Riad Petit Karmela

I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Ahl Agadir
I spent a couple of nights with my wife after doing a country tour. So, the trip was to relax. The place itself and owner were very polite, breakfast was great. But there is always a but. When I booked, the main thing was parking. The description showed parking and that is incorrect. You have to park outside the medina and pay for it (US$5-7/night), then you need to hire a cart person to take your luggage into the hotel (unless you don't kind carrying yourself) About US$2. Since the place was to sleep and relax for a couple night, unfortunately the open floor design spread any sound from the bottom floor to the entire bldg, so if someone wakes up at 6am, for sure you will wake up as well. The site shows handicap accessible. I am not sure if there are rooms on the bottom floor, but you need to climb stairs for the other rooms, no elevator, so, not sure about accessibility. So, again, great location, wife (decorator) loved the decoration, but in my case, I just wanted to sleep in and rests after 2 weeks driving and the noise in the AM unfortunately did not help much. It is a small place so, if you have a family gathering and can occupy the 7-8 rooms, you will love it.

This place is particularly good, the Chinese do not lie to the Chinese! ! When checking in, there will be mint tea and snacks to eat. The place to live is also very clean and bright. The air conditioner is very warm. It is still hot when you feel it (except that the toilet is a bit cold). The yard is very nice, very suitable for taking pictures, breakfast is delicious. The most important thing is that the people here are very good. I don't know the wifi password, so I called the front desk. A very polite gentleman came to help me lose. We left late the next day so wanted to leave our luggage here, they immediately agreed, and put our pizza in the refrigerator! When we came to get it, Miss Sister also said take your time, you can stay for a while and then leave, so I fell asleep in the yard... I heard someone talking in my ear in a daze, and opened my eyes and found that the gentleman who helped me enter the password yesterday told me that I could enter the room next to no one. Take off your shoes and sleep well on the bed. In short, I highly recommend everyone to stay! ! !
O'Loft

I stayed at o’loft for 3 nights where I had the best time ever! From the room which was clean and beautiful. Straight out of our room was a view of the pool which was very well kept where cleaning took place everyday. Furthermore an extra shout out to Mohammed who’s service was excellent at all hours, from ordering us food deliveries after food service and sorting transport into the city and giving great travel recommendations around the city- further on the food the breakfasts were always fresh and beautifully made. O’loft is very peaceful and quiet away from the noise in the centre of the city but still only a 15 minute drive into the middle of the city! I have no complaints about o’loft and I’d recommend to anyone travelling on a budget. Highly recommend>> 5 stars

Kasbah
I chose this riad because it had high reviews, and it was just as wonderful as the reviews said. The rooms and courtyard were artistic and relaxing. The food was also delicious, and although dinner was an additional charge, the tajine pot had a simple home-cooked taste and was very tasty. Furthermore, the owner and staff were all friendly and kind, so I was very satisfied. The homely atmosphere was soothing, and it was the first time I'd ever had such a difficult time checking out. I'd definitely like to visit again.

The breakfast is not bad but not extraordinary, we were expecting something a little bit more better. The taxi driver that took us to the airport tried to rob us asking 300 dirhams for the transportation whereas it is clearly written that it costs 250 dirhams to the airport. I had to ask someone from the security of the airport to help us only paying 250 dirhams as planned originally by the hotel. Please do something about the taxi drivers you work with.

By far the best place I've stayed in Morocco or maybe anywhere... Beautiful hand crafted traditional decor throughout, with a with spotless new modern bathroom fixtures and air conditioning. The staff are super helpful with anything needed, with phone numbers to hand if you need anything when outside the Riad. 10 out of 10

Old Medina
Nice place and pretty clean room, conveniently located to get to the old city walls and beach. Breakfast was a bit small, but delicious. The staff are super helpful and the room was comfortable. Only shower gel in the room, but overall, a pretty good spot.
