Toc Hostel Madrid

Madrid City Center
The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many of Madrid’s most famous attractions. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. The service is good, and the staff are friendly and professional. The area outside the hotel is lively, but the windows in the room are very well soundproofed, so it’s quiet and comfortable for sleeping. However, there are some areas for improvement. The room doesn’t provide slippers, which is a bit inconvenient. The room itself is a bit small, and the glass door of the bathroom offers little soundproofing, making using the bathroom slightly awkward. Additionally, both the bathroom and the shower room have motion-sensor lights, which can be inconvenient to use. Neither can be locked, and the shower room door doesn’t fully close, which might be an issue for some guests.

The location is good in the city center. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. The air conditioning in the house is sufficient, but the bathroom is in the corridor, not in the house.

I was surprised at the price of hostels in Madrid. This one was on the lower end of the spectrum but it was very well thought out. The staff was friendly and deals very well with customer service issues. They also offered info on the city upon arrival and recommendations. There is a well equipped and well organized kitchen with free tea all day and churros/ coffee in the morning. The terrace bar is nice with a friendly bartender. Rooms have lockers under the beds and each bed has a curtain, outlet and reading light. There are fun details all over the hostel, even embroidered in the comforters. It can get a little noisy, but you are in a hostel, so manage your expectations accordingly (and bring earplugs ;)) Supermarkets, the metro, bars, restaurants, sol, and the plaza mayor are all within walking distance. Note: there is a fee to use the hot tub.

The shower is broken, you can only take a shower with a shower that cannot be moved on the ceiling. There is no guardrail on the bunk bed, and I am a little afraid of falling when I sleep, which is a bit dangerous. The provided body milk thought it was a moisturizer, but it would foam when touched with water. I suspected that the body wash was put into the body milk. The location of the hotel is good, the subway station is nearby, very convenient.
Petit Hostel Palacio Real

It is convenient and cheap for a night or two. I stayed longer and for that reason I eould not recommend it. The toilets/showers were not often clean (you could see the same thing on the ground day after day). You have to enter in the toilet before going to the room so it does not give a good ooinion. Maybe just some freshener would help. Staff is good. Kitchen is small but worked out for what I needed. The bed are comfortable but the room was super tiny so evertime you want to take something out of your locker it can be a challenge if someone else wants to do that at the same time. Like I said for 1 or 2 days it is ok.

The counter staff is very friendly We will help you place your luggage and solve your problems I will also inquire about the time of return. Other travelers are also easy to get along with Willing to help others They kindly lent us a hair dryer. sleep well at night A lot of people live together but it's quiet You won't hear the sound of cars on the road either The facilities are not high-end, but they are necessary for travelers. The kitchen is also very good for cooking. It is also convenient to walk to the supermarket nearby for shopping.

The air conditioning in the rooms is set to maximum and it is very annoying. Also, the fact that the light has a motion detector is very annoying when sleeping. The fact that there is no one to check in seems like a step backwards to me.

The transit hotel near Madrid Airport is indeed a good choice. If you stay overnight directly at the airport, you may feel quite uncomfortable, so this hotel is particularly important. It is conveniently located and extremely convenient for passengers who need to transfer. What's more satisfactory is that the hotel also provides airport pick-up service, saving the trouble of passengers going there by themselves. Overall, this transit hotel provides great convenience for passengers with its thoughtful service and excellent location.

Hostel just direct on main road of Gran via street. There's a tourist spots with shopping brand names, metro the near one just few minutes walks is Praza de espanha and Santo Domingo station and activities. A room just small but comforted for short stay is recommended. Shared 3 bathrooms but quite enough and clean. Receptionist from India but spoke very well for Spanish and English. And very kindly helpful. I recommend this place
