All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

Everything was arranged in the best way. Food, accommodation and transportation exceeded expectations. I was worried that there would only be set meals due to the Spring Festival, but I could order meals when I arrived at the restaurant. The elderly, children and I all praised the food. I am very grateful to the staff for turning on the air conditioner in the room a few days in advance. It was warm as spring when I moved in. It was really pleasant to soak in the hot springs and look at the distant mountains on a snowy day. It is really a good place to travel to enjoy the scenery, mountains and interact with small animals without leaving the scenic area. I have already made an appointment to come again when the mountain flowers are in full bloom to experience the beauty of different seasons! Worth recommending!

I don't know when I started to like hot springs, maybe because it can warm every inch of my tired soul. This hotel is like a warm island I found in the vast world. Every time I go back to my hometown, I live here, but this time I can’t help but complain. I started to set off firecrackers downstairs early on Saturday morning. I started to lively with the opposite room. Since there is this arrangement, I can’t ask in advance. Do you mind adjusting the floor position or preparing an ear? When I checked in, I didn’t tell one of the firecrackers to remind me to close the window. The hot water in the sink in the room was also very small.
