Sichang My Home

Simply put, this place is amazing! First and foremost the owner is warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The small 4-bungalow resort in nestled between residential homes near enough to Koh Sichang's main area to walk anywhere, but far enough for peace and quiet. The resort is quaint, incredibly well maintained, and treed. You will wake to the sound of birds every morning. The bungalows are pleasantly decorated, very clean, comfortable, and contain everything you need (a fridge with bottles of water, plenty of coffee packets, maps of the island, a list of recommended restaurants, hair dryer, fan and air conditioning). The owner has well maintained motorcycles for rent at 250 baht per day (necessary to explore this small, relatively tourist-free island). The beds are comfortable, and the wifi is fast and reliable. I cannot say enough good things about this place, and its kind, gentle, and helpful owners. They will even pick you up at the dock when you arrive if you wish them to. I surely go again soon.

The location is in a very noisy area. The pub over the road blares horrific loud music from a very poor band until 3AM. It is impossible to sleep. This pub over the road ruined my experience. The hotel has no elevator. The food is not bad but is quite expensive. There are better, cheaper options nearby. Rooms are pretty standard for a 1970s feel. The AC takes a while before it starts working and then it drips all over the floor. For the price it's not bad I guess. Personally I would rather pay a bit more and have a better holiday. That pub over the road...... With the blue roof..... Killing this hotel for sure.

Pattaya Beach Road
Amazing central location next to all adult entertainment industry. Good for backpackers I think couples also but not families, a lot of single guys inside. Literally in front of the beach, great views. Staff is friendly and professional. I really liked capsules, enough space, might be a bit cold only sometimes due to central air conditioning but blanket does the job.

The place is perfect for family, two bedrooms (one double bed and one twin bed) with three bathrooms and a very comfy living room. The kitchen is fully prep with everything you need, plenty of dishes, glasses, knives, spoon, pan, pot, microwave, oven, fridge. Even a first aid kit is prepared. I really love the carpet in the bedroom- super comfortable. The bedroom keycard didn’t work during my stay but the owner allowed us to use the key code instead. Light remote control was a bit confusing at first but turned out to be no problem.

Very good, clean, good service, excellent assistance. The accommodation does not have a motorbike, but you can contact them to find one for you. If the accommodation also has a motorbike, it would be very good. HNY 2025

North Pattaya
We stayed for a month, the price is quite consistent with these apartments. The condition in general is not as fresh as in the photos, but quite decent. Keep in mind that upon check-in they will ask for a $150 deposit, not specified in the ad. Also, the owner does not speak any language except Chinese, it is very difficult to negotiate even through an interpreter, but he is a friendly and welcoming person. The location of the apartments may seem remote to many - it takes an hour and a half to get to the pier, half an hour to the nearest shopping center Terminal 21. Taxi is inexpensive, or walk. Tuktuks do not go here. In terms of amenities, it is excellent - there is a swimming pool with good free sun loungers and a magnificent view of the city, there is free parking for a car, there is a gym with a minimal set of exercise machines (very minimal)) across the road 7-11 and a food market, at the reception there is bottled drinking water. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the northern bus station, where buses go to the airport in an hour and a half in Bangkok. In general, these devices will probably not be very convenient if you came to Pattaya for the beach (which is already strange). But they are a good and convenient option as a base for traveling around Thailand and neighboring countries.

The room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist (Alisa) was super friendly and well-spoken English. The service was superb. My room was on the fourth floor, the way to my room is smelly even though they clean. I think the floor was not dry enough. It is acceptable room quality with price. Recommend to focus on cleanliness and amenities. The fire resistant container was spoiled and shower was not convenient to use. Anyway worth to stay if you are searching for budget room and good location.
