This is a truly special place! Located in the middle of a park the hotel feels like it is in a rain forest. Staff is super helpful and friendly and they would always happy to shuttle you between hotel and park entrance with a golf cart. We however preferred walking and enjoying the tranquility. There was a Chinese lantern festival on and we were lucky to experience the dry run without any other people around 🤩 The property and rooms are mega charming. Not super modern, but well kept and suit the overall style perfectly. We were lucky to receive an upgrade and loved the room. To the point we would actually book it straight on a next occasion. Breakfast was fine and made a good start to the day.

So there wasn’t much privacy if the curtains were opened which kind of defeated the purpose of having a panoramic view. The view that we did have of the mountains was nice though. And on the last night the hot water wasn’t working for some reason… it was only warm, since it was our last night we did not mention anything.
