This is my first time total at The PATA Hotel with my families total 14 persons during this Easter Holidays. Hotel rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are polite & helpful in particular check in staff A1250 she is excellent very helpful and nice. She provided excellent service and provided detailed information, answered all my enquires promptly. Breakfast is good many varieties. Hotel provided free shuttles go around nearby areas… very convenient. I will recommend friends to stay at PATA. Thanks

This is a wonderful place to stay and letting your family relax !!! I want to personally thank Miss 罗娟 because she has been very patient and helpful providing necessary information during our stay. We get lost easy because this place is Huge !!!

The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Goodview hotel in Tangxia was an outstanding experience. I traveled there with my wife and daughter, and we had a great time. There were so many pools hot springs and activities (kids pool, waterslides), That we were exhausted by the third day there. The breakfast buffet was gteat, and if you can't find something you like, ask. They have just about everything! The dinner buffet is great as well. It's busy, so get there early! Again, lots of good food, and the grill is always cooking steaks, ribs, oysters, sausages, you name it. I can't wait for my next trip there, and a shout out to Sonu Singh for greeting us on arrival, and making sure our experience was a very positive one.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

The service was Excellent! We are a family of 4 traveled as first time to Conghua. The hotel's facilities are all superb. Mr.Victor Liang who is a hotel manager support us since booking and during our stay 2 days 1 night there. The room is clean. My kids love to spend their times there as there are lot of different types of hot springs. They want to go back there after we just reached home! This hotel is a truly 5 stars hotel!

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

Summary of Scores: Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable. Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room. Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes. Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

Zhuhai Sea Spring Bay Hot Springs and its hot spring manager Roy definitely deserve praise! They provide top-notch hot spring facilities and services, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the therapeutic pleasures of hot springs in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Manager Roy, with his exceptional professional knowledge and experience, offers warm and thoughtful service to ensure that guests have a perfect experience. The location and shuttles is the best part about this hotel. We loved the amusement park and nightly fireworks. So many activities and pools to explore. The staff was very helpful especially the manager Miss Lucy. She assisted our family every step of the way and really made the trip extra special. The fresh fruit in the rooms daily was a wonderful surprisE. My only complaint is the need for a deep cleaning in the rooms.

My friend celebrated his birthday in advance. Staff member Lin Huoying called in advance to help decorate the room and sent a cake. I couldn’t expect this hotel is that much perfect for a family and children. I have two children 2 and 4 years. The room condition was perfect clean and spacious. The weather was not good but it didn’t matter to enjoy this place because it has indoor pools not just like normal swimming pools I mean pools in a cave 😝 the ceiling of the cave had holes like a nature one, which makes the indoor atmosphere air the artificial cave. Also there are two different kids room. These are easy and convenient for parents to observe kids. Moreover, there are bunch of photo spots 😍 lastly, when we got check-out, we found the hotel served kids art craft and cooking class. We enjoyed from the beginning to the last moment. I’m willing to visit here again.

3.8 I went to Conghua for a day trip with my bestie, and then I thought about booking a hotel to stay for one night. I looked at both Ctrip and **, and finally chose this one. I was amazed. It is very close to Yadong River, the environment and service are very good, any requirements will be met as much as possible, and different opinions are provided to the managers, and they are also accepted with an open mind~ It was the first time to experience staying in a duplex room to take a private hot spring. After the hot spring, my skin was smooth and I fell asleep instantly at night. The room type has also become my bestie's dream room. In short, I will continue to experience various room types when I have the opportunity~ The mountains and waters of Conghua really make urban people very relaxed~

A lovely resort, family friendly! It’s quite secluded & definitely a spot to visit if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff are pretty attentive, you’ve just got to ask the questions. Not much English around so expect to translate a lot if you do not read Chinese - not complaining, just stating a fact. If I were to come again I would buy a breakfast & dinner package. The buffet dinner was 168 yuan per adult & our son being under 1.2m tall was free. There were was a Chinese Restaurant we didn’t try & you can get a high tea package for 2 in the afternoon (for 98 yuan) which we also didn’t try. Next time! Laundry service is a 3 day turn around, so pack supplies wisely…I recommend coming with more than one bathing suit! Bring your floating toys for the kids & enjoy what this place has to offer!

This is a really nice hit spring resort for friends to have fun. It is not as quiet or romantic as some others, but for friends who want a weekend away together that mixes fun and relaxation it is brilliant. Unfortunately the food, especially the dinner is awful for vegetarians... and even meat eating international visitors suffer. Nevertheless, I would go back here for sure. The rooms are excellent!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

I especially recommend Taojie Farm, which is very cost-effective and is about ten minutes away from the hotel by car. I want to emphasize that the service attitude here is really good. When checking in, Xiao Cong at the front desk gave a lot of guidance. He also helped us apply for the discount of the event when he knew that we were a family trip. If I didn’t understand anything during check-in, I would ask him on WeChat at any time, and he would reply immediately. This time I booked a first-line lake view king room. The bed was very big and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the lake, and I could also soak in the hot spring bathtub while looking at Swan Lake. The hot springs are divided into: Zen tea area, flower tea area, and tea language area. It is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to arrive around 1pm so that you can soak in the hot spring several times. The breakfast is rich. Please arrive around 7:30. There are more people on weekends. The waiter: Tan Jinfeng is very enthusiastic. I like her 👍. Overall, it is a relatively high-priced hot spring trip. There are also family picnics and children's playgrounds outdoors, as well as glass bridges, bungee jumping, and renting boats to cruise the lake. It is very suitable for team building and family fun.

A housekeeper added WeChat a week in advance and sent out activities on the same day. The activities were super rich. The whole family never came out since they entered. Many people brought cute dogs to vacation. There are many small animals to feed, sheep, cows, deer, horses, rabbits, peacocks, and pigeons. You can fish, row boats, and slide in the afternoon. The sand pool is also very large. There are 3 sand pools with complete props. JOJO little housekeeper invited us to pick fruits the next day, tracked activities in real time, and specially arranged late check-out, so the children can sleep again. I had 2 meals and drank rice coffee twice in the hotel that day. It was good overall, all 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and it matched the photos I booked on Ctrip, so I won't post them here. The front desk lady Xiaoying provided very good service, was friendly and polite, and patiently answered any inquiries I had after adding the service WeChat. We stayed for two nights. The only downside was that it was very cold and rainy on the second day. However, the private hot spring bath in the room made up for this shortcoming. It is a good choice for families or couples traveling.

I brought my little baby here alone - I am happy to stay here. The environment is really great. It happened to rain in Guangdong recently. There is a whole courtyard with a faint breeze and a green rain garden. The entire homestay, from the front desk to the guest room, the cooperative kitchen has a very good service attitude and is very considerate. There are mosquitoes at night and they will burn incense. I am used to eating boiled vegetables and goat milk for breakfast, and they will help me and deliver them to the room. The courtyard is very large, with scattered houses, swings, chairs, small pavilions, rockery, running water, streams, and starry sky restaurants, farmhouses, and juice bar service facilities. It is really comfortable. If I come to Qingyuan again, this homestay will be my only choice

The room was clean, the waiter was kind, and the camping area was good. The hot spring water is changed every day, the water is very clean, there are many pools, the environment is good, the water temperature is high, the Luo Han Guo tea is good, and the accommodation can be made unlimited times. The entrance of the park is the road, there are many stalls on the roadside, very convenient, the Qingyuan chicken at the bottom of the bridge is delicious.
