The Wayside Inn
4.3/5101 Reviews
My husband and I had a one night getaway at the Wayside Inn, and we loved it! Upon arrival, we decided we preferred to move from the annex to the main Inn, and the Mother of the innkeeper Sarah cheerfully made the switch for us! Our room was spacious, quaint, and I loved the decorations and hardwood floors! We even had a jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom! The room was spotless, so clean and inviting! I loved hearing the river out our windows and the birds in the morning! A delicious breakfast was included, and I appreciated the early start at 7:30 so we could get out on our bicycles. The innkeeper Sarah has obviously done so much work to this historic property. I am sure it has not been easy, especially with a young family. Sarah is amazing! I look forward to staying again to see further improvements she has made! Thank you for the wonderful overnight!
Inn at Whitney's Farm

The Inn itself is lovely. It's located in a part of New Hampshire that is very quaint and picturesque. Nestled in between a ski mountain and cross country ski center, the Inn has small, comfortable rooms that look up towards the ski lifts. The rooms are modestly furnished but clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant is staffed by friendly employees who take the time to ask about your day and interests. For the money I paid to stay at this location, I'd recommend it for any couple on a journey to the White Mountains and aiming to keep within a budget as well.
Clarion Inn
4.3/5102 Reviews
You never stayed we tried to cancel it the woman at the front desk was either not understanding didn't care because I wish you Priceline and the VIP number she does it anyways so it booked it but it didn't book it until the following night which I already had reservations at the Clarion inn airport in Manchester for the following night that's why we wanted to make sure that it was camping because we clicked on the wrong location. My husband is infuriated because she charged his card and he doesn't think he'll be getting it back. So he's like a card reimbursed.
Yankee Clipper Inn

I very rarely write reviews, but I felt this was important. I read the reviews for this motel AFTER my husband had already booked the room. I was not happy…..I was quite nervous, but the room was booked, there we no available hotel rooms under $250.00 for one night and we were 2 hours away from home, so we didn’t really have a choice. We got to the hotel very late that night. There was nobody there to check us in, but our room keys and instructions were waiting for us at the door. Awesome! We get to our room, open the door and to our surprise the room was beautiful! All updated and new! The colors in the room were grey, white and brown and had red accents which made for a pretty cool pop of color! Our 2 double beds were so comfy! The sheets and comforter were so soft that we didn’t want to get out of bed the next morning! Pros-the bathroom is gorgeous, modern and brand spankin’ new! There is a dispenser filled with shampoo and body wash hanging in the shower. There is also a permanent nightlight in the bathroom. I liked that. The beds are very comfy and so is the bedding. There is a little coffee pot, fridge, a big screen tv, small round table and a chair in the room. The air conditioning/heating unit is brand new. We set the temperature to our liking with no issues. Cons- These are not necessarily bad things, but if you are used to regular hotel rooms with amenities, then you might want to read this to prepare. There is no tub, so you can’t give your baby a bath. There is no closet, no ironing board, no hooks and no hangers anywhere in the room. If you’re going to a wedding and planning on staying at this hotel just know that you can’t hang your dress or suit anywhere. There is however a bureau and shelving for your stuff. We had to fold our winter jackets and put them on the shelves. I didn’t like that. When it rains or snows and your jackets are wet you’ll have to lay them on the bed or chair, I suppose. There is no microwave. There is no hair dryer. There is a sliding pocket door to the bathroom, but no handle to open the door from the inside. Would I stay at this hotel again? OH ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend it to people looking for a hotel to stay at?? OH ABSOLUTELY! If I was the owner/s of this hotel I would look into installing hooks of some kind for guests to hang jackets etc., because there is no closet. I’d also install a handle to get out of the bathroom. That being said, they are doing a wonderful job renovating the rooms. It’s a work in progress. Things take time, but all of their hard work will pay off in the end. I am definitely looking forward to another visit at the Yankee Clipper!
Comfort Inn

Breakfast is full, like other budget hotels in the United States, cereals, milk, coffee, muffins, and fruit, but the variety is relatively simple! But it is also worth the price. The room is small, can not be used for an extra bed, can bring children together, we are a twin room, live three people, the hotel location navigation is better to find, there is a parking lot, we will drive to
Hampton Motor Inn

I stayed at this hotel due to its reasonable cost and location near Hampton Falls. I hesitated booking the room after the reading the reviews but it was totally fine. In fact, I would stay there again. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room was very clean. It was a very comfortable stay with a great location.
Northern Peaks Motor Inn

Great place to stay! It's a NCSE (Nice-Clean-Safe-Economical) New Hampshire motor inn with a Route 66 style/feel...love those types of motels...reminds me of my childhood. It's a very well maintained older facility and Bob does a great job with the upkeep. We got a great rate that fit our retired deep south budget and that was a big plus. There wasn't a breakfast but several fast food chains, convenience stores and restaurants were 3-5 mins. away. Bob, thanks again for a great stay and I really enjoyed visiting with you and your sons before leaving...hope you got the new shed setup. It was also really neat to find out that one of our head coaches in Texas was your son's head coach as well...small world. Take care and thanks again for a great stay and visit!
Top Notch Inn
4.4/5101 Reviews
The hotel is located beside the main road of transportation. There are small shops and gas stations around the same building, a bungalow, a large courtyard, very quiet, and the car is required to stop at your door. The front desk is a young and pretty nice girl. Soon, the room is small but very delicate, warm and sanitary. It is very suitable for family trips. The downside is that online booking is more than 30 knives more expensive than the store. In addition, the old-fashioned air-conditioning sound is too noisy, and it must be turned off before going to bed. The hotel asks to check out before 11:00 the next day, because there is no demand, so I don't know if it can be delayed. When you leave the store, you don't need to inform the front desk. You can directly drop the key into a box on the wall of the hall. Overall rating five stars
Christmas Farm Inn and Spa

Went for dinner Monday evening …a nice surprise, 2 for1 entrees on Mondays during the month ! Soup of day was seafood stew. Loved it! Not a cup . Even bigger than a bowl! A meal in itself. And spicy, which I loved. My wife had the blackened salmon, it was thick and perfectly cooked. I had chicken Alfredo, which also was good. But oh, the stew. Sooooo good.
Comfort Inn Airport

Stayed here for a night with my family as we were looking for a night away from home at a place with a pool. The room was small but appeared to be clean until my 2 year old discovered a pair of mens underwear (NOT my husbands) in the bathroom. I informed the front desk, not trying to make a big deal out of it, but more for their information. She made a note of it but didn’t even offer an apology. The pool area is very nice and was the main reason why we booked. We were looking forward relaxing in there after dinner but much to our surprise, it turned into a sort of a night club at night. It was actually a pretty cool concept - DJ, bubble machine, fog, and 100% kid friendly, just not what we were expecting during COVID. Apparently it’s also open to the public at a cover change so it was pretty busy! Breakfast in the morning was ok - cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee. I guess it’s usually better but with COVID they have to limit the options. Overall, not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed.
