The staff at Poetic Hue Hostel were amazing! They were there to greet me after my flight arrived two hours late, helped me book a tour of Hue, a Visa run to Lao Bao & back and a bus to Da Nang all with very little notice. The rooms were also great value for money, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I had a 2-night trip to Hue in the last days of March 2023, choosing a place for me to have a good experience for this trip is very difficult. Fortunately, I was introduced to Kha Hotel by a friend because they had a good experience here. The hotel is located in a small alley but inside the room furniture is very complete. Entering the hotel was a very welcoming receptionist and I was confirmed in great detail by the staff. The staff is always there every time I need support, I don't need to worry about the cost of vehicles because there are free bikes here. Since the hotel is located on the walking street and right in the city centre, I can go around the Hue citadel or Perfume River. The room is clean, the bed is good, the air conditioning, the heater is always turned on every time you take a shower, free wifi is very good. There are also bus tickets here, so I don't need to go far to buy them. If you don't have much cost, they will introduce you to places you can go to with cheaper fares, affordable room rates including breakfast. The breakfast was eye-catching and palatasteful, I loved coffee so I asked more, they were very generous to give me more coffee. They also care about us when it's almost raining, they have umbrellas available to lend to us. I think our trip to Hue this time is perfect to be here. A place worth recommending to all my friends if you come to Hue.

On the occasion of honey moon traveling to Da Nang - Hue, 2 vk ck I booked a room and stayed here for one night. What I am most satisfied with here is the staff (Nhi, Thao, Tai, with the sister at the front desk forgot to ask for the name) were very enthusiastic, helped and guided us attentively. The location of the hotel is very convenient for eating and playing. Early in the morning, you can walk around the Perfume River to enjoy the fresh air. In the evening, walk around Truong Tien bridge to enjoy the scenery and check in by the river with the lights, then walk the streets to feel the bustle and bustle of Hue at night. In addition, the hotel also has all the bar services, massage, car rental, especially very affordable prices. Unfortunately, we have to return. See you Hue and friends in the near future 😍😍😍

This hotel is really good value for money! Although it is not on the main street, the path to enter is very short, the floor tiles are very flat, and the environment is very clean, unlike many small Vietnamese alleys. After entering the door, the check-in was quick, the front desk was enthusiastic, neat and thoughtful! While waiting to be processed, we will provide free delicious juices and fruits, ask if you need to book a drop-off service, and deliver your luggage to your room first. After you finish eating, you will be sent to your room, and a particularly detailed and tidy map will be provided, suggesting your travel route according to your schedule, and telling all attractions the opening time. There is another fruit in the room! The room is not too big but it is enough, the decoration is very elegant and exquisite, and the sanitation level is no exaggeration to say that it is a five-star level, which is the best among so many hotels in Vietnam. The soundproofing of the room is very good. The room opposite to me is the SPA room. No noise was heard all day. Eat breakfast the next day, the locomotive is scheduled to arrive, and I will remind you on time. The breakfast is also very good. The waiter will take the initiative to ask you to choose Hue rice noodles or Western-style omelettes, as well as tea, milk or coffee. The location is also great! It’s only a 35-minute walk from the area where there are many cafes and restaurants, and the surrounding area is very delicious. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the imperial city, and the taxi is very cheap. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam! Full marks! Thank you very much for providing me with such a pleasant travel experience.

Only stayed one night at the hostel due to time but I wish I could have stayed longer! The owner is so so kind! Clean rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast served in the morning. Was able to book a scooter with them to drive the Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. They shipped my bag off to my hostel in Hoi An worry-free. I was able to drive the pass with two other guests who had easy riders. The easy riders were also very friendly and driving with them was so much fun!

It's nice that the shower room and toilet are separate, but it feels stuffy because it has no windows and is narrow. Other than that, it is decorated cutely and is worth staying in. There is no noise as it is in an alley. It was a shame there was no TV.
