Convenient location, you can walk to the central part with shops/restaurants/bars in 5-15 minutes. There are many convini near the apartment. There is a public stop 5 minutes walk away.
Clean bathroom, bed linen. There is air conditioning, a boiler with hot water, a hair dryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator.
There is a stove, a microwave, a kettle... but! There are no dishes, not at all. The description did not say that there were dishes, but it seemed to be expected that they were. Almost everywhere there are at least mugs. Why a kettle if there are no mugs? It turns out that you can rent dishes. I think this should be clearly written in the description, especially misleading are photos where there are dishes and other things that add coziness, but in fact there is none.
Towels were provided, but it was impossible to use them, as they smelled unpleasantly musty and damp.
The windows were very dirty and dusty, and I had to touch them and open them, because it was very stuffy in the apartment. There was also dust in the closets.
In general, if you do not need additional things like dishes and normal towels, for a short stay, given the fairly low price, the apartment is suitable. If not, then it is better to pay extra and look for other housing options where all these amenities are available at the proper level.

advantage:
Cheap, quiet, 7-11 on the first floor, many restaurants nearby, password lock, no need to bring room card, self-service laundry room on the second floor (machine will automatically put in detergent and accept credit card payment), balcony, clean towels and sheets
Disadvantages: Indoor lighting is too dim, bathroom is not clean enough, no international sockets, the room type booked on the website is completely different from the actual room type, the aisle in the room is too narrow to walk when the luggage is fully opened at 28 inches, we stayed for two consecutive days, 2 bath towels and 3 hand towels were given on the first day, and 1 bath towel and 2 towels were given on the second day. The number of towels distributed is very strange, but because my family brought their own, we did not ask the hotel to provide more.
I only received a message from the hotel on the day of check-in stating that the room code had been sent to my mobile phone. This is inconvenient for travelers who are abroad and do not have access to the room code. Finally, I went to the counter to check in and the hotel staff helped me to call and ask for the room code. It seemed that the same hotel was run by two operators at the same time, and the counter belonged to another hotel.

I can see it when I'm swollen.
There was a male ghost in the room you changed. ...
I kept pulling the quilt and playing around.
I slept at night and sunrise.
I need a terrace.
The refrigerator is especially good and the parking is good.
The air conditioner is noisy and the room we stayed in is crowded with outdoor machines.
The noise was periodically and the soundproofing was unfortunate
I can hear the sound of grass bugs, and I feel like I'm sleeping in a tent.
Um...
I'm here today.
Compared to here, the gentle resort was the best.

The place was great and it had everything we needed for a stay. The location is great. Smack in the midst of town and shops. There are also eateries and a 7-11 below. There is also a basement carpark which was great as we had rented a car. (The first night we did not know how to use the automatic parking service and we parked at a private carpark paying 20,000 won. After learning how to use it with the help of a friendly guy who works in an office at the carpark, it was a breeze to park)
Take note that this is an apartment with no check in. The telephone number of the host is given and can be contacted via wechat. The host was friendly and informed us of everything we needed to know.

The accommodation condition is good and the private pool is nice!
My child also loved the bubble party in the public pool!
But the public pool water smelled really bad and it was cold outside so they said the private pool water temperature had to be kept at 32 degrees so it was a bit cold ㅠㅠ ㅎㅎ

Suitable for families with multiple friends to stay together, convenient space
But the top floor swimming pool in the private building is not available
Looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.

The owner was very kind, so regardless of the accommodation condition, my first impression was good.
Everyone charges extra for hot spring spas, but this place
was really
free to use the spa, which was nice.
One downside is
There is a shower outside the bathroom, but it's a little cold when you shower. Other than that, my whole family was satisfied.
I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Seongsan, Jeju.

It's a great place to rest quietly
I stayed in the garden suite, it was a private house and a duplex, the bedrooms were separate, and it was a perfect place for a family of 4 to stay!
My parents were also satisfied and it was a happy experience.

Everything was almost satisfactory! ~
I have almost everything I need for my home! ~
It was very convenient to wash and dry it using a dryer while staying for a week! ~
However, it was a reservation for 4 people, but the suspension set was 3 sets, so one had to use wooden chopsticks and disposable spoons, and the faucet in the shower protruded a lot, so it was humid because the head was bowed and broken! ~ Nevertheless, I am very satisfied and want to use it again, and I highly recommend it to my acquaintances! ~

AAnonymous UserThe room was absolutely beautiful, especially the stunning view from the window – it looked exactly like the pictures and was incredibly photogenic! It was such a treat to grab some drinks from the convenience store next door and then sit by the window, enjoying snacks, drinks, and the beautiful scenery. The room came with a fridge and a microwave, which was super handy for reheating food. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, with strong and consistent water pressure. The amenities provided were also top-notch. The owners were incredibly warm and hospitable; they even helped us with our luggage. Plus, they spoke some Chinese and very fluent English, which was a huge help! They also have a dedicated Chinese food delivery mini-program and can assist you with ordering takeout, which was incredibly convenient. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends! A truly wonderful experience!

BBoyscout76Let me start with one thing: with a ”touch of young blood”.
First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju)
From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport)
Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms.
Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space.
Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry.
The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience.
This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS.
Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here.
The price with breakfast,
LLiveAlittleStaff: unmanned most of the time, waited a bit to checkin. since I dont have sk number to call the number posted in the counter. But they will give you all the instructions once you checked in.
Cleanliness: decent
Linens: clean, only issue is the damp smell of the towels and they are really small but you can request if you need more.
Coffee/Tea: water heater available but no free coffee and tea
Fridge: included
Have fully functional kitchen and sink, basic cooking utensils, crockeries and cutleries, microwave and stove
Water: water purifier included
Tv and Channels: didnt use it
power outlet: Sk outlet bring travel adapter
Table and chair: there’ coffee table, one stool, outside chairs and tables
Couch: none
View: best view of the sea
Balcony: groundfloor access to common area overlooking the sea
Bathroom: decent with hot and cold shower
Swimming Pool: none
Fitness center: none
Spa: none
Food: convenience store, cafes and restaurants nearby
Transportation: hotel location is roadside but you have to walk about 10mins to main road for main bus stop
Shops/Landmarks nearby: you can see the light house and a handful of cool cafes nearby
City/Nature: nature
Big room, good for family or group. stayed in February so its cold and chilly, hardly spent time outside. Its very quiet, nice to chill and relax, away from the noise and chaos of city living.
Price: not expensive, you get what you paid for.
TthewandercuratorIt was our first time booking a holiday home rental on Trip.com. We booked this holiday home for its warm and clean modern feel, the possibility of using its outdoor jacuzzi tub and its waterfront location near Gwakji Beach, Handam Coastal walk and cafes in this part of Aewol-eup. It turned out to be a wonderful, memorable stay, except for a minor issue on the lack of self check-in instructions on our day of arrival (there was no email or message via Trip.com for guests regarding the self-check in passcode for the house door). Luckily, the manager/owner was nearby when we called him. He was able to help us ensure we could enter the house. He kindly gave us a house tour, showed us the amenities and how to operate the jacuzzi. While we ended up not using it, each day we found it healing and rejuvenating to wake up to the sound of the sea and take walks along the coast towards Handam or Hallim. We also discovered one of the best brunch cafes on our trip, Malona Café, just outside the house. Overall, we loved our time here and wished to be back when we return to Jeju. A warm thank you and a small suggestion to the manager/owner: it would be great to provide guests with an email or Trip.com message containing self check-in instructions and other useful information 24 hours before arrival to avoid any last-minute confusion or stress. 😀
GGuest UserWe were so pleasantly surprised by this place, the entire building was both beautiful and clean inside, as was our room. The couple running the motel were so lovely and kind, always asking if we needed anything and eager to help in any way. If we ever find ourselves in Jeju again we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. We highly recommend it.
GGuest UserThe hostess built a house that many people dream of in Jeju Island. It is even more beautiful in reality than in photos. It is the most suitable place for 4 to 6 friends and family to drive there by themselves. All the details of the hard and soft furnishings are great. You can see that they are carefully made.
Although the host may be away, some service details may have some problems. But for those who pursue their dreams, full encouragement is necessary. I will recommend it to my friends next time they go to Jeju.
GGuest UserI had a great time enjoying the winter sea! The location is perfect—right along the coastal road of Woljeong-ri Beach, making it quiet yet just a few minutes walk from the Woljeong-ri cafe street. The view is amazing and this is one of the best spots to stay.
Since it’s winter, the beach is peaceful, but the cafés are all open, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so you can have a great time without going far. The hotel also provides breakfast, and while the pool isn’t open in winter, just having barbecue and beer while looking at the ocean gives a strong vacation vibe.
I visited the east coast quite a lot but i still prefer it over the west. I’d love to come back to Woljeong, Handong, and Gimnyeong again!
GGuest UserRainbow Avenue is right outside the window. The boss is a Korean guy who is very enthusiastic and polite and will help with luggage. Because it is open for a long time, the facilities will look old, but it is very close to the airport and it is a one-night stay to catch a flight!

Very Good
MMIN KYUThe first floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and washing machine, and the second floor has two rooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. There is a restaurant within walking distance of the Sanbangsan Mountain View, and there is a cafe in the complex, so it is convenient. They gave us plenty of towels, and there were plenty of bathroom and outdoor slippers, but it was a shame that there were no indoor slippers. It would be good to bring slippers. It was quiet and nice to rest.
TTravellingWallyAbsolutely lovely pension to stay at. So beautifully decorated and cosy. We could see airplanes landing and taking off, which was cool for us and we were totally acceptable of the surrounding noises emitted by the planes (closing the windows can help lower the noises). Bed was really comfortable, and the room is really spacious and clean. Loved the projector too.
Host was a friendly and bubbly Korean lady. As we didn’t have a Korean local phone number, we were able to contact her for checkin via Trip.com’s free internet call function. Even though I couldn’t understand what she said over the call, but I just said “checkin” and I think she got it cause she came out shortly to guide us to our room.
This pension is located at the rainbow road attraction, so there’s actually a lot of people taking photos there. Lovely view. There’s also bakery, restaurants, and CVS nearby.
All in all, it was a great stay and great deal! Definitely will return again when the time comes ~
