The location is good. There is a supermarket and a fast food restaurant. The contact area is a bit dark and the appearance is a bit old. It is easy to wonder if you have booked the wrong place😁. The room is not big but clean. There are some small restaurants downstairs of the hotel.

Beautifully decorated home with detailed finishing touches - the photos don’t do the place justice! We got a room in front of the garden - it was great to wake up with a coffee, vinyl playing and people watch a little. The home is in a convenient and clean location - Inés was amazing and helpful every step of the way while we communicated via WhatsApp. The home has all you need to feel like a true home away from home - every detail is thought of. Could not recommend this place enough! We were so relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Super pleasant stay, in a central place but very quiet. The clean and very large room. I had everything I said in the description. Impolite bathroom. Entry system with very good code and video surveillance. I had to walk to another hotel to pay the taxes but I was just 10 minutes walking.

The location is invincible. It’s close to everywhere. The rooms are remodeled in the old house. I don’t like it very much, but the sanitation of the rooms is okay. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. I will definitely say hello when I see them, and I will explain to you if you ask some questions. Clearly, breakfast is not bad, generally simple breakfast in Europe is worth the price.

the location is nice, the staffs are too! One of the lady came to help us even her legs is hurted, we really appreciate that. But the lady in the morning doesnt speak English which caused chaos, but we solved it by google translate. Nice room with low budget ;)

O alojamento é muito bom, acolhedor, funcional e extremamente bem situado! O facto de utilizar check in e check out apenas com códigos é bastante cómodo e rápido. A salinha a entrada com máquina de bebidas e comidas também é muito bom... é um conceito diferente, prático e funcional de alojamento! Adorámos! Iremos voltar ❤️👏

Прекрасная, атмосферная гостиница. По факту это дом, в котором несколько комнат и большая общая зона. Все очень по-домашнему, уютно, весь персонал очень заботливый и внимательный. Действительно превосходят ожидания гостей. Очень рекомендую данный отель.

This is a family-managed hotel in an excellent location. The father and son have a very good service attitude and feel at home. The restaurant next door to the hotel is a retro-style specialty restaurant. There are fado and jazz piano performances in the afternoon and evening. The service is warm, the price is not expensive, and the taste is excellent! We must come every night! A hundred meters walk is the famous Harry Potter bookstore, and other attractions are not far away. It is a great travel accommodation experience!

Our room had a slight smell to it but nothing an open window couldn’t fix. Being on the floor at the entry to the hotel it was quite loud with the comings and goings of other guests. I would advise to request a room upstairs. The distance into Porto city centre was a bit of a trek but ok if you don’t mind walking up hill and stairs. Great to explore though. The staff were very accommodating and especially quick with response to any queries we raised.

The breakfast is rich, exquisite, and nutritious, and there are bus stops when you go out. But there were mosquitoes in the hotel, it was very collapsed, I was bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, several packs, no mosquito coils and mosquito repellent.

This is a relatively small hotel, the service is in place, the front desk is warm, the breakfast is arranged warmly, and the room is a bit small. All in all, the hotel's software makes up for the lack of hardware. The overall feeling is good.

The hotel is good, the location is obvious, there are many parking places, and the service is also very good. I am very satisfied 👍

Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

在波爾圖入住的米拉加伊亞別墅，我們認為其實是一個沒有前台服務的民宿酒店，需要密碼開鎖才能進入酒店大門和房間，但是在攜程平台上訂房，衹收到一個常規的入住確認單（號），根本無法進入酒店，打電話也是機器人在回答並且是葡萄牙語，沒有英語。還好我的朋友懂西班牙語和葡萄牙語，在大門處找到酒店的聯繫電話，幫助我們搞到了酒店大門和入住房間密碼，才通知輸入密碼進入酒店和房間休息。第二天上午退房時我們才見到打掃衞生的工作人員，她一句英語都不會，我們比手劃腳的溝通，才請她幫收了我們應該交的税（4歐元）轉老闆。 我們入住後也打電話給攜程進行了交流和探討，他們表示了歉意，並且表示給了我們一個滿意的處理。 如果你第一次去波爾圖，並且不會講葡萄牙話和葡萄牙語。一定要在訂房時與平台溝通好，收到入住密碼後才能順利入住！
