"The room wasn't large, but the layout was reasonable, stylish, and clean; it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. It included not only Huaiyang cuisine but also many classic dishes from various categories. My dad thought it completely surpassed the Ritz-Carlton's breakfast, haha. Also, the coffee was served separately from the coffee bar and was very good. I'll definitely come back."

"This hotel is right next to the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and the rooms are nestled within a bamboo forest. There's a shuttle service to take you to each room, and you even take an elevator up the mountain to get there. A butler contacts you before check-in; the one assigned to me, Guan Qiuxiang, provided excellent service and responded to any questions instantly! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, views, and service are all top-notch. The breakfast quality is very good, but I felt the variety was a bit limited compared to other hotels in the same category, and the dishes were identical for both days of my stay. Everything else was perfect, though."

"This was a great stay. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept soundly at night. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the staff were friendly. The location is also convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"Awesome! I regret not staying here directly! The rooms were quite popular during the National Day holiday, but the service was still super good! It's definitely a great place to bring kids! We got an upgrade and really liked the courtyard in Building 4. The hot springs were also very comfortable, with a good variety of pools, and fresh towels available for changing. Each room had a small pony toy, and since I had two kids, I asked 'Radish Butler' for another one, and they were very responsive. Every afternoon there were craft activities, and even a partnered travel photography service. So many activities, the kids had a blast. The hotel is right next to Slender West Lake, and Xiangyuan restaurant is also within walking distance, very close. That's why we didn't have breakfast at the hotel; Xiangyuan received unanimous praise from me and the kids!!! I highly recommend their crab roe noodles, Santingbao (three-filling bun), Wudingbao (five-filling bun), and wontons!"

"I was captivated by the Hantian Hotel while on a boat tour of Tianmu Lake. As we drove through the scenic area, crossing bridges and admiring the beautiful surroundings, I was completely enchanted by this 5A-rated attraction. The lobby is on the sixth floor, nestled against the mountains and overlooking the water, with lush greenery everywhere. There are lakeside paths and a 'Cloud Top Teahouse,' and a semi-mountain open-air hot spring. The area also boasts numerous amenities suitable for both the elderly and children. It's truly a wonderful place for family gatherings and relaxation."

"We brought our child to soak in the hot springs in Tangshan, and after a lot of research, we chose Kayumanis Nanjing Private Villas & Spa. It truly exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it for families with children. The privacy of the standalone villa is fantastic – we didn't have to worry at all about our child making noise and disturbing others. The private pool and hot spring tub in the courtyard kept our little one entertained from morning till night. The villa itself is very spacious, with clear distinctions between the living room, bedroom, and courtyard. Our child felt completely at ease running around the yard and playing with toys in the living room. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they asked about our child's age in advance and prepared kids' slippers and bathrobes, and even brought some snacks. We just called to order meals, and they were delivered directly to the villa, allowing us to eat at our own pace – such a luxury when dining with kids. Breakfast was also delivered to the room and offered a wide variety of options, including porridge, bread, and fruit, all things our child loved. During the day, we enjoyed the hot springs and played in the water in the courtyard. In the evening, we took leisurely strolls along the hotel's tree-lined paths, enjoying the fresh air. We didn't need to leave the hotel at all; it was a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Our child had a wonderful time, and we, as adults, were able to unwind. It's truly one of the few places in Nanjing where families can truly relax and 'lie flat'."

"Facilities: It has everything you need. The bed and pillows were good; I'm quite picky about bedding and tend to be sensitive to new beds, but I slept pretty well for two nights. The small step at the vanity for kids was a nice touch, a bonus point. However, there's no fridge in the room, so there was no way to store fruits, yogurt, and other items that require refrigeration. The shower only has a handheld nozzle, no overhead shower, and the water pressure is a bit low. It's still usable, but the experience isn't great. It would be great to have a drying rack or line on the balcony. People come here for water activities and hot springs, so there's always a need for washing and drying clothes. Although there's a drying line in the bathroom, it's not ventilated, so clothes didn't dry overnight and ended up smelling musty. I hope this can be improved. Hygiene: The hygiene was very mediocre. The carpet was quite dirty, and the fabric stool in the room had stains. As for the hot spring pool on the balcony, I had high expectations, but it felt very dirty inside. The drain was clogged with several dead cicadas, which weren't cleared by the cleaning staff. There were many bugs, especially cicadas, clinging to various spots on the outdoor balcony. This is understandable given the season in the mountains, and the hotel staff responded quickly. After calling, they promptly came to clean the cicadas off the balcony. But later, we found a chirping cricket in the room and, the morning after breakfast, a cockroach staring at me on the sink. We barely kept the balcony door open for long, except to hang clothes, so I'm not sure how they got in. Environment: The overall environment is okay, I guess, but I don't understand why the public areas and lobby were nice and cool on Saturday and Sunday, but on Monday, when there were fewer guests, it felt like the air conditioning was turned off. I came back from breakfast sweating. Service: This hotel provides a limited supply of water per room, two bottles per day. You can request two more bottles, but any additional bottles cost 3 yuan each for Nongfu Spring. There's a vending machine downstairs, but the prices aren't cheap. Delivery isn't an option, so it's best to bring your own water. I booked two king rooms but was told they couldn't be next to each other, as they were interspersed with various family rooms. This is the first time I've encountered such an arrangement. Soundproofing isn't great either. There were many children being noisy in the adjacent room and hallway at night (though the situation improved after calling the front desk). Upstairs, there was the sound of chairs being dragged, which was a bit noisy and not ideal for younger children who need quiet rest. After booking, I called the hotel to request two bed rails for the two reserved rooms and was told to inform the front desk upon check-in. Immediately after checking into the rooms on the day of arrival, I called the front desk to request the bed rail installation for both rooms. The hotel didn't say they were out or didn't have enough. However, when we returned in the evening, only one room had a bed rail installed. When I called again that night, the response was, ”Let me check, and if we have them, we'll install them.” This irresponsible answer was truly speechless. But after protesting, they were eventually installed. Breakfast was very crowded. Our group of six found an empty table, but it hadn't been cleared. I asked a server to clear it, as we had two young children who needed to be settled quickly, and it was very busy that weekend. But the server told me to wait, as she needed to clear the table next to her first (which had no one waiting). Speechless 😑. Oh, and the breakfast restaurant had no children's cutlery! Overall, it feels like the hotel's service process and details are very poor, and staff training is also very inadequate. Most people who come here in the summer are bringing children to play in the water, and the only thoughtful facility is the small step stool at the sink. In other aspects, it's generally below par. However, at this price, I can't expect much more, which is why I'm giving it three stars instead of one."

"Newly opened hotel with perfect facilities. The laundry room is large and the service is warm. The breakfast is rich, the only downside is that I went to eat breakfast at 7 o'clock. In addition to porridge, some dishes are already cold."

"Experience a private hot spring, rich in metasilicic acid and lithium, exclusively at this hotel. It seems to be the only one around Yangzhou Slender West Lake that offers private hot springs. The hot spring was incredibly relaxing. The first round of the minibar included Coke, Sprite, and Fanta. The hotel's location is excellent, with the East Gate of Slender West Lake within walking distance. There are also many restaurants nearby, so you can easily find options for both breakfast and dinner."
