This is hands down the best hostel I've stayed in for years. First off, it's huge, all the facilities are brand new, and it's spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are super friendly, and you can even store your luggage after check-out. The beds are large and comfy, and the room overall has plenty of space with lots of storage. There's a big study area and various activity rooms – truly perfect! Honestly, just book it, you won't regret it. Seriously, five stars all around, I can't find a single fault. I even took a three-minute video tour, but I can't upload it here; this Ctrip review system really isn't great.

The location is close to any attraction in Florence. It can be accessed to most attractions within 25 minutes. The location of the hotel is also good. There are some delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel is also clean. The bathroom is shared but it is really clean. But pay attention to the towels. The front desk service is very good and patient. But a little crowded, if you don't mind more than 10 people in a room, it's really good!

The hostel room was spacious, and the atmosphere was lively overall. They even had a heated pool and offered complimentary drinks, though you could only redeem them in the evenings during specific hours. It's a place you could definitely stay for a few days to really soak it all in; otherwise, it'd feel too rushed.

The location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap.
As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside.
Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!

Facilities: I was quite surprised by how large this hotel is; it has two buildings, a pool, and a gym. However, it's essentially set up like a youth hostel. The room had a balcony, but it was connected to the adjacent room, which meant a lack of privacy.
Environment: It's located by a road, with a bar across the street that stays open quite late. It can get a bit noisy with young people gathering there.
Service: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You can't check in early if it's outside these hours, and there's a charge of 3 euros per piece if you want to store your luggage after check-out.
Cleanliness: Generally acceptable! It was cleaned daily.
Florence isn't a large city, so most places are within walking distance. It's very close to the Central Market, which is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat.

Great stay overall.
All the girls, Italian guys and the Brazilian guy were excellent hosts, but there is someone else who was usually present at the very early hours who has a pretty terrible and rude attitude and could use knowing a but or two about proper customer service.
I have to say, as much as I liked it, because of this last point, I consider Rome’s Ostello Bello better.
Going to Milan’s one now hoping for a great stay.
I traveled as a solo female traveler, and unfortunately, only one out of three nights was peaceful. I want to warn others about several management and safety issues I encountered here.
On Trip.com, only mixed dorms were available. The platform lists two types of 6-bed dorms: one explicitly labeled 'Mixed Gender' (which I booked) and another generic '6-Bed Dormitory Room' without any gender indication. Since there was no 'Female-only' option, I assumed these were essentially the same thing. I ended up alone in a room with three men, which felt quite unsafe and intimidating. My sleep was constantly interrupted by loud neighbors and the person in the bunk below me shaking the bed all night
When I requested a move to a female dorm or a more balanced mixed room the next morning, the staff was unhelpful. They claimed they couldn't move me because I hadn't booked through their website, even though female beds were available!! They initially demanded I pay the full price again for the next two nights.
After contacting Trip.com support, the hostel still refused to cooperate. Eventually, a more reasonable receptionist helped resolve the issue peacefully.
On my last night, a large group of school students arrived. They were incredibly loud, and it took over an hour after ”quiet hours” began for teachers and staff to finally calm them down. Be aware of this.
Cleanliness: Rooms are relatively clean.
Self-Service: You must make your own bed, which is very difficult if you are assigned a top bunk.
Extra Costs: Towels are not included and cost 1.9€.
Payment: They are strictly card-only.
Pros: There is free hot water at reception, a luggage room, and the location is conveniently close to the Campo di Marte station.
If you are a solo female traveler, be aware that management might prioritize profit over your safety and comfort :)

The front desk staff were super friendly and even said 'thank you' in Chinese, which was a nice touch. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was already made up, which was really convenient. There was plenty of hot water, and the hotel isn't far from the train station, so it was easy to walk over in the evening. The air conditioning worked great, but it can get a bit noisy in the morning due to the street. Overall, though, the price was amazing – really great value for money!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied overall.
The staff can speak English, and there is a coin laundry in the basement.

JJangusFirst of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me.
If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for.
One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors.

GGuest UserI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨
AAnnie nguyen 0909The room was clean and comfortable, with good service. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay in Florence
