"I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future."

"This hostel has a great location, making it super convenient for getting around. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport options nearby. The rooms and common areas are quite clean, the beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The staff are very helpful; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were patient in assisting with any issues. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for solo travelers or short stays. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"A very satisfying stay. The air conditioning worked well. Although the room was small, it was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also very clean. Free parking was convenient (the hotel parking lot costs 7 euros, so we parked on the street outside the hotel instead, but we were told the neighborhood was safe). It was easy to get to the city center by bus and then tram, and it took about 30 minutes. There was a large supermarket near the transfer station, so we were able to do some shopping. The receptionist was very friendly, and the shared facilities were very clean. However, some of the kitchen utensils (such as the knives) were quite worn out, so we felt a bit uncomfortable using them. Also, there was a small sharp nail or hook sticking out in the room — possibly for hanging towels. It looked quite dangerous, so I think that area should be checked."

"I stayed at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The location is very accessible, with fast-food restaurants, malls, tourist attractions, and the metro all nearby. The place is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. I arrived very late, around 1:40 AM, but they still welcomed me without any issues, which I really appreciated. My room was also great, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay even more convenient. They also offer free drinks like coffee, tea, and water, along with some nice amenities. Overall, I would rate this hostel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan."

"I was completely surprised with this place, cleanliness was great, I stayed in the female dorm, the bathroom was impeccable! the staff was super lovely, breakfast is great for the price, the hostel itself is beautiful and has so many places to go, garden, places to work, etc. It is actually nice to stay there and I like that they have activities like ktv, live music and many more to make a great environment. Location is super convenient right next to Milano Centrale! nothing negative to say, I enjoyed my 3 night stay!"

"Cleanliness and amenities were not the same as ordinary hostels. I was very troubled because there was no place to put things in the shower room, but if it is the shower room in the back of the second floor, you can put it on the heating equipment. Also, I was grateful for giving me a drink ticket, but beer was not included 😂 The view from the room was great!"

"The location is very good, just by the lake, you can watch the lake view in the morning and evening. Within 10 minutes walk from the bus station and more than 10 minutes walk from the pier. And from domaso, you can avoid the flow of people, don't worry about public transportation without a location. Very suitable for travelers who are not on a budget and travel alone to Lake Como!"

"Nice hostel for this money. The location is good, not so far from Duomo but far from the railway. However you can take a M3 subway 🚇 The hostel provides free breakfast and the stuff is friendly! Shower is not working good and not private enough. Beds are metallic and make a noice."
