"Very bright, original hostel! There are both common rooms and separate rooms. I stayed in a separate room with a terrace - it was excellent! The room is cozy, like all the rooms in the hostel, there is heating, bed is comfortable, underwear is clean, there are towels, everything is very comfortable! The general shower and kitchen is clean! The spacious kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary, I liked it very much! The staff is very polite and friendly. There is a parking lot. I'm happy to stop here again!"

"It's pretty good. The cabin has a separate bathroom. There should be four rooms, sharing a living room with a kitchen. The hostel is in another room. The bed room also has a large kitchen. This small room is very cost-effective. The town of Fox is not big. There are only two or three restaurants for dinner. So, it only takes five or six minutes to walk to the fireflies. You can go and see them at night. You can see them in a few minutes."

"The law-abiding backpacker hotel, we stayed for two days, the two-person room did not have a separate bathroom, but was assigned to a house, just no other guests, we will have that one. The saloon can also ~ the kitchen also provides basic pots and pans, etc. ~ Advantages, there is a complimentary breakfast, and there is a hot soup in the evening, although they are all the same thing! And parking is convenient! Disadvantages, I don't know if we are on the side or not, I can't even get wifi, I just ran to the saloon, and there was a bit of noise when it rained, because the roof of the corridor is iron, but the room is not, barely Not too noisy. "

GGuest UserWe arrived around 9pm ish and the property was quite dark. The reception desk had a note stick on the door indicating our room assignment. We had booked 2 rooms, but unfortunately, both had bugs (moths) in them.
Since we arrived late, there were no open stores or restaurants nearby, not even a convenience store. We found a nearby bar online that was advertised as being open until 1am, but when we called, they informed us they were closing early due to a quiet night. However, they were kind and prepared some chips, samosas and spring rolls for us, which we appreciated as it was our only option for dinner.
For future guests arriving late, I highly recommend advising them to purchase food in advance.

In addition, the toilet is in the room, and someone will be woken up when going to the toilet at night. It is not suitable for more than 2 people to stay.

GGuest UserWe came here to stay by train. Although the motel is not very new, it has everything. There are supermarkets and daily necessities stores at the foot of the mountain. It takes about ten minutes to walk there. When the sidewalk is about to disappear, there is a trail connecting it in a hidden place, and you can walk to the parking lot of the grocery store.
The hotel can pick you up at the train station, which is actually very suitable for people like us who have big luggage from overseas and don’t have a car. recommend

VVT TravllerWe got like a bungalow unit! It was excellent! We late for 5 min for checked in at night but the person in charged was still very friendly and waiting for us. And still served us welcome drinks (milk). yum yum. The car may just parked infront of the house. Super convenient! And the space in the house was superb! Like it very much and will deft go back again in the future.

We drove to visit the Fox Glacier Walk and the Lake Matheson Trail, which was about half an hour drive away. There were supermarkets nearby in case one planned to cook or dine in at the restaurants.
