"An excellent spot for a peaceful seaside getaway in Pržno. The building is new, the apartments are modern and perfectly clean, with a full kitchen, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. The location is superb: a two-minute walk to the beach, with a bakery and two small shops nearby. Pržno itself is quiet, without noisy places, yet Budva and Sveti Stefan are very close. Special thanks to the hostess, Marijana – warm, responsive, and ready to help with everything: from arranging an apartment with a terrace and sea view for part of our trip to connecting us with a reliable local driver. Such attentiveness truly makes a difference. We spent eleven nights here and would gladly return."

Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. "In the tourist city of Budva, the hotel's consumption level is still quite high, and friends with limited budgets can choose this one. The proprietress is very kind and talkative, but the fly in the ointment is that they don't speak English, but it doesn't affect their hospitality. The room is large, well equipped, and kitchen utensils. Budva is very hot, but the air conditioning is very powerful. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the city center and about 10 minutes from the bus stop. There are various small restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops along the way, full of life and very convenient. This hotel is a great choice for friends who are on a limited budget but want to experience local life better. By the way, I highly recommend a fish house at the street corner of the hotel. Their grilled fish is very fresh, cost-effective and delicious. Many locals have packed it home!"

"A gorgeous, spacious studio with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the mountains. I think the windows are about three meters high, so the view is amazing and there's lots of light. ☀️ It's very clean, newly renovated, and support is always available. The apartment is located near the sea, not far from the Old Town, and all amenities are close by since it's in a shopping center. There's a busy road in front of the balcony, but the double-glazed windows block out the noise when closed. There's coffee, tea, and sugar; I would have added a few larger mugs because there were only two small ones."

"Thank you! The room had everything I needed, and the location was convenient. Someone in the reviews mentioned it was a 10-minute walk to the beach, but I timed it myself and it only took me 5 minutes. You can find a market and cafes relatively close by (5-10 minutes). There were no issues with check-in or check-out. The only problem for me was mosquitoes; you definitely need to bring spray and an anti-mosquito device, but you can also buy them at a store. The location is beautiful, and I had a great vacation."

"Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! Down the fruit shop, a lot of shops, convenient transportation interchange, all nearby! I highly recommend these apartments, come back here !"

The room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. There's a fridge on the balcony. The closest beach is a 20-minute walk away, and there are shops and bakeries nearby. The host arranged transfers to and from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here!"
