Kathryn is such a wonderful host as I feel like at home. She’s warm n helpful from calling reliable taxis to recommending her favorite eating place…she even prepared a ‘sumptuous’ breakfast for us to catch our early morning train. I’m sure I’ll be back again when I visit Anchorage.

The Cabin we stayed in was very nice. Angie was so sweet and made sure that we had everything we needed. We loved the community bonfire and the friendliness of everyone! We can’t wait to come back and hopefully bring more family with next time! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The shuttle time is extremely tasteless for outdoor free travel tourists: If you are a free traveler without self-driving, don't choose here. Denali in early July is in extreme daytime (the sun sets at 23:30 in the evening, sunrise at 2:30 in the morning), and the park's official shuttle is running from 4:30 to 22:30. However, the hotel's shuttle bus is first at 6:00 and last only until 19:30. This limited schedule makes it impossible for tourists to watch wildlife or hike in the best time of the morning or late night. There is no room for service: The hotel mainly receives tour groups of princess cruises (Prince Cruise). The front desk attitude is very rigid, even if I want to check in 1-2 hours in advance, I will not be accommodating at all.
