Rakuten STAY HOUSE x WILL STYLE Matsue

To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate. There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

It takes about 40 minutes by car from the city, and half of it has to run on the mountain road along the sea, but there are about 5 minutes by car from Nikko Lighthouse, Nikko Shrine, Izumo Matsushima, etc., and I went sightseeing after staying. The inn was cleanly renovated, the bath, toilet and washroom were shared but no problem. The room had a TV, refrigerator, yukata, towels, toothbrush, Japanese tea and tea tea bags. 1 There was a vending machine in the lobby on the floor, such as pots, microwave ovens, beverages, cup noodles, frozen foods, etc.

Very comfortable. Clean and spacious. Cheap price. Fully equipped. Have the opportunity to use again. Personal feeling is better than the hotel. Very suitable for family members. You can also cook by yourself. The best thing is that the washing machine can automatically dry.

There was a goodness that the space that mixed with old and modern was indescribable. The day I stayed was a storm and I remembered the words of the Totoro movie bath scene, ”I'm crushed because I'm a ragged house.” I usually don't like the draft, but I felt something nostalgic. The ceiling was low and I hit my head many times... I couldn't go out to eat due to the cold and rain, but I was saved by a town Chinese restaurant called ”Kingu” that can be served nearby. I thought it would be nice to have a rental umbrella at the end.

I evaluate the overall evaluation by repeat degree, so I made it 3. The owner was nice and kind, but I wasn't impressed enough to want to repeat. Among the guesthouses I have stayed at so far, the facilities and services are ordinary. The walls of the room are thin, and you can hear the outside cars and people's voices well. Is it out for nervous people? It is said that you have a cat, so be careful if you are allergic to cats. I preferred to play, but I'm sorry I didn't see you.

What a wonderful little ryokan this is! It is like a step back into the Showa era in many respects, as many of the appointments appear to date back to that time. I don’t know how it is that they have been able to maintain everything in such good condition. And they do an excellent job of cleaning. The place is simple and unpretentious, but they just do everything so well. For example, in our room were some cut fresh flowers in a simple glass vase—not the fancy ikebana arrangement you might find in a much more expensive ryokan, but so thoughtful and sweet. The baths were very nice, especially the rotenburo, and the food was amazing, both dinner and breakfast. Each meal provided a fairly conventional set of dishes that you would expect at an old-fashioned ryokan, but there were an impressive number of items and some very thoughtful touches, and everything tasted just right. We were very full by the end of dinner, so when they offered to bring us our dessert of cut seasonal fruit on a tray to take to our rooms to enjoy later, we gratefully accepted. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. I went there because of its proximity to the Adachi Museum, which I had been to several times on day trips. But the next time I am in this part of Japan, if I go to the Adachi Museum it will be because of its proximity to Yasugien… Honestly, I would be happy to go back any time. If you are looking for an impeccable high-end ryokan that serves elaborate kaiseki ryori and has maids bustling around in expensive kimonos, this is not it. But Yasugien has heart and soul, and is a real treasure.
