HENTIQUE PINECONE HOTEL

Tianmu Lake Scenic Area
The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!
Novotel Suzhou Tai Lake Santeh

Taihu Lake/ Eastern Mountain/ Western Mountain
Give Suzhou Novotel Hot Spring Hotel a big thumbs up. Put a room card to prove that you have been here. The hotel environment and sanitation are perfect, and there are welcome fruits and welcome drinks. There is nothing to say about the hardware, the sound insulation is good, and the configurations such as smart toilet, Xiaomi TV, ergonomic chair, bathrobe, refrigerator, etc. are all full. I was attracted by the outdoor swimming pool and hot springs. The outdoor swimming pool is great, and there are six or seven pools in the hot springs. There are not many people in the evening. There are more people when I went there at 10 o'clock the next day, but everyone is of good quality and in order. The water quality is also acceptable, which is good news for swimming enthusiasts. There is nothing more comfortable than soaking in the hot springs and playing a game of gold shovel. There are not many people in the gym. Although the equipment is a bit old, it has everything it should have. I came here for the Chinese Valentine's Day and I am really satisfied. In addition, I would like to specially praise Miss Yang who helped me check in on 8/10. Miss Yang's smile is very contagious. She clearly introduced the location and business hours of each project, and helped me upgrade the room type, which made my Chinese Valentine's Day trip to a higher level. I have stayed at Kempinski, Four Seasons and Shangri-La before, this is my first time staying at Novotel Resort Hotel, I will come again next time!
Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan

Huqiu New Urban District/ Hanshan Temple
At the end of the Spring Festival holiday, I came to Banyan Tree to experience the holiday style of Suzhou-style courtyard. There were very enthusiastic service staff at the entrance of the hotel to guide the vehicle into the basement. The elevator on the second floor of the basement directly reached the front desk. The overall public area was not very large, but there was a waterscape with a view of the scenery. The overall experience was good. The check-in procedure was very efficient. The hotel is designed in a building-style distribution form. The luggage was moved into the room by the staff. The service staff met on the road would greet warmly. The room space is reasonably arranged and sanitary. It is a new hotel in 24 years, and the facilities are also satisfactory. The most distinctive feature of the courtyard is that there is a private bath on the balcony. It is basically a private bath indoors. The balcony and the outdoors are separated by Suzhou-style window grilles. I am more interested in the design. The design intention of this balcony private bath is clear. My wife and I think it is very good. It is also worth mentioning that the TV in the room is one of the few TVs that can be projected since we stayed here. The living room is equipped with BOSE speakers, which is great. Near the hotel is Shishan Cultural Park and the West Pavilion of Suzhou Museum. It is nice to stroll around in the evening. There is also a water sports club. On the first day of my stay, I saw many people rowing. There is a noodle shop called Gusu Bridge at the foot of the mountain nearby. The pig liver there is a must-try. It is very good and seems to be a non-legacy. I recommend it. The hotel breakfast is served at Baiyun Restaurant from 7 to 10:30. It is semi-self-service. Cold dishes are served by yourself, and hot dishes need to be ordered. Because we are near the end of the Spring Festival holiday, there are not many people. After ordering, the dishes are served one after another in about ten minutes. Shrimp dumplings, air spring rolls, and capelin are recommended. Usually, we order some takeout in the hotel at night, and the waiter also delivers it to the door, which is also great. The hotel has many advantages, and finally I would like to make some small suggestions. 1. The window grille partition of the courtyard should be open, but it cannot be operated indoors. It should be called to the staff, which feels more troublesome. 2. The hot spring in the courtyard is a semi-outdoor hot spring. I understand that hot springs should be outdoors and bordered by nature. It is fine during the day, but once the indoor lights are turned on at night, people on the road can see everyone's every move inside. It is recommended to add roller blinds to ensure privacy. After all, it is a private hot spring. 3. The hotel borders the surrounding park square, but there is only one exit at the front desk connected to the outside. Every time you have to walk a long way to go out, it is recommended to increase the connection with the surrounding mountains and waters. 4. The breakfast is mainly Cantonese breakfast, with too few varieties. The siu mai is not Cantonese at all. The fried food is not cooked directly in the restaurant. The fried food on the second day is much better than the first day. The breakfast feels light and not extreme enough.
East Tai Lake Grand Hotel

Wujiang Suchow Bay Scenic region
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

Relaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill. Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay. The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy. Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app. I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open. There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled. I would choose to stay here again.

Seclusive Life Yangzhou Resort

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

FOHO NEW & HIGH-Tech Zone
Within half an hour after booking the room, a hotel staff member called me and added WeChat. They immediately sent me the location and hotel activities during the Spring Festival. The first impression was very good. After arriving, I didn't see the hotel I had in mind. I almost thought I was staying in a renovated villager's home until I met Zhang Ziwei, the gentle, sweet and professional front desk supervisor. She not only patiently answered our questions, but also introduced the entire layout of the hotel and visited the three major theme rooms. After successfully checking into the Fun Wild Room, the children loved the Marvel theme layout of the room. There is also a rotating slide from the second floor to the first floor, which is also fun to go up and down. The lunch at the Xishi Chinese Restaurant is expensive just looking at the price of the dishes. But if you compare the amount of dishes, the freshness of the ingredients and the taste horizontally, this price is really not expensive. What is particularly amazing is their green leafy vegetables. The baby who doesn't like vegetables actually finished half a plate. After lunch, the children wanted to feed the ducks. Another young lady at the front desk personally took us to get a full bucket of duck feed. The children happily fed the ducks and the big white geese. During this time, other tourists also wanted to feed the guests. The lady respected us very much and asked for our opinions at the first time. She explained to the tourists very professionally that this is an exclusive right for guests staying in the hotel. If I have to give suggestions, I hope to change to a handheld shower head. The current straight shower head is not very powerful. In addition, there are not many takeaways to order around. In short, this is a very good five-star homestay trip.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Rachamankah Hotel recently, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst stunning mountains, the breathtaking views from the hotel left me in awe. The modern and stylish rooms, equipped with top-notch amenities, ensured a comfortable stay throughout. For nature enthusiasts, this hotel is a haven, with its proximity to some fantastic hiking routes. The Thai cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful culinary journey. The flavors were exquisite, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious dishes. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by the friendly hotel staff. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our time at Rachamankah Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in the mountains.

Tangshan Hot Spring Resort
The hotel is very suitable for parent-child family outings. It is very convenient in the park, and you can take your baby to soak in it for a day. The child wanted to sleep in the big fish's mouth alone for the first time, and didn't want to sleep in the bed, hahahaha. The children's play facilities and swimming pool on the first floor had a lot of fun. They didn't want to go anywhere and stayed in the hotel. The breakfast variety is very rich and the taste is also very good. Waffles and noodles wontons are recommended. The hotel is not far from Jiangsu Thirteen Park, which can be walked. There is a shuttle bus at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient to go anywhere.
