The property is clean, well maintained and rooms are spacious enough. Zain, Nikki the managers and other staff are very friendly and helpful and always available for help. It’s the perfect place to be in if you are looking for something that is pocket friendly, clean, safe and provides you with an opportunity to connect with fellow travellers. Facilities: It’s a small hostel with well kept rooms and washrooms. The dorms are definitely worth the price! They also have a private room available. The common areas are nicely decorated and they have books and board games. There’s an outdoor bonfire every night which is a highlight! They have a swing at an elevation above the hostel that has beautiful views of the town! Service: 5/5 for the friendly hosts and the service. They create a very happy and cozy environment, making it easy to mingle and meet new people! Location: around 1.5-2kms from the city centre. Walkable if you’re up for it otherwise autos are available. Cons: No common pantry or kitchen area, would have been a nice addition

I chose garden manor as we didn't get a room in our usual hotel. But we weren't disappointed and the service and rooms were super clean and the location was also at a great place, nearby botanical garden. Loved the way the hotel management treated us. Awsome view from the valley view suit rooms. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff is good and helpful. Veg food was nice. Only drawback is room are very next to each other and may feel disturbance from neighbour rooms. Rest everything ok. Road to the resort is hilly, drive carefully, while taking diversion from mysuru ooty road sometimes you may get stopped saying its a one way, you have to tell them that you have a booking for resort and then you are ok to proceed. Thank you for the beautiful view experience.

Rather late post however, I could not resist writing this...this place is Awesome...extremely clean and comfortable place. Beautiful location, close to nature, lovely staff..special mention to Vijay, Mubarak and rest of their team.we were a group of 19 and they hosted us extremely patiently and with a big Smile on their faces. Given the limited resources...they really did a wonderful job and made our stay extremely memorable and pleasant. Also not miss out on Pushp Ved, the owner who is extremely helpful and kind...Kudos to the entire team and I would really recommend this place to everyone who needs a quite getaway from city life and close to Nature.. thank you Singaras Coffee Country 😇
