```The store features a standalone building with separate floors for men and women, equipped with access control and a unified card system. It includes an elevator and houses a travel guide wall, curated by the brand, integrating Guizhou's tourism and cuisine. This wall presents information through photos and maps, making the trip more effortless. The store is a 15-minute walk from the North High-Speed Rail Station, 6 kilometers by car from the Olympic Sports Center, and 6.6 kilometers from the city center. The "Border Collie" is the store manager on-site. Here, everyone remains that same summer child, holding an ice stick and walking back to the dormitory.```.
"Amazing hostel! Super clean, kind staff, a lot of space in the common areas! You can also watch a film on a projector (I couldn't figure it out as I don't speak Chinese), read something, or have a drink at the bar. It was surprisingly quiet. There's a locker room where you can leave your luggage. In the bathroom they also provide scrunchies and cleansing wipes, and in the room you've got a disposable towel for each day plus a toothbrush+toothpaste set. They've got decently priced local snacks and souvenirs (eg. magnets and pins), which is great! Location-wise, it's very close to the station (around 10 yuen taxi to Guiyangbei railway station), downstairs there's a mini market, and if you walk around the block, you'll see a lot of food places (open even late at night). There are no signs showing where the hotel is so when the taxi drops you off, find a lift (outside the building) and go to the 3rd floor. I do recommend it a lot! :)"
"This is the 12th hostel I've stayed at in China, and I spent 6 days here during my Guizhou trip. It's a place with very clear pros and cons. Pros: 1. Convenient location: It's within walking distance of Qingyun Market, the Ethnic Minorities Museum is just across the street, there's a Walmart right by the subway entrance for supplies, and a really good massage place in the Broadcast and Television Compound. 2. Fair price: The rates didn't even increase during a concert period. 3. Responsive host: The host was always accommodating and quick to respond. Cons: 1. Small space: Both the 4-bed dorm room and the bathroom/shower area were very cramped. No wet/dry separation. Due to the small space, there are no lockers inside the room; they are in the main hall. 2. General hygiene: It was just okay. For example, under the mattresses, there were countless 'treasures' left by previous guests, and there were always hairs in the sink. 3. Public areas: No curfew and no smoking ban. Suggestions for the owner: 1. When guests check in, the host could briefly introduce the common area facilities, such as the laundry room and where the lockers are. 2. The hot/cold labels on the shower faucet in the women's bathroom are completely reversed. Please fix them or put up a clear sign on the wall. Also, regularly inspect and maintain all facilities. 3. Some mattresses are too thin, like lying on a board, while others are too thick, making it hard to sit up straight without hitting your head when getting in and out of bed. The mattresses vary between beds. I suggest replacing them all with a moderate thickness. 4. There are gaps around the edges of the mattresses where things can easily fall. Please check around the mattresses for any lost 'treasures' after guests check out. 5. Implement rules for public areas, such as no loud music or shouting after a certain hour."
"Twin room. The room size was perfect, and the row of sofas by the window was incredibly comfortable. The window overlooked the moat next door. The common areas were also excellent. There were long tables perfect for working on a laptop, and everyone was very quiet. The common area had a lot of cute dolls, creating a really nice atmosphere. The latte and sour plum juice at the hotel were also quite good!"
"Absolutely loved my stay here! The bed was huge and the mattress super soft. Most importantly, the hygiene was impeccable. There's a common area where the owner helps organize activities. You know that feeling when you get off the high-speed train and head straight to your hostel? That's exactly what happened, and this place immediately set a wonderful tone for my trip. There's a 'starry sky' roof at the top offering panoramic city views. It's really close to the fountain, and Min Sheng Road is just a short walk away. The location is excellent – I honestly can't find a single fault. But the best part, by far, is the owner. They are incredibly, incredibly nice! I feel so lucky to have booked such a great hostel. "It's not bad. The boss is very nice. The food they recommend is delicious. There are also many delicious foods nearby, such as mutton rice noodle and beef rice noodle, both are good. The boiled cat is also recommended. There are a few cats, and the boss said they are adopted stray cats, which is good."
Central air conditioning, 24-hour hot water, cable TV, automatic security and fire protection system and microcomputer management make you enjoy comfortable and fast personalized services.
"Having traveled through many cities, including Nanjing, Wuhan, Changsha, and Chongqing, I found the hostels in those cities to be quite good—well-organized and with a great atmosphere. Arriving in Guiyang was a bit of a letdown, as the hostels were significantly cheaper than those in the other cities at the same price point. However, overall it was still acceptable; it's not far from the subway station, making it convenient to get around."
"Good location, very good to find, there are many shops around, very convenient, but close to the roadside, not very soundproof, the sound of vehicles on the roadside can be heard, secondly, the interior of the bed in the room is very good, each bed is equipped with a plug-in board, if you can add a bed curtain and a small desk lamp, it would be better. This will not affect others. Secondly, the public area is quite large, but the lights are a bit dark. When I was downstairs, the boss was not very accurate to bake the small sun, saying that it was power consumption, because the price was cheap and I could understand it. What I didn’t understand was that I saw that there was an accommodation at 11 o’clock to go out to go online. This big brother said that he couldn’t come back after going out. She had to lock the door. Of course, this is not my business, I think it is not reasonable, because this is a hotel, not a school dormitory, and there is an access control. I used to go back to the Youth Hostel in Chengdu and drank in the middle of the night. There is another point, just to not affect other people, I read a book in the hall, about 11 o'clock, the big brother asked me when I went upstairs, this is not reasonable, the hall belongs to the public area, generally stay until a few points are free. Because I have lived in other places of youth travel, sometimes I read books in the lobby at night. No one asked to go back to the room to turn off the lights, even if there were sofa guests in the hall. Finally, there is a door on the second floor toilet that cannot be closed, and the other is very dirty. It should be that I have drunk too much and vomited and not cleaned up. Of course, these are my feelings and suggestions, and they are not bad. I hope that our youth travel in Guizhou will get better and better, and the boss's business will get better and better."
Lande Shangzhai Panorama Youth Hostel is the highest inn in the village. Sitting in the living room, you can overlook the whole village. All the rooms are on the second floor. The facilities are simple but clean and hygienic. We strive to create a guesthouse with Miao characteristics for friends from all over the world, so that you can feel the simplicity and hospitality of the Miao people and experience the fresh and quiet scenery of the Miao Village!
"We stayed at the boss's house for three days on the recommendation of a friend. The boss and his family were very nice and they had a lot of luggage, so we had to carry it all for us. The boss's house is high up in the stockade, with a 360-degree view of the whole stockade. The scenery is better and quieter than living below. In the past three days, I have tasted the boss's menu all over. I am a picky Sichuanese and I think the craftsmanship is so good. I have three meals a day at the boss's place. Even when I go down the mountain to play, my family will not eat anything from outside. Come back and eat the boss's food. Every morning I wake up to the crowing of the rooster, go for a walk in the fields, and eat a bowl of the boss’s tomato scrambled egg noodles. Both husband and wife are hard-working people. We are grateful for meeting each other and wish the business a prosperous future!"
Charming accommodation decorated in Turkish style with exceptional service! Convenient location adjacent to the Ancient City but tucked away on a quit street allowing for peaceful rest at night. Charming room in historical building but with modern amenities. The owner speaks English well and gets out of his way to help his guest. Anander, the owner, walked to taxi with me and got taxi for me since it was a busy time during National Holiday. He is very attentive providing cold water during the hot days. The owner helped contacting my next hotel and gave advice for easy transportation with following up late to make sure I got safely to the next hotel. Best service I ever had traveling in China!
Service: The proprietress was really nice; she even offered us some of her homemade bayberry drink. When it rained, she kindly helped us move our clothes under the shelter. Environment: The guesthouse is situated on the commercial street directly opposite the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. It's just a few minutes' walk to the park entrance, making the location excellent. There are also a few parking spots available right outside, which is convenient for those driving. Facilities: On the first floor, there's a small courtyard for drying clothes. The TV isn't a smart TV, and the shower runs on an electric water heater. The bathroom lacks a wet/dry separation and is very cramped. The shower head is uncomfortably close to both the toilet and the sink, and the storage shelf was broken. Overall, the bathroom is extremely basic. The sink's water pressure was far too strong; when I turned it on, water sprayed everywhere! A bathroom like this, reminiscent of a hostel's, really doesn't justify a price tag of over 300 RMB. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which gave me a headache at night. I'd recommend the owner install an air deflector. Hygiene: Hygiene was just average. I'd suggest cleaning the bathroom door and especially the water cups – even if unused, the overall impression was quite unappetizing. Finally: Finally, the room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos displayed on Ctrip. Perhaps the room shown in the pictures was given to other guests. The advertised room had enough space between the TV and bed to comfortably fit a small table with two chairs. Our room, however, was incredibly small; simply placing a suitcase between the bed and TV made it feel extremely cramped! It certainly didn't match the square footage mentioned in the description. I highly recommend separating these room types for sale from the promotional photos, as this is very misleading! The price wasn't cheap, yet the room quality was so poor...
