Great place to stay in Wulingyuan and even better staff. 5 minutes walking to Park entrance. Amazing Staff. Speak English ( remember you are in China so find someone Who you can communicate using only 10% the translator will make your stay 100% more pleasant). He buy tickets for you, give wonderful indications/advices and so on. Even he gave us a ride with his car to a short distance place we had no idea how to get

The night market right outside is so convenient to try the local food. Breakfast is a local restaurant a few doors opposite and you can choose your food. It was delicious but it's all local food so my fussy son ended up having one plain steamed bao (bun).You can do your own laundry for free. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us in booking tickets for the Huanglong Cave as that had to be done via Wechat. Further down the road, there was a shop offering foot baths and massages. It was lovely but make sure you keep an eye on the agreed length of time. I would stay here again as it's sp convenient and comfortable.

The place is really well located. Near Tianmen Mountain entrance and near the bus station that leads you to the National Park in 40 Min or so. Nearby there's a lot of small shops and restaurants where to have a meal and a post office where to receive packages. The owner also has a delicious dinner every night. The cleanliness could improve.  Nevertheless, the owner is really helpful. He helped me when I missed the last bus at the National Park. Also you can book tickets for the main attractions cheaper than in the ticket office of each.  It has a laundry room where you can wash clothes for so little price. I highly recommend you to stay here for having a good rest, commodities and a comfy stay at Zhangjiajie.

A very good design hostel. Soft big bed cover with c)ean bed sheet and temperature control made me feel very comfortable at night. Social space in living room and cafe. Hostel location are nearby with tourist attractions.

I can't say how good the location is overall, since I ended up not spending any time in Changsha except sleeping - it looked like the hostel was close to a lively walking street, but the hostel itself is in a quiet alley. While it was okay getting there, the hostel was a bit tricky to find, and arriving alone in the late evening was not very comfortable for a female travelers, since you have to pass through a dark and narrow alley. The room was okay, expected for the price, but the mattress was hard as bricks so I couldn't sleep well, it was too uncomfortable. The lockers for personal items had no lock (or if there was a way to lock the staff didn't tell me), so nowhere to store personal items, making the place unsuitable for a longer stay. Bathroom has only one sink, one shower and one toilet to be shared between 2 dorms, so the bathroom was not clean when I arrived at night and everywhere was wet, which was very uncomfortable.

I booked a double room with a queen bed and it turned out to be a perfect room for my stay. Relaxed environment, room was spacious and clean and had everything needed. Above everything else, it felt cozy and home-like. Owner was very friendly and helpful and the location was super. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you for making my stay perfect!

Facilities: There are free washing machines and dryers (two each, four in total). Most people who wash clothes at night need to queue up, and there are staff in charge. I have a large fur coat and need to wear it the next day. I am worried that it has not been dried after washing. I got up early the next day to check and it has been dried and packed for collection. Hygiene: There is no odor in the room, the wall is green velvet, and the tables and chairs are very new and exquisite. The bedding is light green on one side and white on the other. I want to buy the same one hahaha Environment: The front of the first floor is very conspicuous, but there is a problem with the elevator. Sometimes it can't be pressed on the second floor. I didn't understand the instructions for taking a shower. I asked the front desk how to operate it while flushing (･⊝･∞) The shampoo and shower gel are so fragrant. It doesn't feel like a youth hostel, but more like taking a shower at a sister's house Service: I had a stomachache during my period, and the front desk just didn't have a hot pack 😭 I took a cup of hot water to cover my stomach

It was good. The place of the hotel was excellent. It's easy to find this hotel after booking. And it's near the metro station that's also beneficial for going anywhere in Changsha from that place. I liked it.

The Hotel lobby is difference name from the English version but lucky I saw the review from other people and I managed to found the building. And after check in, the rexep girl brought me to the room at the other building (from the photo) I guess one building share with many hotels. After reaching to the room. My hotel room name is another name 😂 but its OK. Room is big, heater is warm, water is hot, plus is sufficient to use. Walking distance to Tianmenshan ticketing/ cable way station. Hotel is surrounded by the provision shops and restaurants.
