The location is after the Bira Tourism check point, where I paid the admission of IDR41k. It is very close to the back and in walking distance from the harbour area. The a/c room I had this time was clean. I wish the guesthouse could provide a towel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Riswan Guesthouse.

There are many transportation hubs around, which can be easily reached whether it is to the commercial center or tourist attractions. The hotel has an elegant environment, from the lobby to the guest rooms, every place is exquisite and quality. The lobby is spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, and people feel the noble atmosphere as soon as they step in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, warm and elegantly furnished. The beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The rooms are fully equipped, from high-speed wireless network to modern bathroom equipment, to meet various needs. The service was impeccable. The staff were warm and friendly, professional and efficient. They always smiled whenever and wherever and provided thoughtful service to guests. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth. The dining is also amazing. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options, whether local specialties or international cuisine, which are delicious. The breakfast is rich in variety and can be full of vitality for the new day. In short, Jakarta Hotel is a very good hotel. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice. Highly recommend to everyone!

New and small hotel. We were arrived 6 hours early at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and let us use one of the bathroom to shower and refresh while we’re waiting until our room ready, excellent service.

Untuk hotel bintang 3 fasilitasnya lumayan, walaupun ada beberapa fasilitas lain seperti tv, air pancuran dan wastafelnya perlu diperbaiki lagi. Mungkin tvnya pake analog jdi channelnya gak ada yg bagus, air wastafelnya kurang banyak yang mengalir, dan air pancurannya kadang tdk mengeluarkan air panasnya. Tapi secara pelayanan dari karyawannya sangat bagus. Kalo diminta untuk membersihkan, mereka gercep. Lokasinya juga strategis krn bersebelahan dengan MP. Kalo mau pesan makan di luar hotel juga banyak pilihannya.
