Mt Fuji Hostel Michael's

Winter. I came to climb Mt Fuji. How difficult could it be? It's a gradual slope and even senior citizens are strolling on Fuji's incline from one snack shop to the next. But there's a climbing season. People are advised to not climb Fuji outside of summer. If you do, Michael wanted me to sign a release form which would allow him to go thru my things in case of my death. Since my backpack is filled with Adult Toys which I didnt want him & his Filipino staff to see, I decided to not climb it. Thanks, Michael, you might have saved my life. 1. Strong WiFi. 2. Lots of hot water & good water PRESSURE. 3. Bunks have curtains & lamps but no elec sockets. 4. Soap, shampoo, conditioner (i'm bald). 5. Tea & coffee. I stayed at 3 hostels in Fuji Yoshida. See what I think of all of them.

Fantastic location, super clean facilities , the front desk is amazing , kind and very attentive. Worth buying the ticket with discount straight the the front desk, they grant you entrance in the park 30 minutes before they open to all costumers . The picture about the bath is not in there, but the Onsen about 15 minutes on foot . They shouldn’t post that because it gives the costumers the sensation that is inside the capsule hotel.

I wanted to take a picture of Mt. Fuji. The period of my stay was rainy and tonpishiri, and Mt. Fuji was not able to worship once, but it was fun to stay here Near Oishi Park. Although there are few shops in the neighborhood, there are shops such as soba shops, fruit parfaits, pasta, hoto, and direct sales of agricultural products, and I stayed for about a week, but I didn't get tired. No, it is the level of losing vocabulary such as tempura of home cultivated vegetables in soba shop, momo parfait, and so on. It is quite far from Kawaguchiko Station, but if you contact in advance, you will pick up and drop off. The staff was helpful and friendly and very cozy. The facilities are new and clean and beautiful. You can touch various people in octopus. It is recommended.

The accommodation can see Fujisan every day. Located near Kawafujiko Station. It takes 9-10 minutes to travel, face the train station, walk left. Go straight to the end of the road, you will find a tempura shop. Then turn left, walk straight through 1 red light, walk straight and turn the legs of the light green building. At the road sign, the north Muranamura. Then go straight Will find a drink dispenser Look at the top and find that there is a sign named hostel. Raise left as the second house. In front of the accommodation there is a small garden. The interior is decorated with bare cement. On the left hand side of the door is the check-in, the kitchen and bathroom. Three rooms are used for men and women. At the toilet next to the stairs On the right is the part of the bar to eat. The right wing is the shared accommodation. For the top is a female accommodation, the part of the window overlooks Fujisan every day. In addition, it is a family room. There are two toilets above. The toiletries are complete except towels, you have to pay 100 yen. In front of the garden there is a viewpoint to see Fujisan with nearby houses. Here, it is suitable for a single or two people, a small family. More importantly, staying close to a shop for girls. Shopping for 2 other cosmetics stores. People who don't like the chaos, a little bit of a noise must stay here.

My wife and stayed here for two nights in twin room 1, overlooking Mount Fuji. We arrived on the 23/10/2019 and left on the 25/10/2019. For the price and location, this is a great place to stay at. It is about 7 minute walk from the bus station. It is close to restaurants and a short walk to the 20km Lake. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are way to soft which can cause a bit of neck strain. The facilities are clean and the shared toilets were near our room which made it convenient. There are two toilets on the second flloor (one is a urinal) and two toilets down stairs. There are also two shared showers. This was never an issue for us as there was only about 10 guests staying here. This place can hold up to 20 or so guests which may cause a line to use the shower and toilets. We had a clear view of Mount Fuji from our balcony, it was a sunny day when we arrived. I do recommend you check out the terrace as the view is awesone on a clear day. The kitchen has cooking facilities, microwave and a big fridge. The main sitting area is near reception. They have free bike hire which is really good, considering some places in town will charge a 1000 yen. It was raining heavily on the day we were leaving and the Manager offered to drive us to the bus station which was very nice of him. He also allowed us to check in early when we arrived and was extremely helpful in providing useful information on things to do. Customer service was amazing and I would have rated my stay as excellent if the pillows were more comfortable. Very good is still a good score.

Booked a private room for 3 pax with an amazing view of Fujisan. My friends and I were impressed with the hostel - it was super clean and equipped with a whole range of amenities beyond the basics such as facial tissue, tooth brush, tooth paste, free flow of boiled eggs, home made bread, calbee granola etc. There are guidebooks with recommendation of nearby eateries, restaurant and recommended places of interest for our reference. Even though I did not get a chance to interact with the owner, I could feel the sincerity and passion of the owner in running the hostel and his desire to provide the best experience for his customers simply through the decoration of the whole hostel - from the little ninja stickers on the wall, flowers decorated tissue box to the little touch of leaving a paper crane on each bed etc - all these makes the hostel a very cosy place to stay in. I have no qualms but praises for the hostel and would not hesitate to stay there again.
Fuji Fifty Ryokan

The room is very Japanese, I like it very much, and it is very quiet at night, which is very suitable for a rest stop during a city transit trip. The boss is very nice, we can communicate in Chinese, and the local uncle who manages the B&B is also very nice. I was alone that day, and he waited until I came to check in very late. The room is close to the Yamanakako Plain, and the transportation is relatively convenient. If you go to Tokyo, you can take a bus to Shinjuku here. Finally, there are three regrets. One is that my phone fell on the way there, and I will not buy a folding screen again😭 (the boss is still very active in providing help) The second is that the B&B seems to have not found a hair dryer, and the supplies can be placed more prominently☺️ The third is that the restaurant here closes early, but there is an izakaya and 711 next to it. Very satisfied☺️

The boss is a big brother from Northeast China. The whole communication was stress-free. It rained heavily on the night of check-in, but the boss drove us out shopping and waited at the door of the convenience store. 🥺 Touched. The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Fuji, backed by Oshino Hakkai. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh, with a sense of tranquility in the forest. The hotel is decorated in the most traditional Japanese tatami style, giving a feeling of Doraemon Nobita's home. 😄 I particularly like this atmosphere. 😍😍The last picture is a nearby attraction called Oshino Hakkai. I went there after checking out the next day. It is very close to the B&B.
