This homestay is located at Aoyong Beach. The location is very good, and the room terrace can watch the sunrise. Under the terrace is a beautiful swimming pool. The room is very dry and fragrant. The staff will come to greet you warmly, and thoughtfully prepare a refrigerator of drinks, a table of snacks and fruits. Various flavors of coffee and tea. Kettles, children's slippers, disposable toiletries, washing machines, clothes drying racks, everything is available, and the important thing is that the paper products are made in China. The homestay is a few steps down the stairs to the beach. The homestay is on a street, and supermarkets, Thai restaurants, massages, and braid shops are very convenient. Any restaurant will not step on thunder, and the more difficult the menu is, the more authentic and cheaper it is. [Snicker][Snicker] Choosing here is definitely not just because the boss is handsome! ! It's really worth it! ! If you have the opportunity, you must come and stay quietly for more than a week. It is an excellent place for healing and freedom.

Needed a place handy to the airport. Picked this one as it was a bungalow style room with balcony. Facilities are basic but you have everything you need. Easy walking distance from airport, in a quiet area but still near to shops, restaurants and bars. Great hosts with a very easy checkin/checkout system. They were excellent and very attentive, there to answer questions as they arose. They also helped with onward transport arrangements, making it a very pleasant stay indeed, no worries or hassle. I definitely would stay again and recommend them.

Previously we were in this hotel it was called Baan Chaylay in 2023, now the owner has changed and it has become much better. The price per day is 6,000 rubles. We were in February. The pool is cleaned daily, the cleaning is excellent, towels are changed daily, bed linen every 5 days. The water is always hot, 2 bottles of drinking water, motorbike rental from 300 baht per day (deposit 5000 baht), private parking. The air conditioner worked perfectly, TV, kettle, hair dryer, safe - all this is standard. There is not enough closed closet and hangers. The hotel is quiet, if at night and they swim in the pool, then you can not hear. We were in the building with the pool, all the windows to the pool, there are balconies, clothes dryers before that in the family (building in 3 floors) Differences extra sofa, larger refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes (kitchen in general). Self-service laundry 50 baht for 1 wash (accommodates 15 kilograms, accepts old 10 baht coins). Beach towels at the reception, took in the morning, signed and returned in the evening. It's no more than 5 minutes walk to the central street, 10 minutes to the sea. While you're walking, you can eat in Russian cafes. There is NO food in this hotel!!! We didn't need it, because there is food everywhere here). Basically, you come to the hotel to wash and sleep.. Quiet and calm ☺️ This year, after the change of ownership, we liked it more!

For the price, the room was great. It is 10-15 min walking to the beach. There is a 7/11, restaurants, a sport pub, billard pub and massage next to it. 10-15 min walking to the night market even if no really safe as along the big road to go there. The bed is confortable. Curtain let the light go inside… had lot of ants inside. Even found a huge cockroad in the room when was in he last floor! The furniture and wall are used but was not an issue for me. Good hot shower even if then you can’t go to toilets as the floor will all wet. There a construction site just next to it so it is noisy during the shake, sometime the flat was checking strange but truth. Also you can hear the road really noisy during the day but night time it is ok except if noisy motobike. They kept my bag at reception on the last day so was nice, it is 10-15 min walking from the bus stop to go to airport but be ready to spend 1h30 in the bus and no 50 min like they said but 2€50 bus compare to 20€ taxi. The beach is nice with sunbed but I think surin beach next to it is better. I enjoyed the flat as was big and lot of facilities but nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat just a sink, had a kettle and a fridge and a hairdryer but was just too noisy for me :( the wall are like paper as could hear my neighbor coughing and tv all day. Still would recommand it for a short stay and low budget. Receptionist were nice, they offer services but didn’t use them.

The entrance and exit of the accommodation are difficult to understand. It was difficult to find a place in Grab, but we are very beautiful and quiet. It has a calm appearance and the owner is very kind and friendly. I loved this house and decided to extend it. Two cute cats. They will lend you a motorcycle for free. Thank you. First time in Phuket. There were various things, but thanks to this house and the warm smiles of JJ and Mom, it was a wonderful stay in Phuket. The entrance to the accommodation is hard to find. Very good accommodation, convenient, clean, close to the airport. Very private. Booked a 3-bedroom type for 6 people.

Once the cleanliness of the rooms has changed, the location has changed, the services have changed, the facilities have changed, and all the above items have been changed, you may not come back to stay here again next time.
