private hot springs and outdoor hot springs. You can enter and exit the outdoor hot springs at any time by swiping your room card, which is very friendly to the elderly and children. You can go back to the room to rest at any time when you are tired. The steam room lounge, several indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and children's entertainment area are all available, and the children have a lot of fun. Some children's projects require the help of the butler to make reservations in advance. Although the breakfast restaurant is not large, the meals are complete and taste good. There are free snacks and drinks in the Alps Lounge at 5 pm every day. The staff in the room delivers drinks, snacks, fruits and snacks every day. You can have a good time without leaving the hotel. The experience is particularly good and you feel at home. Special thanks to the butler Duke for his thoughtful service in the past three days. He responded to every request and helped us solve various problems very quickly. I will come again in the future!

The room is clean and pet-friendly. The place is large. The B&B we stayed in has a large yard, which is very cozy. Opposite is its own restaurant, so you don't have to worry about breakfast, dinner and supper. The boss is very generous. There are many pomegranate trees in the supper place, which the boss takes care of himself. It is also very close to the Terracotta Warriors. I will stay here again when I bring my family to Xi'an next time.

The hotel is in a great location, right inside the Huaqing Palace. The hotel helped reserve the Song of Everlasting Regret performance, which was difficult to book during the National Day holiday. The hotel staff also picked up and dropped off guests at night. The breakfast was amazing, and it felt like it was made to the standard of a full meal. The stir-fried dishes were very delicious. After a day late, I went back to the room to soak in the same hot spring water as Yang Guifei. It was amazing, and it was still running water!!! The hotel provided travel photography, makeup and photography teachers were all very professional. The hotel is fine except for its high price.

Special mention to the Housekeeper Jing Jing who is very friendly and gave good advise on the tickets to Museum of the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shihuang and helped to arrange for the Everlasting Sorrows Show. She managed to find me discounted tickets. She also send us off after checkout and gave some souvenirs. Hotel Breakfast is sumptuous with a lot of variety. The check in process could be better and they only changed the room type but not the bed type though I booked wrongly on Trip. Hot Springs was a little disappointing, only single entry even though I bought the package and the pools are not really unique. Nonetheless still a very pleasant stay!

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

The front desk manager Zhang Yuwen's service was super good, and the smell of perfume in the corridor was too heavy. She had temporarily closed the communication. grateful. Because of allergic reactions, it is sensitive to fragrance. The first floor was eaten, and the food was spicy. Today, I ordered egg fried rice. The service staff specially sent tomato egg flower soup. Thank you for your service. Still give the hotel leaders a small suggestion, breakfast is almost all spicy dishes, there are one or two not spicy, there are a few more green vegetables.
