This is our second stay at Fairyland Resort Hotel, our first stay was in 2018, environment is still the same, nice beach, excellent hotel with much more amenities as compared to 2018. The kids really enjoy their stay here.

Great stay at Ween hotel! Amazing pool and rooftop area. Scooter rentals right across the way, fun scooting areas around the farms. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Perfect getaway from the bustling Guangzhou. Had a great stay with the hot springs and your own private hot tub. So much activities available for us to enjoy and we had so much fun! However, toddler had a bad fall at the indoor playground and the team was so thoughtful to send us to the hospital for checks and the manager, Bryant drove us and stayed with us all the way to make sure all is good. Upon checking out, another manager came to check on us and prepared some medicines and snacks for our toddler. Really impeccable service. Thank you to Bryant, the other manager and the team! Will definitely be back! ❤️

In the evening, our family soaked in the hot springs while appreciating the beautiful scenery of the moonlight shining on the bamboo forest and feeling the tranquility and beauty of nature. In addition, the homestay also provides free tea and fruit, so you can enjoy the food while taking a bath.

The area of ​​the homestay is not very large, but it has everything. The room is a centralized box, and the room is very warm and comfortable. My daughter likes it very much. You can bring your own food and snacks to have a picnic or barbecue on the grass. It is very quiet at night, and it feels like the whole world has slowed down. I can feel the mountain breeze of Wanlv Lake, drink tea comfortably, and look up at the stars quietly. The boss is also very nice. The two rooms we booked on the platform did not include breakfast, but she gave each room two breakfasts, which were very rich and might not be enough for an adult to finish. Because the B&B is built next to Wanlv Lake, it is very convenient to go swimming in the lake. The store owner has also taken safety issues into consideration. You must wear life jackets when going into the water, and children must be accompanied by an adult. One of the store employees works part-time as a lifeguard, and you are not allowed to swim after 7:30 p.m. Overall, the experience was good, very casual and relaxing. By the way, if you want to eat in the B&B, there is a restaurant. I heard from the boss that the chef is a chef who worked in a five-star hotel for 30 years. Now he starts his own business. The prices are naturally a little higher than those outside. If you don’t want to eat in the B&B, you can eat outside. It’s less than ten minutes’ walk away.

I especially like the pink beach and swings under the trees on the big lawn. It is very photogenic, and the children also like to play on the lawn. There are many choices of hot springs in the public area. The service staff will pour water for the guests, remind everyone to drink water when soaking in the hot springs, and also deliver bath towels. The private hot spring pool in the room is also great. It is also very comfortable and relaxing for the children to soak alone after sleeping. This trip was a bit rushed, and I look forward to staying for two days next time.

The room is as clean and tidy as always, newly decorated, and has a good living environment. This time I stayed in a duplex suite, which is cost-effective and comes with a lot of small gifts. There are many types of breakfast. I used to eat in the grand banquet hall, but this time I changed to the restaurant, so the whole family can sit down and eat without sharing a table. The front desk service is good, and there is guidance and follow-up after the processing is completed. It is much more considerate than the first time I stayed. I have been to many hot springs, but I still think Zen Spring is the cleanest and most hygienic. The overall experience is much better than the first time I went there, and it feels worth the price during the May Day holiday👍🏻

It rained during the Qingming Festival. Before the trip, I was worried that the rain would disrupt my plan, so I contacted Mia to find out about the activities in the hotel. Unexpectedly, this was just the beginning of our communication. The night before, Mia and I chatted until 1 a.m. She patiently and carefully answered every question I had. The feeling of being valued was really great! I thought she was busy all day and would definitely reply later the next day, but I received her message early in the morning. This service efficiency is really amazing! Mia's thoughtfulness goes far beyond this. She seems to be able to see through my thoughts, and I don't need to remind her of many things. Seeing that there were vacant rooms, she took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type and arranged for China Unicom to make our living experience more comfortable. When I returned to the room at night, the warm night bed service was ready, and my fatigue disappeared instantly. What touched me the most was that this trip happened to be my son's birthday month, and Mia quietly prepared two exquisite cakes. When the cake was delivered to my son, his surprised and happy expression, I will never forget it in my life. This attentiveness made this trip full of warmth and memories. Every moment at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake was extremely comfortable and pleasant, and all this was inseparable from Mia's efforts. We came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.
