Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

The location is very near and walking distance to a varsoli beach. The home cooked food was amazing. Love the greenery maintained by the hotel. Quick and awesome service and support.

I was to leave the hotel @ 2 pm but their date changes at 11 am. I was forced to leave my baggage was taken out by them. I was totally restless for three hours outside the hotel. They have not displayed their clock timings, since I entered at 3 pm and was confident to remain upto 2 pm. I am very much disappointed with their behaviour with me.

Stay was pretty good, fair for its price. The ac in the room wasn’t working so they changed the room but still the ac wasn’t quite good. Also the managers will keep ringing the bell of your room instead of calling during checkout which disturbs the privacy a lot.

Located very conveniently next to the Airport, staff was friendly and helpful as well. Bed and bathroom was clean, I couldn't find the hot water switch though. Mumbai was hot enough so I didn't bother asking. WiFi in my room was available standing next to the door only, good enough for a quick email checkup. Luggage storage is available as well, all in all a good experience, I might stay there again.

The hotel is still pretty new so the cleanliness is top notch. Location wise though, it is quite far from the tourist attractions, so we ended up spending most time on uber. Breakfast place at this hotel is my fav place to sit down and chit chat with my partner. The vibe is so pleasant.

The initial room we had been assigned was a little small but upon request, they moved us to a larger, airy, sunlit room with a balcony. The location was fantastic. My daughter and i were on a 2-day tourist visit to mumbai and this place was perfect for our purpose.
