🧭Location: First of all, I need to inform you again: Pattaya currently does not have a train station for passenger transport! There is only Pattaya North Bus Station, which is the so-called Central Bus Station! It is about 1.5 kilometers away from the North Bus Station, on the left side of Pattaya Skyway. 🍃Environment: To be honest, the surrounding environment is really average compared to Beach Road, and there is not a lot of food as the previous customers said. In fact, there is a restaurant on the right side of the door that only serves supper; the nearest food concentration place is also about 7/800 meters away from Litla Pedestrian Street. The best way to go to Beach Road or come back at night is to call Garb, which is a bit expensive, and it costs about 200B each time. 🔧Facilities: For this price, the room is satisfactory! It is old but well maintained. 💁Service: The hotel must check in at 14:00, and it is not okay to arrive early! There is no need to provide any service for the service, nothing to say. 🧹Hygiene: The room and bed are OK, but the toilet needs to be complained! The biggest problem in Southeast Asia is the cleaning and disinfection of the toilet/bathroom! As shown in the picture, what is that lump on the toilet? Based on the price, flush it yourself and disinfect the toilet thoroughly with the disinfectant powder you carry with you, so you can use it with confidence! Overall, the price-performance ratio is acceptable, but it is really inconvenient to travel.

Stayed on October 12-13. Impressed with everything. Clean. See the sea view in the morning. We went with 1 friend. The biggest room. Better than expected. The owner is Chinese. Lovely. Always take care of us. Delicious breakfast. Really impressed. Anyone who comes to Koh Larn, this accommodation is another interesting choice on Koh Larn. Awesome view and clean room also everything around you Restaurant, supermarket, shopping, malls.. But the only two problems I had there’s only one bathroom and the TV isn’t smart. Overall the host was respectful even I woke up late and she gave me extra time to check out thank you very much. Also you have to know this hotel there’s no reception you have to contact the host but no worries the host is quick responding.

This is my second stay here, it's an inexpensive place but a comfortable, well equipped room with AC, flatscreen tv, fridge, water cooker...good wifi too...the relaxing pool (with jacuzzi!) is a nice bonus in this price range...friendly staff

The room can hear outside noise quite loudly. But it's okay. I can accept it. The employees are smiling, cute, and very friendly. The price is reasonable.

The service staff is good. The room we booked is a standard twin room. The room is in another zone and is at the back, not in the zone in the picture. But the staff told us that we can use all the facilities. The room we booked is spacious and clean. We came to stay and then go sightseeing, so it was okay.

The room is very large, with a direct view of the sea and a balcony. The customer service is also good. Because we arrived very early, they arranged to help us keep our luggage and assist with check-in. It was a very good experience. Attached are photos of the sea view in the morning and evening

I really enjoyed staying here, peaceful place, close to everything.. Great helpful staff and as for my first time in dorm I slept very well. Bed is big and confortable. Privacy is OK with light occulting curtains, you have a private lamp and plug for your phone. Wifi is excellent. I enjoyed using the common kitchen to prepare my own meal. Homemade great lemon juice for 20 bath and free mineral water . Comfortable lobby where you can relax read (lots of guides..) or work on computer. I recommend, will come back for sure.

Very good, brand new toilet, new air conditioner, fast WiFi, nice environment, very quiet, about 800 meters from the beach, there are several 711 nearby, very convenient, the children had a lot of fun! The only drawback is that there are no toiletries

Rest Hotel There is an option to use a transfer from the pier to the hotel. (They can give tourists a ride in an electric car upon call). 👍 Upon arrival, the hotel greets guests with pleasant music and a landscaped area😄👍, but the lack of Wi-Fi at the reception 😳 (it is only available in the room. And if guests wait about an hour to check in...🤔). There is no check-in before 14.00. Check out strictly until 12.00 😔 Breakfast from 8 to 10.00 The nearest beach with monkeys (monkey beach) is about 2 km. They don't go here and there. We got a ride on a motorbike from a cafe next to the hotel for 40 baht. Beach towels are not provided. Overall the place is nice. Nearby there are inexpensive eateries (fried rice with shrimp for 60) and quite decent coffee shops (a piece of cake for 190). At night, the nightlife is vibrant by local standards. (About 5 clubs with live music nearby. But you can hardly hear them.) The color of the room's wall decoration is not for everyone, but the room itself is spacious. Hairdryer, instantaneous hot water boiler, TV and refrigerator work fine. Breakfast is good. Overall I liked the hotel.👍

The TJ Guest is located about 200 m from the beach on a quiet side street. It is very clean and the furnishings and the shower area are very well maintained. It is friendly furnished and the equipment is complete. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this guest house.

The room was good. I really liked the bathroom. Very spacious. The bed was wide and comfortable to sleep in. Very well looked after. I saw that we went swimming. He brought a bag and hung it in front of the room door. It's like knowing that we have to wear wet clothes. My boyfriend likes it very much and has a TV. Open YouTube to listen to music. Above the room you can go up and admire the view. Near Tawaen Beach, Sangwan Beach, you won't be disappointed. The admin responds to chat quickly and is easy to contact. Good service 10/10. The towels are soft and not heavy and comfortable on the skin. There is a dressing mirror provided. I really like it. 🥰 We booked with breakfast. Chicken porridge is very delicious. There is also fruit. Bread with jam is also very delicious. Next time I will go to stay again.

The room is nice (very suitable for taking photos) and there is a beach behind (although it is a bit dirty, but you can go to the beach at night when the tide goes out). But there are only three rooms, I don't know about the other two. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in didn't work, it was very hot, and the house was not soundproof. If it rained, it would be a disaster. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room at night, and there was no mosquito coil. I was bitten more than a dozen times in one night, and the room was hot. I didn't sleep all night, but the boss was very good. I hope everyone will be careful when staying here, it really affects the travel experience. It is recommended to take a day trip to Larn Island and stay in Pattaya at night. After all, the price is not cheap.

The room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.

This was a perfect budget hotel. Very clean, and the included breakfast was good. Free coffee all day as well! It was easy to take a Songthaew to any beach on the island, and there were plenty of good dining options in walking distance of the hotel, although they were not open very late, as most people go to Koh Larn as a day trip from Pattaya. I definitely recommend this hotel, you can't beat it for the price!

I didn't know, but I rented 3 motorcycles and came here, and it was a place where only those who made a reservation for accommodation could use the motorcycles for free~ I also didn't know, but it was a place where they also provided a pick-up service to the dock! The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the owner was kind and I had a great rest in this pretty accommodation~!^^

The room in reality did not match what is in the photo in the description, especially the bathroom, it was completely different (worse), + there was an unpleasant smell. The hostess of the hotel was absent, we were settled by a girl who speaks only Cambodian, with difficulty it turned out through an interpreter that she didn’t know anything and was generally “just a neighbor”, the hostess of the hotel never appeared all the time and we were unable to find out why the room differs from the description on the booking site or change it. Strange hotel, disappointing, for the money you can find better options on the island.

It was a neat and clean resort. It was the best. The breakfast was delicious and the motorbike rental was free, so it was great.
