RECEPTION CHE NON PARLA ITALIANO MA SPAGNOLO! UNICO POSTO A MILANO IN CUI È IMPOSSIBILE LASCIARE I BAGAGLI DOPO EFFETUATO IL CHECKOUT. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo posto, luogo anche molto decente con un arredo molto minimal. All'arrivo non ci è stato detto l'orario del checkout dell'indomani e dunque abbiamo presupposto fosse alle 10 del mattino. Alle 10 è salito a bussarci una persona dall'aspetto sudamericano che ci dice di liberare la stanza. Gli ho detto che stavamo per uscire di darci qualche minuto in più. Mentre stavamo uscendo ci chiama al telefono della stanza e ci intima di scendere subito sennò ci avrebbe fatti pagare una penale di 35 euro per il ritardo (?????). Arrivati alla reception che tra l'altro è una reception di una azienda farmaceutica gli chiediamo di poter lasciare i bagagli in modo da poter girare la città in modo tranquillo. Ci viene negato CATEGORICAMENTE per il motivo che non sia. (parlava una sorta di italiano mischiato allo spagnolo). Preciso che all'arrivo abbiamo potuto lasciare tranquillamente i nostri bagagli ma in un posto dove passavano continuamente i dipendenti dell'azienda e poter tranquillamente accedere ai nostri effetti personali. Non sono una persona che di solito lascia recensioni, soprattutto negative, perché sul lavoro è normale sbagliare, ma la maleducazione non la accetto! STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO POSTO!

La struttura appare decisamente diversa rispetto alle foto pubblicate. Tutto è molto più vecchio e usurato. La porta della stanza si chiude dopo non poche difficoltà, lo scarico del bagno non funziona a dovere. Al contrario della descrizione non vi è alcun set di cortesia, ma solo un dispenser di palmolive pieno per meno della metà. Presa della corrente guasta con impossibilità di utilizzare il phon. Colazione con prodotti della lidl e unicamente confezionati. Per poter prendere un caffe caffè abbiamo dovuto svuotare noi la macchinetta e tra l altro abbiamo trovato solo una cialda, quindi l altro ospite è rimasto a secco... per i soldi spesi direi che c è molto da migliorare, se non si vuole rinnovare la struttura, almeno una maggiore attenzione al cliente...la stanza era abbastanza pulita sebbene vetusta.

We were very pleased with our one night stay at Guest House Pirelli. My wife and I stayed in a room with its own private bath. The room was simple, but clean and in good order. The bed was comfortable. We found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. We did not have any issue with noise during quiet hours. Great value for your money here.

Embora não fique muito próxima ao lago, tem o benefício de ficar num bairro muito tranquilo, com várias opções de estacionamento gratuito. Quarto e banheiro super espaçosos com muitos lugares para colocar malas e roupas. O café da manhã simplesmente perfeito. Tudo fresco, de alta qualidade e preparado com muito cuidado pela Tati, que é uma pessoa muito simpática e atenciosa. Tivemos dias maravilhosos com bastante conforto.

What a cute hotel! A short walk from Centrale station. It doesn’t have a traditional reception, but check in was automated and easy and my emails were answered very quickly. The check in instructions were very easy to follow. The room is compact, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, in room safe, refrigerator, coffee pod machine, kettle, tea bags etc. The bathroom is so cute, but again, has everything needed, including a bidet, hairdryer, heated towel rack and magnified mirror. I would definitely stay again. Recommended.

This review is truly the ”two halves”. We gave the property management plenty of chances to ”make things right”. In the end, they chose to just write us off. Plenty of travelers will pick to stay here, right? Who cares about one unhappy customer? Never even took the time to apologize for the broken things. Zero response. The GOOD: location is super convenient. Close to the Metro station, just one stop away from the Piazza del Duomo. It is also close to a supermarket and café. That made it nice to pick up needed items during our trip. Our room is located below ground, with large windows that are at the courtyard level, so you do get sunlight in. They came with heavy shutters to block out lights and for privacy. We were warned about a hundred times not to roll our luggage/trolley across the courtyard. To be very quiet. It turned out to be non issue as our room was located immediately to the left of the entrance. No need to go across the courtyard at all. Check in process was very easy. Got our door codes and how things operated. Our room was very large and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the closets and storage spaces. Good and large shower with all the toiletries. Towels were on the thin side but adequate. Overall it was a quiet and very clean accommodation. The BAD: weather in Milan was on the warm side during our stay. Having air conditioning would have made our stay more comfortable. Our AC was not cool at all, more of a fan that drew outside air. This was reported, but never resolved. The hairdryer would trip and quit after about 30 seconds. This was reported, but never resolved. The in room safe also did not work. It would lock and entering the code would not open it (good thing we did a test run first) This was never resolved as well. In the end, we were glad we would move on down our journey, staying at more traditional hotels. There is no reception at this place. No one to talk to about problems unless communicated via texts. There is no check out process. You simply leave at the end of the stay, pay the city tax online. Will never stay here again if we ever visit Milan.

I stayed here for work and I found myself good. Excellent quality-price ratio. Clean and comfortable room. There is a very friendly and friendly staff. In a strategic position, a few steps from the central station and a little distance from the Duomo.

We stayed in this property one night after taking the Bernina red train. The structure is new, or at least recently renovated. The room is clean and spacious, as is the bathroom and the kitchen (the only thing is that I recommend changing the microwave and hob with newer utensils). Good bathroom products and even those for a small breakfast. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the Rhaetian railway station and the centre, convenient for reaching any restaurant and point of interest. There is a lot of parking nearby, not always free, but that of the station (free is really a stone's throw away). Price in line with the Tirano market. The only slightly sore point is the lack of a lift, but you can keep fit and healthy!
