Hot spring Hotels in Sao Paulo, Brazil

And Pedro is my smoking friend number one?!!? Kkk The manager is great human being!! Lastly my friends in restaurant rated in ten!! They are…Luighi, Débora, Denize, Rose, Renata, kawane, Cleide, Dani, Paulo, Thiago, Carol, Júlia!!Emilly.

The hotel has a very good structure, room, air conditioned shower, excellent location and access to the park. The staff's service was very good, but we had problems with the service at the reception by Mislayne and Ana Julia. We checked in on day 30/09 afternoon, I bought a package for 3 nights. The next day (01/10) around 17:00 am I returned to the room and the door was not open. I went down to the reception and the attendants reported that I had made only one night booking. I said I had paid for 3 nights. They asked me to show the voucher, and I explained that I had left my cell phone loaded in the room, but I couldn't get in. Both Mislayne and Ana Julia did not even have the good sensor to open the room to pick up the cell phone and show the voucher, and I had to suggest that they let me use one of the computers to open the email and show the voucher. Even with the proof, they stayed around 15 minutes moving on the computer, and I complained about the delay and they said that there was only one day in the hotel system (even showing the voucher, they were unreducable). I asked to release the room pq my wife had spent the day in the park and wanted to take a bath and the attendants simply ignored, then they asked me to open the email again to show the voucher. After five minutes of wait, Misslayne and Ana Julia simply gave me the armband, without explaining what happened and no apology. The indignation is the way we were treated, as if we were ”applying a coup”, as well as the arrogant behavior of Mislayne and Ana Julia, the lack of good sense, friendliness and professionalism, and people cannot take care of the public. After that episode, the manager Diogo came to talk to us and apologised for the incident.

Fiquei hospedado no hotel ”Nacional Inn” em Campos do Jordão por apenas uma noite, mas a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. A começar pela limpeza, que era péssima. O cobertor fornecido era insalubre, cheio de cabelo, rasgos e pelos, o que tornou impossível usá-lo sem sentir nojo. Além disso, não é possível controlar a temperatura da água do chuveiro, pois outros quartos interferem na pressão e na temperatura, resultando em banhos desconfortáveis. O café da manhã foi outra grande decepção. Havia pouquíssimas opções e a maioria das comidas era extremamente industrializada. O ovo mexido, por exemplo, tinha mais casca do que ovo. Isso comprometeu totalmente a refeição matinal. O quarto apresentava um trinco enorme no forro, e a estrutura como um todo estava extremamente sem manutenção. O elevador também era um problema. Em todas as paradas, dava uma sensação de queda e não era nada tecnológico, sem sensores de segurança ao fechar e abrir a porta, o que tornava o uso perigoso. Outro ponto negativo foi a falta de auxílio com as malas tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Para piorar, não havia nenhuma tomada perto das camas ou mesinhas, dificultando o uso de aparelhos eletrônicos. Em resumo, a experiência no ”Nacional Inn” foi muito abaixo das expectativas e definitivamente não recomendaria essa experiência horrível a ninguém.

Food was the best! Everyday a different menu, especially for the meats and salads. Dessert quite similar every meal. Rooms get long time to be cleaned but they can do it by evening. I lost my baby's milk bottle and my sister lost her daughter's glasses and they found them both and kept well to give is back on the following day. Crib and baby bathtub was also provided. Not so many activities for children at 2 and 3 years but for over 4 the kid's monitors can be very helpful.

Fantastic experience, easily exceeded our expectations. 24 hour heated pools, spacious and super clean rooms, juicy breakfast including Brazilian classics such as tapioca, pao de queijo, goiabada and more. Close to the hot beach park but car highly recommended

The hotel has a good structure. The strong points are the great hot water pools and the restaurant. The pools are very nice and are open until 22h. The restaurant offers a great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very careful and educated. The weak points are lifts and the transfer to the aquatic park. Lifts are only 2 and appear not to have smart system, causing a shock in the hours of greater movements. The transfer is a urban bus. If you need to wait for him in the park, you will stay at the time (in the sun). Sometimes it may be better to take the car off the parking.
