Kudos and Thankful to Ms Chez, Front desk staff, luckily she is pinay and we never had a hard time communicating. She was very helpful and kind to us and she even provided us coins/change to use for the bus going to HZM. Overall great stay. The place was great. Decent and affordable hotel room for a stay in Macau. The room was clean and maintained. They provide toiletries and water at the front desk. Air-condition room with kettle, dryer and heater available. Double bed room, with cabinet and working table. Would recommend this hotel for your stay since it is Near senado square, a 6 minute walk from the hotel. 8 min walk going to Ruins of St. Paul and 10 min walk going to grand lisboa hotel where you can ride free shuttle buses going to other casinos and mall especially in studio city, parisian, venecian, and londoner. It may seem far from Casinos, but it is within few minutes of ride. it is on mid hill, having great view, day and night, down the lakes, casinos, bridges. Up the hill is an ancient church, now a nunery. It has gyms. Taxi drivers say the breakfast here is great, better than anywhere in town. Staff, especially Nina at front desk, are competent, decisive but yet soft and gentle. Around the hotel, there is a pathway, by the harbor and water utility board, down to the Magi temple.

Very nice hotel. Loved the bedding and the pillows. They were so comfy. Didnt use the pool but the gym was fantastic and allowed us to get a good workout in at night. Amenities are very clean and the spa on the 3rd floor was very relaxing and affordable and open 24 hours. The concierge David was very helpful as his advice helped us cross the border into China and reach our train on time. Without his help we surely would have missed our train and had to rebook. I did not love this city but I did love this hotel. Highly reccomend this hotel if you want to stay in the Cultural side of Macau. There is a casino on site but we did not use it.

Locatin in ”old town”. Close to all the classic tourist spot along with some older casino. A bit far away from new casino (Venetian, Londoner, etc), BUT easily reachable by bus. Average cost of taxi from HZMB Macau Port to Rio Hotel : 90 MOP

Nice family hotel, close to Fisherman’s warf and 25-30 mins walk to old Macao. The pool area is nice , the pool is deep and there a hot jacuzzi outside and inside. Breakfast is quite good for the European taste, not a very big choice though. Not sure if there’s a shuttle to the boarder , we used Sands shuttle bus that it’s 2 mins walk. In general I liked everything considering the price and quality

Very nice hotel, location maybe no thet best but convenient to explore Macau. The room is generally clean and has a very good design, the king size bed is also very comfortable. The water pressure is very stable and easy to adjust, their lobby is also very beautiful. The lady who checked in us was very kind upgraded our room to the seaview room, overall we are very satisfied. We would come back to stay again in the future

I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again

It’s my first time at this hotel and i think it’s very value for money booking here. The casino shuttle buses are very convenient and service was splendid right from the start. The doorman were all very stylish and professional in their job. Special mention to Haidee the very friendly and warm lady at our check in. As we are travelling with 2 young children she made extra effort to arrange for toiletries for kids age specific and was very professional and quick with her check in procedure. I thought it was very rare to have hotels with that thoughtful gesture. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Very spacious and happy to have the bathtub and a sofa and a small dining table. Minibar selection was very thoughtful too especially the instant noodles. Because of the sample biscuits, we decided to buy more as souvenirs. The hotel has a good indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice setting as well. The gym was good too my husband went to use it it was 24 hrs. The hotel was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was also convenient to get to Macau central by hopping on the public bus 26A just outside the hotel. There’s a good range of food choices from food court to mid and high range restaurants. There’s shopping for everyone and kids arcade to entertain the kids. Just moments before we check out thankfully the Golden reel was opened just in time. We had a pleasant surprise. We managed to catch an impromptu performance by the performers rendition of Michael Jackson. All in all you can just spend the whole day at the hotel without stepping out. My stay was nice and only would like to talk about the service of le buffet staff, I was walked in to the restaurant and order one of the ordered to cook lobster, the staff told me it’ll take about 20-30 minutes but until I finished my breakfast my order didn’t serve, which was around 1 hour plus. And I have tried to approach the same staff and told me ordered has placed and never served to my table. At last I gave up.
