"The room was spotless, the bedding was clean, and the view outside the window was fantastic! There was a cute little notice about tiny ladybugs in the room, which was a novel experience for city kids who rarely see them 🐞. The hotel has a hot spring on the first floor, which was incredibly relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were all very friendly; Ms. Wang from the rose pool even brought us water. This hotel is really great for families!"

"When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had."

"How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!"

"First off, our butler was incredibly enthusiastic! I'd asked in advance about activities and good photo spots, and they answered everything perfectly. My child had a blast, and I got some great photos too! They picked us up and dropped us off at the station upon arrival and departure, personally showed us around Snow Town, and even helped me with tickets for Bangchuishan. It was fantastic! The room was very clean and warm, with complete facilities. The bed was so big, I didn't have to worry about my child falling off. All three meals could be had at the hotel, which was very convenient, and they even treated us to frozen pears! My child said they want to come back to Snow Town next year and stay here again!"

Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel.
A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house.
Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money.
This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～"

The hotel I stayed in this trip really satisfied me! The room was clean and tidy, and the details were not stained. The bedding is soft and comfortable, so I can sleep well every night. The service has nothing to say, from the enthusiasm and caring at the front desk when checking in, to the rapid response to various needs during the stay, the staff have shown a high professionalism, which makes people feel warm. And the price is affordable, the price is super high, and it stands out in the same price hotel. This stay experience is great, next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

I was looking for a place close to the Grand Theatre to catch a show and stumbled upon this gem of a B&B. It's less than a ten-minute ride to the theatre. The hotel manager, a beautiful and kind lady, was absolutely wonderful. I arrived around dinner time, and she even brought me some dumplings! After the musical, she arranged a car to pick me up. Knowing I was heading to Central Avenue, she even gave me her own hand warmers. The room itself was clean, spacious, and cozy. If I ever come back, I'm definitely staying here again!
