Enjoy Dead Sea Hotel -Formerly Daniel

My wife and I love & enjoy the Enjoy. We find the facilities perfect for us...our needs. Relaxed in the Dead Sea waters indoor pool, the jacuzzi, the cold water pool. Did laps in the nice outdoor pool, worked out in the gym with machines, free weights, treadmill. Enjoyed both the mountain & dead sea view. Everyone was patient, helpful service with a smile. Had great massages was a restful & romantic visit.

The environment and location of the hotel are very good, but the service is really bad! We arrived at the hotel around 1 pm, more than three o'clock to stay, queued for nearly two hours. The front desk service was poor. The Dead Sea floated at 5:30, and it was closed. It was equivalent to staying in the night, and it would also send flyers to the room. Let us check out at 11 o'clock. It was really uncomfortable. There are other hotels nearby, it is estimated that it is so cattle because of its location.

Just before we arrived we were given the option to bid on an upgrade in our room which I’m so pleased we did! We were around the back opposite the sea a stone throw away from beach with our own wee plunge pool. Definitely worth paying extra! Breakfast was lovely too We only had one complaint when a huge group of people arrived for a party, noise level went up and our car was trapped in car park. Manager said he would do something to make up for noise and inconvenience but didn’t We had booked a massage in the spa which wasn’t v relaxing as all I could here was the music from the party around the pool

Everything is very good, the only downside is that there is a problem with the hotel’s room card, and the door will not open the next day; in addition, the air conditioning noise on the ceiling of the room is relatively large.

Breakfast is not suitable for Chinese taste, but you can experience the Dead Sea style and local food in Israel. There are many types of buffets. I am not very suitable as a northerner. Hehe

Hotel facilities are good, belonging to the general star hotel, there is a pack of dead sea mud in the room, there is no private beach but close to the beach, walking about ** sea public beach about 5 to 10 minutes, parking at the hotel entrance But not much, stop at the open space outside the hotel, including breakfast and dinner, satisfactory food quality
