Hot Springs Hotels in Jiangsu, China

The room perfectly matched the pictures; the hotel has a lovely Japanese style. We booked a futon room, which was very comfortable for two adults and two children, and perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of dining options in the nearby commercial street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic Shantang Street. Transportation in the area is also very convenient. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and well worth staying at.

Living on the top of the mountain is a great experience! After the tourists in the scenic spot have dispersed, they enjoy the beauty of the entire mountain top and see the sunset and sunrise. The whole process of Yidaochang is very patient and meticulous, and the chat is very pleasant. He took us to the palace at night and made a vivid and interesting explanation. The quality of sleep is also very good, I haven't slept for a long time with such a good quality. There is also a hidden advantage to live here: burn head incense! Just in time for the day is fifteen, and I went to burn head incense at six o'clock in the morning. A bowl of hot noodles for breakfast, Yidaochang also made coffee, and it was very pleasant to drink coffee with the wind on the top of the mountain. A very unforgettable and very happy journey, highly recommended to stay (live on the top of the mountain has the unique advantage of the top of the mountain, if you are pursuing the standard of a five-star hotel, just... don't want it and want it:)

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

As other online reviews mentioned, don't expect much from the service here. 1. Usually, hotels have a butler escort you to your room and explain things, or at least wait at the door. On our check-in day, we arrived at our room to find the door open. A staff member in plain clothes suddenly emerged from the room, startling us. But that's a minor detail. 2. The public hot spring (gongtang) operating hours are 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. However, when we went at 9:30 PM, after showering, ready to soak, we were told the 'golden' spring (jintang) was already being cleaned and we couldn't use it. Why couldn't anyone warn us when we entered or while we were showering? They started cleaning a full hour before closing, and there were 3-4 other guests in the women's bath at the time; everyone just looked at each other in disbelief. 3. On Tuesday, before checking out, I wanted to have one last soak, so I woke up early. But when I entered the women's changing room, all the lights were off (the locker access card still worked, so the access control wasn't off, and there were no 'closed' signs at the entrance). I had to call the front desk myself to find out it was closed on Tuesdays. No one mentioned this to us during check-in or at any other time, and it wasn't in the check-in guide. So, we woke up early for nothing. The front desk said it was mentioned on Ctrip (it was, but in tiny font about seven or eight pages down). There were also no compensation measures. When we checked out, there were even other guests who had driven over specifically for the hot springs, only to be told it was closed that day. They also made a wasted trip, so the unclear signage is definitely not an isolated incident. Other than that, the value for money is quite good, and the private hot spring (sitang) fees are reasonable, though the private springs only offer the 'silver' spring (yintang).

The ultimate one-stop destination for families with kids! No need to venture out, both adults and children had a blast! The hotel facilities are truly comprehensive, featuring its own children's water park. There's a shallow pool and small slides for younger kids, the water quality is clean, and the lifeguards are always on duty, which was very reassuring. My child played there happily all afternoon and didn't want to leave. After playing, we went straight to the hot spring area to relax. With dozens of different wellness pools and mild water temperatures, soaking there was incredibly soothing and perfectly relieved the fatigue from playing in the water. Besides the water park and hot springs, there's also an indoor play area, parent-child DIY crafts, and a children's restaurant – everything you need for eating, staying, and playing is available right within the hotel, truly offering a one-stop vacation experience. The room was clean and spacious, and they thoughtfully provided amenities like children's toothbrushes and small slippers. The staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient. We didn't have to worry about a thing regarding our itinerary. We'll definitely come back for our next family vacation with the kids.

Location: The hotel is situated within the Garden Expo Park, near Natureland and the Suzhou-style Thirteen Gardens. It's very quiet and perfect for a vacation. Facilities: I booked the most basic room type, which included an entryway and a balcony. The overall design is great, and in summer, falling asleep to the lush greenery of the courtyard was wonderful. Service: It feels like a very caring team. On the first floor, there's a little shelter set up for cats, which looked like strays. During check-in, I received clear guidance. When rooms were available, early check-in and late check-out were possible. Beyond the front desk staff handling check-ins, there were usually at least two other staff members assisting in the lobby, especially during breakfast peak hours, where I counted no less than six service staff in the restaurant. There's also a shuttle service for getting around. They were always responsive and the overall impression was incredibly friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, whether it was the room, the hallway, or the lobby, I hardly saw any trash. This was my first time at the Garden Expo Park, and I was with my elderly parents and child. The hotel package included many attraction tickets. Due to limited time and hot weather, we didn't get to visit all the attractions, but overall, I was very satisfied with everything, from Natureland and Baobao Paradise to the park's scenery. It's a shame that many restaurants have closed down, and there are very few people around. I hope the Garden Expo Park can persevere, and I also hope the Radisson Hotel continues to thrive. I will definitely choose the Radisson Hotel again on my next visit to the Garden Expo Park.

The hotel proactively upgraded us to a room with a better view, provided advance notice about self-driving considerations, and offered recommendations for local attractions. They even asked if we were traveling with elderly family members or children. The WeChat team, surprisingly, has 16 members from various departments, ensuring quick responses. All staff members we encountered at the hotel were friendly and enthusiastic, greeting us proactively, which made us feel right at home. When other guests accidentally rang our doorbell at night, the staff promptly checked the surveillance footage and explained the situation. While it wasn't the hotel's fault, their attitude towards resolving the issue was very proactive and sincere. The room design had many thoughtful details. The balcony had a privacy screen, allowing us to enjoy the view while soaking in the private hot spring and keeping insects out. The sink area was well-designed to prevent splashing, and the toilet had a separate small sink, which was convenient (a minor suggestion: the faucet in the toilet was a bit too far from the basin, making it easy to hit the basin while washing hands). The overall hotel design was also impressive. The lobby resembled the inside of an eggshell, and the staircase leading to the rooftop garden was artistic. You could slowly appreciate various details in the hallways and the exterior, discovering something new each time. Breakfast was particularly praiseworthy, with a wide variety of options. The freshly cooked noodles were delicious, and the fruit selection was extensive and very fresh. The Mingyue restaurant offered a great view, and the sunset in the evening was beautiful. Turning left from the hotel and going straight up the road, you can reach Ichishiki Garden for a cup of coffee at sunset. The hotel provided free tickets to Yangshan Beicai and Nature Land. At Yangshan Beicai, after climbing the mountain to see the tablet head and body, you can take an elevator down (free for hotel guests). Following the small path, you can visit the Pioneer Bookstore and the Coca-Cola Brand Hall. If you have children, you can also stop by BaoBao Land, and Nature Land is also great for kids. The hotel shuttle can take you to the underground palace, and then you can take a scenic shuttle to other attractions. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and couldn't experience the cable car and mini-train. The hotel's location is quite secluded, making it suitable for self-drivers. Finally, a few suggestions regarding service details. The floor strip at the entrance was loose. We reported it for repair, and they said it was fixed, but it clearly wasn't completely (see the last picture). The front desk's information was not comprehensive enough. When they gave us the tickets for Yangshan Beicai Park, they didn't mention that the elevator inside the park was free. We almost bought tickets if a park attendant hadn't informed us. Also, they said Suyun Thirteen Gardens closed at 4:30 PM, but it's actually open at night. When checking out before 12 PM, there was only one staff member at the front desk, and they were assisting another guest with check-in. Another staff member was standing nearby but didn't offer to help. When it was my turn and I mentioned checking out, he said he would handle it and led me to another counter. Although the wait wasn't long, it was clear that someone could have assisted me earlier, but they didn't proactively ask. And finally, they asked me to complete the review before 2 PM that day... I was still driving back to Shanghai at that time, and it was the first time I encountered a time limit for a review! While it wasn't a pleasant experience, the overall service was indeed good, so I won't deduct any stars.

The hotel boasts stunning surroundings and excellent facilities for families with children. From the kids' club to the adorable pet feeding, my child had an absolute blast! Our butler, Ella, was incredibly warm and professional, showing thoughtful attention to every detail. This is definitely the top choice for a family getaway around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.
