Very impressed with this hostel. The room with 4 beds was perfect and having a curtain does give you quite a lot of privacy. I did feel the number of toilets available, in relation to the number of people, rather poor. Shower rooms are too small, getting dried in them was challenging, and I'm of average build. Location is SUPERB. Staff were friendly (once you break the ice!😉) and helpful. Would consider staying here again. [One observation; I was in bed C, lower bunk and the storage area for my bed was directly under the steps leading to top bunk, D. Storage for D was under my pillow!!The reverse would be much more logical!😉) Be careful with the entrance, very easy to walk past it.
The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.
Pretty standard a&o hostels experience, satisfying showers, bed, and washroom, fortunately nice roommates. One surprise I got allocated into a 4-people room instead of booked 6-people room.
Note that the guest kitchen requires keycard to access to spare some time if you're making your own breakfast the morning you check out.
One major drawback, NO luggage room, only paid lockers:
6h-4euro
12h-5.5euro
24h-8euro
You might want to store your luggages at Warszawa Centralna (Main train station) or Warszawa Zachodnia (West station if you're taking coach) since the lockers are bigger and PLN30 (7.5euro) for 24h
Self checkin instructions were clear, the door handle for entering the passcode was a little annoying tho LOL. I booked the one with private bathroom and it is okay. Didn’t expect it to provide towels. WiFi is a bit weak. There is a kitchen and fridge and kettle in the public area. Luggage storage after check out was available. All is good. Will come back if I come to Warsaw again.
It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The room itself was small, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to recover from my fatigue. I stayed for two nights, and on the second night, there was another guest who was noisy and had a strong odor, but when I told the front desk, they kindly changed my room to a more comfortable one, which was a great help. I panicked when the door was locked from the inside while I was resting on the balcony and I couldn't get in, but when I called the hotel, they came right away, so it wasn't a problem. The atmosphere around the hotel was different in the morning and at night, but the air around the area was good both in the morning and at night, and if I come here again, I would choose this hotel again!
self-service check-in worked very well, instead of staying at the airport during the night for a flight early in the morning, I could sleep some hours and take a shower
In order to catch up with the Jennifer Lopez concert the next day, I specially chose the evening flight to Warsaw, and also booked the pick-up service in advance of Trip.com , hoping to rest at the hostel early.
As a result, it was already 11 o'clock in the evening, the doorway was dimly lit, and the password lock could not be seen. The hostel was slow to respond, and I finally entered the building, but because I couldn't use the old-fashioned elevator, I could take the stairs, or the kind of slow-walking automatic lights off... I was really scared in the dark.
I retreated outside and continued to contact customer service. When the hostel staff appeared, I didn't expect to come up and yell at me, even pointing at my nose to shut me up. I blocked his finger and told him that I wanted to rest early and didn't want to say more. It was almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night.
. I was looking forward to this trip, but I encountered this scene in Warsaw late at night. 🥲 In addition to the bad service attitude of the big man on the night shift on July 24, the other 2 employees are good, the room hygiene is OK, I will not give the hostel malicious bad reviews because of this bad big man, but I hope that the friends who stay at night are still good for lightning protection. The building is really scary at night, there are photos to check.
There was shampoo! It was within walking distance to the central station. It was an old building, but it was clean. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a suitcase.
The room I lived in was not in the front desk building, and there was no smile at the front desk. The old city was full of large crossroads. It was very difficult to walk with luggage. Uber could not reach the door of the hotel. But it is very convenient to several attractions
The house is fully equiped and the the staff keep it very tidy and Clean. I stayed in a bunked bed (top bed) and the bed was not looking very stable, but it was confortable.
Despite of the staff not speak english very well, they try to help all the time in all aspect. The location is a bit far away from City center, for who stays for turism, but if you have to stay for a few days and want something more chill, I highly recomend it.

YYogesh KaliaIts a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

AAnonymous UserThe girls at the reception are so unfriendly. You won't ask them anything extra, which is very unusual. Usually even the worst hostel can be saved by great friendly staff.
Next. They gave me a walk-through room. That is, I deliberately chose a room with fewer beds to feel safe. But while I'm sleeping, strangers literally walk past me and my things🤡
I closed the door to the room several times, but each time it turned out to be unlocked.
I told the reception about this, they told me that ”no, the room is not a walk-through, but yes, there are 2 doors”. When I commented that someone was walking there all night, I only received indignation in the form of shaking my head🤡
The hostel has a common area near the reception area, but it is uncomfortable to be there. There is no kitchen. The bathroom and shower are separate for men, separately for women. The interior is depressing. Naked men with bellies are walking along the corridor🤡. The bed in the room is creaky. There is no air conditioning.
After my experience of staying in many hostels in Europe, this one turned out to be the worst🥸
