Amazing central location next to all adult entertainment industry. Good for backpackers I think couples also but not families, a lot of single guys inside. Literally in front of the beach, great views. Staff is friendly and professional. I really liked capsules, enough space, might be a bit cold only sometimes due to central air conditioning but blanket does the job.

I really enjoyed staying here, peaceful place, close to everything.. Great helpful staff and as for my first time in dorm I slept very well. Bed is big and confortable. Privacy is OK with light occulting curtains, you have a private lamp and plug for your phone. Wifi is excellent. I enjoyed using the common kitchen to prepare my own meal. Homemade great lemon juice for 20 bath and free mineral water . Comfortable lobby where you can relax read (lots of guides..) or work on computer. I recommend, will come back for sure.

This is my second stay here, it's an inexpensive place but a comfortable, well equipped room with AC, flatscreen tv, fridge, water cooker...good wifi too...the relaxing pool (with jacuzzi!) is a nice bonus in this price range...friendly staff

For this price, overall it can be given a perfect rating. The room is spacious, well-lit, and hygienic. The air-conditioning is hot and cold. There is a balcony where you can sit and watch the scenery, eat and chat. It is a large balcony and not a small balcony where you have to turn off the air conditioner to sit. There is nothing to be picky about. The room at the beginning had the smell of water pipes. I asked them to change rooms and they changed them immediately. After changing, it was fine. Try to choose a pool view room so that it will not be affected by the music in the nearby nightclub, although the impact is not big. At least it won't hinder my sleep. One thing to note, the transportation is not convenient. It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from T21 and about 10 minutes' walk from the convenience store. However, there are 3-4 vending machines on the first floor, which is good for emergency use.

The service staff is good. The room we booked is a standard twin room. The room is in another zone and is at the back, not in the zone in the picture. But the staff told us that we can use all the facilities. The room we booked is spacious and clean. We came to stay and then go sightseeing, so it was okay.

If you like the excitement, it is very suitable for you to sit on the terrace and watch the life on the bar street. The noise is not acceptable to everyone. You get what you pay for, but it is very convenient. Convenience stores and restaurants are also very close! The staff explains clearly and is friendly! Use the independent staircase to go up to the room, no need to go through the bar door! Use the door key to open the door!

The hotel is below average. They don't provide any amenities, staff doesn't care to know even little English, so they hardly understand you and seems to be rude. They are very strict about check-out and threaten to charge extra 100 Bhat for even a 1 min delay. Rooms are also very basic like 1 star, bathroom is even poorer than the room, there is no proper shower also. Beds and cupboards are old. I used the hotel just to sleep for few hours after whole night party. It's only the location, what you are paying for because it is close to beach, walking distance to some street food markets on road 2, night bazar and Indira market of Pattaya. You can easily get a tuk tuk from the end of the lane to go to walking street or a bolt taxi/bike to visit any attractions.

The thing I love most about this little hotel is the reception hall. A costant breeze from the sea, always make sure the room is fresh, cozy and welcoming. The rooms are a little austere, but I was looking for something simple, so it was welcomed. Towels, paper towels and even a rug towel for when you get out of shower are included, so it’s nice. On the downside I must note that my room on the base floor, was suffering from a very unpleasant sewer smell when turning on the bathroom light, which also activates the air fan, which I suspect is the culprit for sucking the bad small from the bathroom’s holes (shower and sink I noticed it’s where the smell comes from). The air conditioning filter also felt a bit old and lumpy, filling the room with a not so pleasant moisty smelling. The materass was on the hard side, the pillow on the shallow one, but I had a good sleep after all. During my stay the pool was closed due to pandemic rules they told me. 300 bath for key deposit were asked at my check-in. Staff is nice and welcoming, attentive to the guest needs. All in all a fair experience for the price.

Overall the host was respectful even I woke up late and she gave me extra time to check out thank you very much. Also you have to know this hotel there’s no reception you have to contact the host but no worries the host is quick responding.

Room 35 kV m , well if with the balcony it is possible there are so many squares. 3. Bed, towel clean, but the room itself is shaved. The shower is super uncomfortable, the leaks are straight cutting the body. There were fluids on the door in the shower. The toilet was a scent of moisture unpleasant 4. Of the pluses: location, pool on the territory 5. I wouldn't stop there three times

This is probably the 4th time I've stayed in this funky guesthouse. Unfortunately this time I was in the midst of coronavirus spreading across Pattaya. For nightlife this location would be hard to beat, however I have noticed they have not updated any utilities or any fixtures and fittings. I always stay in the superior suite, front side and the back side suite, which is a lot quieter. I noticed how hard the bed was, literally no cushion inside bed. Also the sofa has had better days, it was so hard after 10 minutes your bottom goes numb. Apart from the comfort issues of the furniture and bedding, the guesthouse function was satisfactory. If they could provide comfortable bedding and change the sofa, it would still a top-notch stay for night lovers

The room is clean and cute. There are both small and large rooms. I just booked a large room. There is a large TV. There is a hot water kettle, coffee, water. The furniture is complete. The staff is good and takes good care of you. As for food, don't worry. You can order and the order will be served to your room. Everything is convenient. You can relax like you are at home. Next time, I will definitely use the service again. It is safe. I recommend it (because this trip I traveled alone).

We have stay at the sister hotel to this one named Samanta by the Sea and knew it would be nice as well. Everything is new and very clean, lady at front desk is so kind and helpful. The breakfast is top tier 👌 Location is about 4 minutes to the pier via motorbike, it right in the middle of the island so getting to all the beaches is relatively easy. For the price it was 100% worth it and can't wait to go back to stay.

The room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.

This is a hotel worth staying in again!!! The hotel provides free pick-up from Na Ban Pier. The hotel staff is very nice and helps with the luggage. When we go out to buy things, the hotel also takes us there for free. The service is very thoughtful. 👍 Breakfast will be delivered to the room, and the breakfast is different every day. The sea is outside the window, and you can see the sunrise in the morning. The front desk lady helped me a lot, even though we are no longer staying in this hotel.

I came here with my sis. The location is excellent. Very closed to the beach We rented a scooter in the pier Then rided the scooter to the hotel directly. They also offer Pick up and drop off service. This hotel is behind a restaurant , not easy to find it by ourselves. The room is simply . Easy go to beach directly. And the beach is amazing. Excellent value for money.

A wonderful place where absolutely everything is pleasant! In fact, one of the best places I have stayed. Thought out to the smallest detail, the owner of the establishment clearly has excellent taste. I am absolutely delighted with the compliment in the form of bath salts, the beautiful presentation of breakfast (glasses with juice are love). Thank you! It was great.

This hotel is very beautiful, I very like the design of the room, it has a lot of beautiful details. The room was clean and smelled nice. The hotel provides you a free scooter for riding along the island. It is very comfortable! Also I wanted to acknowledge the work of staff, everyone was very kind and helped with everything. The only thing I didn’t like that there was no door to bathroom zone. It would be better if there was a door 🙌🏻.

The hotel is in a good location. It is only a few minutes' walk from the light rail, which is very convenient for travel. The supermarket opposite and the roadside snack stalls are very convenient. The hotel is economical and suitable for people who do not have high requirements for the environment. Because the hotel is on the roadside, the motorcycles will be a little noisy in the morning and evening, and the air conditioning seems to be average.

Stayed here for 1 night at 1,325 baht. (including breakfast for 2) We booked a sea view room ... as in the picture. Check in at 11:00 a.m., left our bags first and rented a car with the accommodation for 250 baht to go out first. The accommodation said that we could check in at 12:30 p.m. because we came during a time when there were not many customers. ** The accommodation staff and the auntie (who should be the owner) were very lovely, spoke very nicely, a million times. We like this. 🎀 During the day, we drove to find delicious food to eat at the places that we had been to and thought were very delicious (I'll review it later) and came back in the afternoon, took a shower and lay down. But ... we really fell asleep, lol. When we woke up, the sun had already set. 🎀 After taking a nap, we woke up in the evening and went out to eat. And came back to sleep and listen to the sound of the waves all night. So awesome. 🫶🏻🫶🏻✅P.S. This is a review from someone who stayed here for the first time and will definitely go again. The bed is just right, not hard. The air conditioner is very cold. The water in the bathroom has good pressure. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. Cons: The room may not be very soundproof. 😁 That's all. But we accept this. There are no problems.

We stayed here for 11 days, during this time the room was cleaned twice, when the water/toilet paper/coffee ran out we had to beg the owner. The hotel is 2.5 km from Monkey Beach, 700 meters from Bali Hai Pier, there are many cafes/shops nearby. You can ask the owner for a bike (300) and a taxi (100). At night the music from the cafes is blaring, everything would be fine, but the singers are tone-deaf. It's nice to sit outside, but there are a lot of flies, ants and mosquitoes. This was a perfect budget hotel. Very clean, and the included breakfast was good. Free coffee all day as well! It was easy to take a Songthaew to any beach on the island, and there were plenty of good dining options in walking distance of the hotel, although they were not open very late, as most people go to Koh Larn as a day trip from Pattaya. I definitely recommend this hotel, you can't beat it for the price!
