The service was quick and amazing. The people that worked there were very friendly. The deck had a smell like a smoking smell inside the building and the elevator always had a scent to it . I never had the chance to taste their breakfast.

Everything was perfect, except I had to keep linking up to the WiFi. Don't know why it kept disconnecting. I loved the waffle maker.

袁We drove through Charlotte, only stayed here for one night, and we had to hurry, so we chose this hotel on the side of the road. From this perspective, her location is very good, just a few minutes up and down the highway. Nothing else is special. This hotel is like a domestic chain store.

Check in, easy. Amenities consist of a small bottle of shampoo and a nice little keurig. No closet. Nothing else. Two rattan chairs that are literally disintegrating. Bed’s uncomfortable. Water pressure low. Tv reception bad. Pool nice but no shade. Could be because of windiness that the umbrellas were not up. . Easy access to food and shopping. Pets allowed. Very pricey for basic room. Very. Would not recommend.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. In the beginning of the week i couldnt find the other hotel i was staying at in towm. I stopped at red roof inn to ask where it was. The woman working the front desk was very nice, helpful, and polite. She told me exactly where the other hotel was. I was happy to tell her i was staying at the red roof inn later in the week. I met the owner and she was very nice and very helpful. 10 out of 10 experience.
