Hostels in Prince Edward Island, Canada

It is a place to stay temporarily, and there is no high expectation. In line with the positioning, it is OK to stay for one night.

There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.

The room was nice, and the property have a view of the river, but the outside area was a little disappointing. The back of the hotel had RVs there and that area was unkept. The font facing the river was a wood boardwalk that had chairs but there was no privacy. Again the room had a well appointed kitchen and the living area was nice. This motel would be best suited for longer stays when cooking in was important.

Great location right on the waterfront. Beds are comfortable. However, the hotel needs renovations - the furniture is badly worn, there is a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the shower tiles are dirty, the walls are scratched and dirty, and there is mold growing on the window sill. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. Could hear screaming kids, so no sound proofing. Do not plan to return again.

Great place. Had all the utensils required for cooking. Wonderful for families. Thanks for catering us even though we were late check in 😀loved that it was close to a grocery store right opposite. Would love to stay again. Also the kids had a great time playing at the playground right opposite!

Friendly staff. Room is clean. I booked the room with kitchen, it is very good for a family, simply cook food, and enjoy own quiet leisure. Will come again.

We stayed 1 night in this trip and we liked it. It was so clean. Our room seemed new/newly renovated. AC was working well. Checking in and out was so easy. Staff was nice and smiling all the way. Surely we’ll gonna stay here again if we ever come back. Highly recommended.

Great service and experience in PEI, we check in that day was Christmas, hosted gave us a chocolate for Christmas. That’s very sweet, we do have great time staying in hotel. There are fee cookies in lobby for the day. Nice place in PEI!!!

This exquisite old-school hotel has an elegant sense of the times in its floor height and corridors. I wouldn't be willing to stay here at ordinary times. The price is good in the off-season. The Halloween decorations at the door are very atmospheric. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the interior. Traveling is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the pier and the famous restaurant. Of course, Charlottetown is not big, so it’s not far to walk. Parking is also convenient, with free parking in the yard.

The hotel is on the side of the road, covering a large area, and the environment is very good. Sitting in the corridor at the entrance of the room on the 2nd floor, you can see the cars on the road and the view is good. The room is also relatively large, the bathroom and the washbasin are separated, very good, the equipment is not bad, the bed is more comfortable.
