"This is a gem of a place. The views from the balcony were always so pleasant and sunsets worth a million bucks. A walk down to the beach front and a plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Przno is a more quiet neighborhood in Budva. Sveti Stefan is a 2 min walk from here. The apartment is super clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. Marijana, the host is awesome and knows what true hospitality really means. Thank you so much Marijana!!! Definitely see you again!"

I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. "The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was amazingly comfortable, clean, and well-thought-out. Everything felt fresh with new renovations, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, and a well-designed lighting system. The shower was clean, spacious, and convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a super comfy bed that ensured we got a great night's sleep. There's a beautiful mountain view, plenty of shops nearby, and both the sea and Old Town are just a 5-minute walk away. Check-in was smooth, and they were always in touch with us. If we ever return to Budva, we'll definitely stay here again."

"Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız."

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future."

"Very cozy rooms, excellent hostess, everything you need is in the room, and the refrigerator, and the stove, in the bathroom there is both shampoo, and shower gel, and soap. The air conditioner works perfectly. The only minus is very difficult to find from the street, came at the address and didn't know where to go. There is a grocery store nearby (on the way to the beach on the right) there is a restaurant with affordable prices and large portions. Another plus- near the bus station, which is convenient for those who come by bus. The distance to the beach is also close, minutes 15-20 to go"

"Новые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана."

"We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The family running the apartments is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The pool area is absolutely amazing—clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. We spent a week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!"
