Hostel staff is very responsive and being polite to the guest. And the hostel is located nearby the accommodation area. it is a great places to get a rest from the hostel. Apart from that the hostel has a nice common area for guests. But the hostel is quite far away from the metro station. It also requires 10 minutes.

I had a beautiful stay here at the Cozey retreat waffle Hostal. The staff has so lovely and kind! The owner also made sure all needs and accommodations were met. Perfect location and great atmosphere! Definitely the cozy vibe for a solo female traveler! Also it was very clean and tidy! 10/10 would recommend again! Will be coming back:)

The hotel has a great location, just about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi and a half-hour walk to Umeda. There are convenience stores nearby, and the hotel breakfast is also quite good. On the first floor, there’s a microwave and hot water, and the lounge area is perfect for eating instant noodles. The hotel has separate floors for men and women, and the washrooms are very clean. The shower room is considered above average in size for Japanese hotels, and the soundproofing is decent. The hotel offers a Western-style breakfast, which meets the needs, and it’s convenient since there aren’t many breakfast spots in Japan. The front desk is very friendly, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in. This hotel was quite satisfactory during my trip, and I would choose to stay here again next time!

The place was very clean and the location is excellent. Only issue is in the facilities, there is no common area, only a bar/restaurant which you have to buy something from, this makes it very hard to socialise and I believe if they allowed you to sit there without a purchase people would naturally buy a drink or some food! The beds are also ridiculously hard, I had back and hip pain after sleeping here just one night. The front desk worker during the day was very rude and hostile

I stayed on December 23rd. I was late to check in at that time, I arrived at the Hostel at 12 midnight. The officer was already closed. Luckily there was a hotel guest who was coming in so I could join in. Then I didn't wait long, luckily there was an officer who was willing to help me check in. Finally I could rest comfortably and not be homeless in Osaka hahaha.. Thank you White Hostel. Always be successful.

the staff were very friendly and informative and my room was clean. Room came with a hairdryer, 2 towels, private bathroom/shower and a refrigerator. This is the best &Hostel I have stayed at in Japan. If I’m ever back in the area I will be staying here again! 8min walk to the train station, 30min to Dotonbori, multiple convenience stores within 5 min or less walk. The ONLY complaint for me is my room was quite cramped with my luggage & other things. Maybe a storage shelf or something would help.

This hostel is on the 2nd and 3rd floor ( and there is no elevator ). The office is located on the 2nd floor. Each floor has a male and female bathroom/ shower room. Big common area, a kitchen as well. Some stains on the carpet or seats but nothing too crazy. The bathroom is always clean. This is not a party hostel, it's more on the quiet side and every one keeps to them self ( I like it better this way ). The dorms are big and bed is comfy. I highly recommend: )

This is my favorite youth hostel I've ever stayed in! Clean! Tidy! The service is also very good! There is no feeling of discrimination! (Many hotels are unfriendly to Chinese tourists, this is something everyone has more or less experienced) Although men and women live together here, they are all backpackers from various countries! Everyone is very quiet! It doesn't affect rest at all! Each bed has enough space! Not at all! The transportation is very convenient! Navigation is very easy to find! I like the public bathroom very much, just like the ordinary family bathroom of Japanese people. The store is very considerate. Although it is a cheap youth hostel, there are shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. It's not the cheap one! Because I have requirements for bathing products! I didn't use the ones I brought with me, I just used the ones in the store hahaha! Next time I go to Osaka, I will choose to stay here again! ! !

The room is relatively large in the capsule hotel. You can put your suitcase in it. Each bed has a TV, headphones, and a ventilation fan. The public area is also OK. There is a place for eating and heating meals on each floor, which is suitable for traveling alone. The downside is that the mattress is thin, it is hard to sleep on, and the ventilation fan is noisy. These are not a big deal. The biggest problem of living in a capsule hotel is still the noise. The noise of the people in the next bed packing up and washing at different times will have a great impact. People who sleep lightly are better off choosing a hotel.

GGuest UserThe best premium capsule I've stayed so far - beautiful decor and a spacious nook. Facilities and amenities include a full suite of Pola face and body toiletries (I don't bring shampoo/conditioner when I travel in Japan), toothbrush, towels, ear buds for light sleeper, a small hot bath on top floor, stable wifi, drinking water, drinks vending machine, Refa hair dryer, smoking room, plenty of lounge space, pyjamas, extra blanket and pillow available. No communal fridge or coin laundry but there's a nearby coin laundry should you need. Very close to 7-11 and Family Mart, walking distance to many good eateries and Shinsaibashi covered shopping street. It is 650 metres walk to Shinsaibashi station on the red Midousuji line. The check-in is at level 2 and you can request for the staff to bring up your luggage via the lift accessible by staff only from level 1 to 2. Your key card only allows you to go to the hot bath on top floor and your assigned floor which is a good security feature. Men and women on separate wings provides assurance for solo female travellers. Each floor has 16 capsule rooms, 2 toilets and 3 wash basins and bathrooms. The toilet is very near to the room which is great for night pee. Not sure if it will be too crowded for comfort if they are fully occupied... You can put your medium sized suitcase just outside your room and there is sufficient space to open it too. The capsule room can be fully covered with a curtain. It was stuffy inside though (was early June) so I opened a small gap to allow the extremely cold aircon in the common area to enter my room. There's a hand bag sized safe box - please make sure you close it completely before you lock it as it can be tricky to use. I think it's cleaner and better if shoes are not allowed in the capsule room corridor. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers. I am a light sleeper but with ear buds I could get good sleep. There were occasional noisy guests but generally most were considerate. Recommended eating/drinking places: Wad tea house and Anngon Vietnamese food, Abura Soba

DDarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

JJanno from ManilaAmazing capsule hotel experience in Namba worth your every yen! This place made me rethink the idea of capsule hotels! If you’re a solo traveler, this is an excellent choice - very affordable and right at the center of the action. Rooms were a bit toasty, I would prefer them cooler. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to crank up the AC as it is centralized. As expected, it is a double decker and very compact, but it has enough space for a tall guy, I’m a short king so everything was great. Each capsule has a TV and enough sockets to charge your devices. Beds were alright. You’ll still have decent privacy despite the capsule set up. This is a mostly self-service hotel. You take some of the amenities (toothbrushes, combs, etc) and they also provide you indoor clothes you can wear while inside the hotel and in the sauna, onsen and bathrooms. Towels are provided everyday or you can ask them at the counter. I like that they keep it very clean. They clean the public areas everyday. The only downside is probably the space at the lockers, so you would need to manage your clothes, toiletries, etc very well especially when the luggages fill up the space. The location was the best part of staying at this hotel. Right next to it was a 7-Eleven so you know you’re covered with everything you need. It’s a few minutes walk to the Namba MRT station. It’s very accessible and it’s at the heart of Osaka. A pretty solid 4/5 for me. I will definitely stay again when I solo travel to Osaka!

WWin BkkGreat location near Shin-Imamiya Station. I did not find the area as seedy as other reviews, but I didn't venture around too much. The check in was smooth. The room was very decent for the price. The A/C (as heater in November) worked well. You might feel your neighbour's smoking due to the aged structure and connected vent. The futon mattress was rather thin, but it was ok for a short stay. Wifi worked well in room. The wall was thin, so you might want to keep your sound low. The Japanese-style common bathroom was clean and functioning. Note that the check out time is 9:30 (not generous). Overall, I highly recommend Park Inn.
