We had the best experience at Man Xin Mansion in Nanjing. We got the corner balcony courtyard two room for us and our two boys and we just had the best experience since being in China. One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Service was also very attentive and anything we needed they accommodated. We’ll be staying here anytime we’re in Nanjing and will be looking for Man Xin locations everywhere we travel in China.

The private hot spring is the highlight, very comfortable. The hotel is relatively new and the service is friendly. It is not far from the East Gate and North Gate of Slender West Lake. If you don't want to walk, you can take a taxi to the South Gate or West Gate. The food is standard, and birthday noodles are given. Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

After I asked the front desk for help, Manager Ma who was on duty that day immediately checked the video and then rode a bicycle in the direction where my mother went for nearly an hour. Finally, I found my mother at the west gate of Songjiacheng. Our whole family is extremely grateful and warm. As a fellow villager who goes back to Yangzhou to visit relatives and friends every year, I feel honored and proud that my hometown has such a perfect hotel!

There are some Shaoxing cuisines, not all sweet. , the hygiene is OK, maybe because it is a new hotel; the service is also warm and considerate. Then they also told me that there is a hot spring in the public area, which is more suitable for health care in summer. Unlike the previous hotels, which are high-rise elevators, it feels more like home. The soft and hard decoration in the room are very good. Very clean and comfortable. . . Surrounded by green outside the window, the house is clean and tidy. . It is very comfortable to stay. . . The response of the clerk is very enthusiastic. . The geographical location requires a section similar to a country road to reach the hotel. I came at night and thought it would be inconvenient to call a taxi in the morning, but it turned out not to be. . Although it is a small road, it belongs to the urban area, so there is no need to worry about calling a Didi taxi. . If the weather is good, you can also walk to the main road. . Quiet in the hustle and bustle. . . From the hotel, you can walk directly to the north gate of Slender West Lake in the direction of Daming Temple 1-2 kilometers away. It is very quiet to sleep at night. It is my favorite hotel in Yangzhou.

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
