"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Very cozy boutique-style hotel, not a big property, which makes the stay feel more personal and relaxing. Conveniently located near the ski resorts, with eateries and ski equipment rental just next to the hotel — extremely practical for ski trips. The service was excellent, warm, and genuinely hospitable. It truly made us feel at home. The hotel team is made up of young, energetic staff who work together like a family. Special mention to Yuki, Claudia, and Logan— they were outstanding. Since my schedule was flexible, they thoughtfully helped plan my activities and were very helpful in arranging transportation and activities. In-house facilities are just right: a kids’ playroom, self-service laundry, one restaurant, and a café bar. Everything is well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is well-kept and spotless. A lovely stay — highly recommended for those looking for a warm, cozy, and hassle-free ski getaway."

"Yabuli's Hidden Gem B&B! An unforgettable, heavenly experience once you've stayed here✨ Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel. A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money. This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～"

"I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer"

You can buy ski floats from the owner for 30 yuan cheaper than at the ski resort! Remember to buy tickets from the owner! We watched a movie in the room that night!"
