Staying at Northern Sky Lodge was an incredible experience and the perfect spot for aurora viewing. I stayed for two nights and saw the Northern Lights both nights! The atmosphere is so warm and cozy, with a great living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Having breakfast with hot coffee and cocoa in the snow was just magical. You do need to rent a car and drive about 30 minutes from the city, but it's worth it because getting away from the city lights is essential for the clearest aurora views. It was truly an ultimate experience!!!

The room was really cozy and the bed was comfortable (not super soft, which I prefer). The host was also very nice; they let us store our luggage before check-in and relax in the living room, and even allowed us to check in early as soon as a room was ready. The breakfast was simple but delicious. My only minor complaint is that we had a lot of luggage, and since our room was on the second floor without an elevator, it was a bit inconvenient.

MENGThe hotel is fantastic, I don't think there is a clear boundary for the Denali National Park, so the hotel is on the side, there are hares, and the elk can be seen sooner or later, indicating that the environment is very good.

The room is big with basic amenities. Location is quite good as it’s just at a free shuttle stop. It’s May in Alaska, so a small fan heater is not enough to warm us up. Luckily the bed is very comfy n the blankets keep us warm during the night.

Was a good stay. The room was a bit to warm for me when I got checked in, but was able to lower the room temperature. Good clean room with a nice firm bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being next to McDonalds and the Breeze In are also very good options

AKDUDEJAIt’s an excellent place for families with nice cozy rooms which are not very spacious but not very congested either offer and great value with the amenities like full refrigerator and kitchen. The location is fantastic too.
