Staff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, 5mins away from train station, right in the city centre and 10mins walk from the sea. Surrounded by quaint bars and restaurants serving typical Italian food which was excellent.

Storia, location, mare e comfort… la Torre della Loggia è frutto di una intelligente ristrutturazione di una dimora storica che si affaccia sul mare, dal cortile interno si accede al centro storico di Ortona decisamente comodo per godere della città, stanza comoda e pulita. Colazione ok. Possibilità di posteggiare davanti all’hotel ma è a pagamento nelle ore diurne. E la sorpresa all’ultimo piano è una favolosa vista sul mare!!!

We have stayed for a week in this delicious farmhouse which is in fact just at the rear of a beautiful bathroom from where to bathe and a obligation. Excellent location with a large garden cultivated on English lawn where they give up paraplus and their resting places where you can relax if you don't want to go to the beach. The great breakfasts in a room where Miss Melissa is accompanied by a step-by-step day start with a nice sweet snack. All rooms with air conditioning, perfect for holidays with a terrace where you can take a little fresh in the evening before you leave. The last but not least, the kindness of the housekeepers, certainly a value added to the company. We will return safely. Sergio Pescatori and Emanuela Fanelli

B&b is located near the central Umberto road. It is difficult to find free parking in the area but a few steps away is the parking for payment of the station. And here the positive notes end. I'm sorry to always make negative reviews, but I hope that this can be a stimulus for managers. But inside it looks like a basar, poorly-tracked entry with furniture put to the mouth. Small room, date furniture and different from each other. Recently renovated but small bathroom. Phon in poorly-tracked furniture. The morning was hot water, and it was impossible to do a shower; the evening was a thread after a half-direct water was left flowing. Breakfast in line with the rest, non-branded products even with a variety of products (sweet only, not salted).

Felisia and her husband are lovely people and seem to do anything to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room was a good size and clean. We had to come back early and I was told I needed to physically print my boarding passes instead of being able to use them on my phone, I messaged felisia to ask if she could print them for me and she did which was very kind of her. If I messaged her about anything she gave a very quick reply and tried her very best to help. The private bathroom was directly opposite the room and was spacious and clean.
